Poor service. When the required medicine is not available, they give fake assurances that it'll come the next day or in 2 days. But they don't directly say that they do not have and cannot arrange for the same. They just keep wasting time of the customer. Not just this incident, I had received a hand written bill from their side for some medicines. When asked that can they try for a printed bill for the same they agreed and kept delaying for a week. They just lie and test our patience all the time.
