Had a terrible experience! Starting with the technician who came to collect sample - he appeared to be a novice as he pricked atleast 5-6 places for blood sample. After that for the report, I was supposed to get preliminary report in 48 hrs. Its been more than 36 hrs now and m yet to get the report and no clarity at all about the delay. Do not recommend at all!

I recently had a blood test done at an Asterlab near me. The sample collection agent arrived on time, kept to the schedule, and adhered to all guidelines. In a very professional manner, he collected the samples, and the reports were delivered to me by mail and SMS well before the deadline.

Collection process was smooth. Test did not arrive on time even though they guaranteed same day result. Customer service on the website is very unhelpful

Experience is good. But i requested the cust.service to ask blood collection guy to come around 7: 30, but he came after 8am. So by the time he took my blood it was 12 hrs & 15 mins fasting. I was told 8-12 of fasting is needed, in my case I have exceeded 15 mins, so I would expect the collection guy to come on time so that I can believe the report results.

First the appointment was confirmed and then cancelled that they don't come to our area and asked us to directly get in touch with another Aster lab office.should be seamless to the customer which office takes care of the request.

Highly dis-satisfied service which received from Aster lab this time. Provided home blood sample on 30th Morning and received the report on 31st afternoon. I believed aster lab people word as report will be available on same day. So I took patient who undergone Heart operation (CABG) to Aster hospital on 31st morning and waited half day.but report not provided from Aster lab. I returned from hospital without showing report to doctor. This kind of service is shame on Aster lab.

Very smooth experience booking my annual health checkup with Aster Labs. I got a call to confirm my home sample collection with time slot details within 1-2 mins of me placing the request. The phlebotomist called me a day before the slot and confirmed address and time slot details.
The pricing seemed okay although some of the competition was bit cheaper with the same tests. I also got the results in the evening on the same day (~ 8 hours after sample collection).

Definitely recommend Aster labs and would use their service again in the future.

Worst Service. Waited for 2 days no one came to collect sample and not even intimated that no one is coming because of it I have to rush to some other lab near my house with the patient and get the test done.
