Well I took service from Bangalore to Coorg, and it was good experience, but I am here to thank you from something, actually i forgot my charger in the bus, i continue tried to contact them but due to some reason they weren't able to pick my call, they contact me later and they confirmed me about my charger is there,

I called to the service contact member and they helped me with positive response and they return my charger.

Please don’t trust their timing my bus delayed for 1hour 45 min it’s about to 2.00Am but my bus timing is (11.59 Pm)
This is not worth the money

Very worst experience I had with asian xpress.i was booked bus from Bangalore to ooty yesterday at 10.55pm. Even I called bus driver at 10.30pm he said bus will come on time. Bus came to boarding point at 1.00am am alone from 12am. Verry verry worst service. Ist time traveling in asian express hope this will be my last time.

PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUS if you want to travel safe and comfortably.
I traveled from Ooty to Bangalore.
1. There was no conductor or an assistant. Passengers were left out on their own to keep all the luggage.
2. In a journey that started at 8: 30 PM and had to reach Bangalore at 6 AM. The driver didn’t stop the bus once for washroom break. The women in the bus had to force him to stop the bus at a petrol pump. There were elders as well. They faced trouble too.

3. Because there was no conductor, the driver was using his phone while driving due to which the bus had a minor accident as the lorry was coming from the front.

4. Moreover, when we contacted the bus driver, he said the bus has been cancelled. While I didn’t receive any message of bus cancellation. We contacted the operator and he didn’t say the bus was canceled.

5. The bus’s breaks had some technical fault as well.

I took this bus when I went from Bangalore to Ooty as well, there was no space to keep the luggage. The bus was 1.5 hours late

For the total duration of the journey, AC was not working and it was suffocating inside, with the windows sealed

You are not in safe hands until you reach your destination. Make sure all seats are filled on their all services, otherwise they will say some technical issue on one of the bus and forcefully send you to other bus services which are worst.

First of all the office number is never picked by anyone. They are charging 800 Rs for the ticket and there was no blanket in my seat. When I asked for the blanket the cleaner guy gave me a stinky thin blanket and said the blanket in your seat is missing I can’t do anything. When I called the office to complain the number was busy. But when I called again they did not pick at all. Horrible experience. Never biking this bus ever again.

Bus got cancelled. They didn't provide alternate option. They didn't refund money also. Earlier i used to trust asian xpress.now after this incident i have stopped traveling by this bus

Never going to step in this bus one more time in my lifetime and will also make sure none of my people will also travel in this stupids travels.
1. Me being new to chennai and standing alone from 11pm because my bus was scheduled at 11: 15pm and the bus came at 11: 50pm and the bus driver did not even bother to receive call and let me know.
2. I'm a very frequent traveler I know that even though bus starts late, they drop us almost the same time mentioned, but this my god, my drop time was 6: 45am and it's 7: 45 I'm still in the bus.
PATHETIC!

Literally pathetic service. My sister boarded the bus from Chennai to Hosur. Usually it is a 7 hours journey, but this good for nothing bus took 12 hours to reach hosur. And no informations passed to the passengers. By 6 she checked with the bus staffs then only they said bus have some issues and it will be 11 reach Hosur. Morning 11: 25 she boarded. 12 hours for Chennai to Hosur! Let's walk and reach by this time. Really poor service. Will never gonna suggest this bus for anyone who I know. Worst ever experience!

Seat are good but blanket unclean, u habe restroom but no light, and sometimes no stopping

The buses of this agency are better than other ones in terms of space and comfort. Although they do not stop for restrooms during the journey

Worst experience.one bis is stood for 20 -30mins for one passenger. Be honest to passengers on your timings.don't give fake timings for your business.

Worst ever experience from this travel operator. I booked Chennai to Bangalore today. I boarded this bus at 12.30 pm today's yet to reach Bangalore, now the time is 8.45 pm. People whoever wants to sleep for whole day on a bus can book with Snail express. Not in my life i am going to opt for this Asian express.

Bus got late but driver is not interested to wait for people to urinate even ladies that to early morning.

Courteous and polite staff. The driver called and informed about expected pick up time. Clean & comfortable AC sleeper.

Never ever take this bus service. Waste of money. No AC in the sleeper coach this week from chennai to Bangalore. Sunday 12th jun.
All passengers suffered a lot. Not worth for money. No courtesy to inform also.

It's not just friendly service but they are maintaining on time performance. Rather than we calling them, they itself call n verify if u r ready at pickup point before they arrive.

We took the night bus from Bangalore to Chennai. We reached their office early, and waited there. The staff were courteous and helpful. The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver drove safely. We reached on time. Overall, a good experience.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Bengalore through RED bus cheaters. The bus didn't stop at the specified point near sathyabama though I waived hand. When I called up RED cheaters just got a reply many passengers boarded in same pick point etc, and not even single person was waiting near pickup point. On top of bus was late by 20 minutes and also didnt stop. Asian and RED cheaters refused to refund the amount and the pick was planned at 3: 15AM. Please think twice before loosing your money.

Bus is very comfortable, its semi sleeper luxury bus and it recommended for 8-9 hours of journey. They provide you blanket, water bottle in bus and Leg space is enough for everyone. Almost ontime.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating. This so called travel agency has unprofessional and ruthless attitude toward customers. They do not have accountability. They don't hold responsible for themselves and they create a very bad experience to the customers

Nonsense travel agency and nonsense service and no care toward a customer. Arrogant staff and bus drivers.

What is it having all highly qualified buses but very rude drivers.
Driver was so rude and left the boarding point in 2 min difference and didn't pick the call.
Even the main office person tried reaching the bus driver but no response.
Finally had to end up in the mid of road in this cold weather at 3: 30am waiting for reply from Asian xpress.

Since the driver didn't respond to the main office. They rescheduled the timing and the boarding point was around 10kms from my location.

The bus was booked for Bangalore to madekeri with a drop point of suntikoppa.but the bus took the longest route via virajpet.passenger were not aware.this took more time to reach.bad service.not recommended

Very courteous staff, this is my experience. Even though there was a 5 minutes delay, i will still consider it punctual, as they got delayed to accommodate a passenger who hadn't reached on time. Buses are well maintained and clean. I would recommend it.
