Came here for my routine injections. The receptionist was very helpful. Sister Lakshmi helped a lot with easing the pain and she was very comforting.

I got appointment over the phone for my kid occupational therapy. Mr Joshua Jacob gave appointment but not did any treatment and said he is first point of contact, after his evaluation some other person will call and have the sessions. But no one called till now. He is not pediatric ot guy simply cheated us with his money.

We are impressed with the services offered by the Aster team. Specially Lakshmi Devi has been cordially managing all our requests.

I personally want to thank Nurse Lakshmi and Harsha sir who helped me in Home care service. Very good service Nurse Lakshmi was very good and have lots of patience. I totally liked Aster RV Hospital and clinic both the service.

Great experience by a very considerate Manjunath. He took pains to explain the process and spoke to my mom about nutrition too, after drawing blood.

For over two years I am using their lab service for tests prescribed for my Mother, Manjunath who is very prompt in collecting the blood sample from home and ensuring the report reach us timely. Thanks a lot for your continued support, appreciate all your help.

Service is very poor, morning have given blood sample for FBS PPBS and TSH (before 10am) till 6pm was waiting for the report then I called twice but no proper reply from front desk staff, am 9th month pregnant women and requested for the report that have doctor consultation and she said 7pm we are closing the clinic if it comes before 7pm will send or else tomorrow.other labs will give the report at least for sameday, had very very worst experience.

Shruti reception and Somy from nursing team was coperative, polite and caring at the Aster clinic. Adressed all quries professionally.
