Pathetic Ambulance service, oxygen supply was not available in the ambulance even after specifically informing about the breathlessness of the patient while requesting over phone to the hospital helpline number and also to the ambulance driver. This carelessness could have been fatal for the patient.

Dr naresh bhat and Dr vinay bhat and Dr Supriya Indi treated me very well. Nursing staffs Uma, shobhana, tangam, Pavitr's and Renuga took a great care.from canteen service Mrs manjari, maya, Mr Ganesh taking good care of the patient food service

We have consulted dr. Sanjay sir from cardiac department. He did made Stent for my father and rescued from emergency. Now my father is healthier and happy. Also staff has treated well, specially receptionist at cardiac department gajalakshmi assisted well with a cute smile.

My father had severe back pain since 1.5 months. As the pain had become severe we came to this hospital and got admitted under Dr Umesh Srikanth on 23/7/2023
My father has underwent L4 L5 PIVD
For which sir advised for Epidural block. The procedure was done today early morning 24/7/2023.
Just after pro endure they made me walk and stand, he himself walked without any pain.
Procedure went well

Dr. Anoop sir and Dr. Vaishnavi mam treated me very well and very good supportive staffs and also fine co ordinator like bhagya, flora, supreetha, and nikitha also in daycare Minu Marya manjula pollan Dr palu Dr Barsha entire team was very good too.

My wife admitted in the 4th floor. For TKR surgery. Got good treatment from doctors. Nursing staff Vijaya, sister Jessy, sister delphy. Sister shradha, sister jisna, sister funny, are helped so good. Good care and excellent service given. Nursing aid sunitha is very helpful. Thank u all the team

Mamatha (babycare) she thought me very well about feeding the baby. I was really worried about the baby about feeding. She thought in good mannerism of feeding. She have 100% patience for teaching. She will help us for how many times we need.thank u so much. Excellent teaching.

4th floor of this hospital where I was admitted, has been good except for the canteen facilities which take very long time for supply. The nursing is good House keeping functioning needs to be upgraded,

My mother was admitted for her gallbladder stone surgery under Dr. Mahesh Chikkachannappa. He is a fabulous and very supportive doctor. My mother had infection in her gallbladder. He understood the case and operated well. The staff of the ASTER CMI is very good and they care alot for the patient. We took the private cabin for my mother. It was nice and clean. They change the bedsheets and covers everyday and cleaned the room two times a day. Just need a Lil improvement in food quality otherwise it's ok for the patient. I would like to thanks Dr Mahesh and all the staff for helping us.

Went for health checkup, early at 7: 30 AM in the morning. Hospital personal kept us waiting for 7+ hrs to complete the test. We took, well women plan (6400 rs in cost). Receptionist kept saying, that doctor is coming to do the test (pap smear), but the doctor took more than 2 hours to show up. When I vocally brought up the issue before receptionist, lady told that they can't do much about. Receptionist told that they need to gather patients, and doctor will come once. Sheer waste of time. I hope care.fit (from cure.fit) was still around, they used to wrap up all tests within one hour.

I had visited the hospital for annual health checkup and the process was smooth. Though the waiting time was a little too long, the service provided was really good and Krishna Gopal Debnath was very sweet in helping to ease the process.

Am attender of Heena Kausar, There is excellent doctors and nice staff. Our baby is preterm baby of 30weeks of 1.16kg. They handled baby very well and sisters in NICU are Fantastic. Fully satisfied with service. Dr. Sudheer is wonderful and very humble person. Thank u so much.

Admitted to CCU Department (srividya) under doctor Pradeep Kumar gave good treatment and took good care about me. I'm so happy that I came under his treatment. Nursing aid mister prakash he took care of me like his own patient I liked his skills. Nursing staff jaincy and team they encouraged and took good care about me until I get discharged.
Catalog staffs they also took good care and gave correct treatment on time. Shewtha from canteen About food and services was awesome and delicious good servicing. The food provider is also treated like their own patients.
Transit ward and nursing aid Munirathna And Mahanandamma, housekeeping Ganga and Arun supervisor Nagamani N they kept clean and supported very good and had good communication

I was admitted in 3rd floor A-sec doctor was very good caring and nursing staff jaisheela team was very good team work nursing aid staff uma, William, murali, sridevi supervisor Judy, Rakesh, madhu was very good excellent.

Got my surgery done at Aster CMI for Kidney stone removal. Very helpful and courteous staff from emergency room to the rooms, the staff was very prompt and the thorough with their work. Would like to specially mention the nursing and housekeeping teams. They have a stellar team of doctors, who made me feel very comfortable before and post the surgery, my surgery was done by Dr. Abhishek and Dr. Govardhan Reddy. Special mention to the nursing team on the 3rd floor and Mr. Murali Mohan from the nursing ad team.

My husband Shivakumar admitted to CCU department under Dr Pradeep Kumar is great and given good treatment nursing aid Mr Prakash is good helping nursing staff Jincy and team is good care.

My son is admitted for a major surgery here. The surgery went very well. He was put in ICU. Doctors understanding of the problem is commendable and treatment to the problem is spot on. I've seen the best diagnosis ever by the Doctors here. Nurses took care of my son very well. They helped my son in every aspect of his recovery. Their support is tremendous and laudable. Best hospital which exellent Doctors who have all time to listen and diagnise and explain to patient. Not only that staff from security billing admin nurse housekeeping all are very humble in words and actions as well very helpfull which is very much needed to patients and to thier relatives in bad times.plz and must visit for any and every patient. Trust me. 100%

Am giving 5 star since ppl ned to know the truth.i want to give one star.coz we have gone thru horrible experience today.after got an ambulance from aster mgr has told need to wait for 4 days and all dr r busy to get the fracture treated.again i booked one more ambulance to ramaiah hospital.i dono prefer the Ater hospital in my life time coz of this bad experience.cghs patients are not prioritised to be honest this is not fair.pplshould not always think about money.

I m very unhappy with management staffs and everything, no one is here to assist you properly everyone is rude, even if u call they will not provide right information. I will suggest if it is actually very important and u have critical patients with u never go to this hospital. They just have infra that attracts that's it, I don't want to give even one star, they have done fake ratings I guess
