Freaking slow response They're not aware of warranty period of portable chargers. Like that's the basic things the staff has to know. Took me an hour for a simple question on charger
Had to fight with the support staff to make them take my vehicle for service despite booking the service in advance via customer care. Took 4 days for service to complete.
Worst coustom interaction, worst service, sorry for choosing Ather energy, as promised by Ather that my vehicle will be serviced in one week. Now it's 20th day but no one reverting back.
Electric Ather is best electric vehicle and this is is the place for service centre to repair your bike. I didn't visited because I don't have electric bike but any one visiting pls write a comment on services part how they quick react to customer complaint It's best electric bike manufacture company Ather ️️️️
One of the worst service center. Customer interaction is not good, they take more time to solve the issue and also not giving a better service. Unsatisfied experience with service. Getting a new bike is easier than making service of this bike, I request for existing Ather customers to visit other service center.
Service was good except for the fact that I was made to wait 45 mins saying it's lunch break. It wasn't displayed anywhere nor was I informed. It's okay to break for lunch, but please keep customers informed so that they can plan accordingly. Also as a best practice, most Service center staff have breaks in a staggered time.
