Recently i have given interview. The final question round was absurd.
The reason behind the rejection was stability. So som1 tell me if your contract is getting ended would you not look for job. How is it a stability issue.

No proper information before interview
Inspite contacting HR person clear information not given Mumbai and Bangalore office communication gap

Work life balance is good & employees are open & friendly. Office space is okay okay.

I love to work at Atkins. It's an huge reputed company. Working at Atkins means leading your life to success since Atkins have many projects hence person will get jobs based on different projects.

Worst place for job they call you for interview but doesn’t have the courtesy to update on the results all the show is fake positivity.

Recently I completed 1st round of Interview in Atkins But there was no Proper Answer at Hr if i call them means there was no respond @aseel ahmed @sachin worst company dont waste time of Candidate

Ok. So how do I say it.

Usually, A construction related business unit is supposedly an organized business sector. Unfortunately most companies only has a facade on them but the reality is way off. And employee policies are 1000 years old and they treat employees like farm animals.

Now comes Atkins. Having worked in different companies over time I have a high appreciation for them. Their enployee and work policies really gives consideration to the employee. Employees are treated as humans and not lab rats. Equality is not just a statement but a motto for atkins. Not just gender i say but nationality also. I have high regard for Atkins as an employee and also a civil engineer.

I had worked here a few month ago in middle east section
its very hectic, politics here is we couldn't manage. Daily they pressure the employees to work 14 to 15 hrs but only gave 9 hrs salary So dont take chance for middle east section

Located in Safina towers, which is heart of the city. You can enjoy the city view in and around up to 5km from top floor.
