They took wrong measurement of our house and provided inflated cost - they gave an initial estimate of over 90k. I then called someone from Asian Paint HSR and they measured correctly and gave an estimate of 60k. These guys inflated wall area to 2500 (which was actually 2000) and cost per sq ft to 26 (which was actually 23) - other costs were inflated too.

When I caught them and showed them the comparison they started making silly excuses, offered a discount of 20% as if they are doing us a favour! I asked them to measure again and since then they vanished and stopped picking up our calls.

Beware of them! Check their measurements! Check their rates - compare with other Asian Paint shops.

My opinion might disrupt the universally monopolized concept of approaching the nearest store to get the required product. My quest for a particular rare product (Asian paints- unavailable @ other stores) culminated @ this store which is a little far from my home.

But as they say good things helps you ignore few factors (my case- distance just became a number).
