This is the greatest lab you'll find in Karnataka. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they look after for you during the entire test to make sure you're not having any problems.

It was great experience.mainly the staff behaviour is very good.

Please avoid using Aster Labs for any diagnostics. They have no mobile app or portal for self-serve and hence everytime you have to make a call to get your reports. The agents on the other side can not query anything with your mobile number and you need to provide them with the Lab Id only to get the details or else they keep on pestering you to give those details. Surprised how their DB is not linking the tests to people's contact nos.
Additionally the staff is not properly trained as the sample which they collect at home gets rejected often in the lab, not even sure about how accurate their testing is. In terms of sincerity of the person coming for home collection they will always be late and not keep you apprised of the delay, the most commonly used reason for delay being some issue with the motor-bike. I hope they understand that how these delays in healthcare impact the overall patient health.
Basis their promised SLA I booked an appointment with a doctor and they just could not get the report back to me in time even after three escalations.
We have plenty of other labs in the area, please refrain from using the services of this company. Its just bad decision at every step of the way and you will regret this every moment till you get your lab reports (which will come with a delay).

Received report on same day but they only allowed collection from home. I went by walk-in but told to me to do book online and there is only option by home collection.

Pathetic lab.pathetic service.they forgot to complete one of my reports. I called up atleast 10 times.every time they gave promise of 5 mjns, 10mins.still awaiting reports after 24 hours.pathetic lab.don't go for it
