Receptionist never attends the call. Even if they are near the phone. Very bad behavior. If this continues. Aswad Hospital may go downfall. Need to improve and take a strict action towards the people who sits in reception

Very bad service. Doctor not come on time. Please don't go any one this hospital.very very bad service.

When patient visit hospital they do fraud of false complaining that couple are not legal age and complain, fraud hospital! Worst behaviour by staff!

Very worst experience in this hospital, they don't even say what test need take and there are very rude towards patients and they simply put patient in ICU ward and they will keep telling that need to wait. Even doctors are not coming on time to check with patients and even nurse also, simply they are roaming here and there.

There are fake doctors in this working in this hospital.thy hve not even studied the basics doctor courses.but thy himself showcase them as doctors.thy don't even hve their doctor certificate which ll be issued by the university after the passing academic year.

Pls don’t go with the hospital. First they will ask to pay then only they will start treatment and every 10min they will come and ask paid or not, I don’t know why their asking…. They will speak with pations very rudely….

Reception staff is polite and humble. But will definitely not recommend anyone this place for consultation.consultation fee is high as per other big hospital and Doctors will come way too late than their timings.

My mother is having lacunar infarct issue and cervical spondylitis. I consulted the doctors here, the orthopaedic was still good and explained the situation but the neurologist.

He said everything is normal and it's due to age (45) Suggested normal headache tablet for lacunar issue, like seriously? Not explaining anything and just prescribed some tablets.

Definitely waste of time and money.

Now this hospital shifted to the near Bommanahalli signal (old to new location 1 km).
This hospital is very comfortable for all. Reasonable price, good attendance etc.

There is no zero so am giving 1. First thing is the hospital is not organised. We reached the hospital and paid 200 as consulting fee. Later we were asked to meet the doctor were 5 to 6 patients were standing in que like a rashion shop, we too stood there in the que but few patients skipped the que and went passing us. We politely waited when we went inside there were three patients including us there was no privacy. Finally doctor checked mybfrined who is suffering from fever. He used spymomanometer to check is bp and then used steth to check. Didnto use thermometer.finnaly he prescribed tablets costing 500. In that nothing is relevant to fever he prescribed 2 antibiotics, one bodya pain tablet, towo acidty tablet and a injection for body pain. Later we checked in a medical shop after feeling no difference in medication. He exaplaied is clearly and w.e wasted 1600 for fever and we are completely trapped. Pls reconsider before visiting.

It's just so pethetic service i had during my mom's treatment!
Apart from 3 Doctors service i found nothing good the Assistant Nurse was just so bad with communication i would never recommend my near n dear onces to get the health corrected from Aswad hospital!

These people are money minded.they give u expensive medicine when u get the same treatment in normal medicine

Worste hospital in Bangalore. And Dr.razzaq is not professional.he given appointment 6 pm.he came 9.20 pm.he is not listen our issues. Local clinics and doctors better than this hospital.

Worst experience doctor won't listen to our problems properly, no token system everyone will get inside while sharing health issue, unethical and unprofessional staff especially in reception pathetic behaviour he shows and they quickly response only for muslims. Doctor also same Manner won't even share any healthy tips won't even listen to our symptoms properly. They don't even know to keep lady doctor for scanning purpose.gents will be doing scan that guy shows attitude like only nobel prize doctor in india.unhygienic, pathetic, unethical, unprofessional, bad attitude doctors and staffs.u can easily rise ur BP level and frustration level here.before visiting doctor only.please someone teach professionalism to receptionist and other staff.worst hospital.

V gud treatment is given here doctor altaf is v polite and co operative doctor Allah has given a healing touch in his hand the OT staff Mr haroon is v friendly and gives v gud suggestion to the patients in curing the wounds were a patient does not feel the pain when he dress up the wounds.
Only the weak point in aswad hospital I found is no proper queue system and neatness if the management brings up with queue system and neatness it will be one among the best hospitals around.
I asked Mr altaf why there is no queue system or proper number system. He replied me with a smile all the patient coming here at my clinic are my brothers and sister
That's false news that they cost more.

Recently did circumcision (khatna) for my sister kid, Dr Altaf is very good, he charged only 3k for circumcision, while these corporate hospital are minting money for these type of regular stuff common in muslim families.

Dr Altaf Hussain is one of best doctor in Bangalore. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and calm person
