Aster Whitefield Hospital

The admin staff is pathetic in Aster, have never faced this kind of service ever, being a big name in the field of hospitals and having a great doctor doesn’t mean that the Admin can run it as they want. At least be honest about the work that you do guys. If you do your job, things will immediately get better. Would never recommend anyone to visit for a Heath check in Aster Whitefield.

I am very satisfied with all the sevices, Dr satish and Dr Rudrappaa took care of me well, ICU staff Kamla, Imran, Rajshekhar, Anindita took care of me, I am very happy.

Treatment given was absolutely correct and quick. Housekeeping staff (Amravati, Renuka and komal) is really up to the mark in their job.

I visited the Aster Whitefield Hospital for My mothers Total Thyroidectomy Surgery, I consulted Dr Ashwin who is very proficient and an expertise in Oncology, I was overwhelmed with the way Dr treats his patients, I am glad I met Dr Ashwin who gave my mother confidence to undergo Surgery! The Surgery was successful!

I am extremely happy to say about my daughters treatment here. Doctor are very knowledgeable nice in behaviour. Customer care ms. Soma is very helpful in manners. Nursing department taken care well. Room is neat and clean. Over all good experience here

Hospitality is really great here, far better than at other hospitals. Dr Vishnupriya (gynaecology) and Dr Ashwin KR (surgical oncology) have been really helpful and very supportive to my mother and me.

I have visited aster many times. Neurokids section we go.hamshi maam is really very helpful and moulin maam takes very good care. Today I had foot burn and visited aster for same.the whole staff team was very helpful specially Piyali maaam. I had a very nice experience

Entire Staff of Aster hospital Whitefield does a great job. Specially the Nurse staff they are fantastic with their job (Abirami) she was gud. Taking care of all the given work. Service at Aster hospital is really good. Doctor Arvind / Dr Satish and Dr Milan are really knowledgeable and guide u correctly. Appreciate their services.

The Neuro Kids department is really good. I appreciate the way Coordinator Moulin connects to all the kids, she is very supportive and helpful to the parents. I am happy with the doctors here who takes lot of time for every kid to identify the actual problem and explains the process of solution being very patient and polite. Keep up the good work.

I have visited the hospital for my mother joint pain problem. Dr. Yathish is very helpful and knowledgeable in treating rheumatology. My mother was suffering from arthritis for 10 years and I have consulted multiple doctors before that and it was not improving, but after consulting Dr. Yathish her condition have improved a lot and now she is taking very less medication and we are hopeful in stopping medication and continue nutritional food.

Clean hospital with nice ambience. We went here for regular health checkup. Services were quick and staffs were professional and polite. I know it is a new hospital so currently hospitality is really good, but I hope they maintain it over time and not degrade quality of their service similar to other private hospitals in Bangalore.

I met, Dr. Somshekhar and he is verg kind and helpful. Also would like to appreciate coordinator, Lata for her support.

Recently I visited hospital, I want to share few things, DiNesh kumar, The way he conveying to me and people regarding appointments with doctors, His obedience and commutation towards people was good. For smooth functioning of Hospital this type of staff must be there.

My son was admitted to viral fever at Aster women and Children's Hospital Whitefield first of all, I would like to thank Doctors Satish, Sumithra, Aravind, and Venkat. Doctors are very prompt in responding to queries and took great care of the patient. Secondly, I would like to thank the Nursing team for super fast responses during the treatment. I would thank the admin team for cleaning the floor and room.
