This is my 5th order and the taste was always the same

Had ordered choco hazelnut cake for my son on his birthday. The cake was absolutely lip smacking. Will definitely order again in near and distant future.

Love the quality of food, the breads are lovely, the space clean and bright. The service (Dipa, Prithvi and Prashanth) were very polite and friendly and even went and bought toothpicks from a nearby store for our grandmother.

We have ordered Elsa theme cake for my daughter s birthday. The cake consistency was too good and all the guests appreciated it. Thank you Aubree for the wonderful cake.

I've placed orders with Aubree for two consecutive years, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory both times. During the first order, the cake was not delivered on time, which was quite disappointing. Then, on my second order, despite sharing the correct name via WhatsApp, the cake arrived with an incorrect name on it. What's more frustrating is that Aubree's response to these issues has been less than ideal. Instead of taking responsibility and rectifying their mistakes, they provided excuses.

It's crucial to understand that occasions like these are meant for celebration, where punctuality in delivery and getting the name right on the cake is of utmost importance. Regrettably, both times, Aubree fell short of meeting these basic expectations. As a result, I have decided not to place any future orders with them.

Additionally, I must mention that the taste of their cakes is not particularly unique or exceptional. Given the relatively high price range of 4k-5k for a cake, one would expect both exceptional taste and beautifully designed cakes. However, I believe there are other brands in the market that can offer similar tastes with more attractive cake designs. Even local cake designers often exhibit a higher level of professionalism than Aubree.

In summary, my two consecutive disappointing experiences with Aubree, coupled with their less-than-exceptional cake taste and designs, have led me to conclude that there are better alternatives available in the market. Therefore, I won't be ordering from Aubree again in the foreseeable future.

My experience with Aubree Sadashivnagar has been amazing! They never fail to deliver best quality cake in town! Ordered 5kg cake for my niece birthday and it was a hit! Don’t think twice to make them part of your celebration!

The cake was just awesome. For a change we ordered butter cream icing instead of fondant and it was a very refreshing change. Aubree is always the go-to option for any occasion small or big.

Delivery was promised at 6pm, got a call that it will be delivered 30mins late. But it was delivered 3.5 hours late, and they blamed traffic for a 3.5 hrs delay. All guests were waiting and we had to order an other one through Swiggy.

We ordered our son's 3rd Birthday cake, Dino Duo, from Aubree. The service - at the time of ordering, communication - prior to the event & prior to delivery and final product were fantastic - 5 Stars.
The cake we chose was a strawberry, vanilla, chocolate cake. The cake was fresh, moist, delicious, with minimal fondant (as per our request) and had our guests wanting more. A great option to avoid a chocolate overload.
As an aside, their key-lime cupcakes are fabulous too. I highly recommend you order their cake (s).

I've only had excellent experiences with Aubree. Their birthday cakes, cupcakes and cakesicles are heavenly. They're perfectly baked and bring a smile on the face. Really how simple yet cute the designs are and absolutely worth the cost. I especially loved their delivery, the vehicle had a mini cake fridge which carried even cupcakes in the exact condition as it was made. Really love the efforts they take with their cakes!

I placed an order for baby shark blue berry cake. They did it beautifully, it tasted really good. Just that they are bit overpriced when compared to other bakers; else no issues at all. They even deliver on time. Happy with the service:)

Just had a Tiramisu from the future. Please do visit the shop where just for 220₹ you'll get to eat dessert from the future. Bill dated 6 Aug and was served Tiramisu with Manufacture date of 7 Aug. When asked staff about it he replied " it has a shelf life of 10 days" and he avoided any further questions. Needless to say dessert tasted sub-par.

I would have given negative if that was a possibility … horrible horrible service. Ordered fathers day cupcakes.delivery was 2.5 hrs later than committed and attached the photo of how it was delivered … ruined our celebration and their customer service is pathetic and I must say their cupcakes are even worst.

Best place for cakes, pastries, brownies, etc. I have tasted most of the items listed on their menu and must say a big fan of their quality, taste, quantity and packaging. I recommend this place to those who simply want the best.

Aubree is really awsome. They were absolutely co-operative and helpful in designing my cake. Taste was 100/100. They also respond all queries immediately.

Ordered a 6.5 kg cake for an important event- extremely happy with the experience. Cake was made exactly as per requested design, delivery was well coordinated and the cake was delivered exactly at the time we requested. The cake was awesome. I wasn't happy with the amount of sugar used in the fondant finish and in the rainbow shape to write the name of the kid. Also the delivery time was too early and wasn't as requested or agreed upon. Otherwise, the cake was super and kids enjoyed it well.

I just walked in to buy a cake for my wife’s birthday and they said they cannot put a message on the cake because they have run out of message tabs! Such disappointment and Mia management! Their competitors are doing much better.

I have been a regular customer of Aubree since last year when I saw its ad on Instagram. I went ahead and ordered a theme cake for my son’s first birthday and it was a delight.
And this year on my son’s 2nd birthday, I didn’t had to think for any baker. I went straight away with Aubree and trusted them to bake a 8kg theme cake. The cake was just perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. The taste was so good. It was very well appreciated by our guests

I had ordered a mermaid theme cake for my daughter’s birthday and the cake was out of the world. It was a customised cake to match her outfit and the theme, every detailing was taken care of and delivered at the right time with utmost care. Everyone loved the flavour choco hazelnut and was too good.

Amazing cake, amazing Aubree team made my kids birthday! Ordering online was an easy process and the NERF cake was exactly the same with the look when we got it delivered. They were very helpful in answering my queries and they took a step ahead to call me and explain in detail about the cake and delivery. The taste and the packing was splendid too… All together it was a sweet experience!

Finally a cafe with thoughtful offerings. Paneer sub is atomically sublime. The Genovese pizza suitable for kids and cheese is fresh and low salt. These 2 start offerings.

Sofas need to be cleaned after customers.

Bread is not exactly Rheinheitsgebot. So, decided not to try.

Coffee is better than the BIAL ones. Premium I would say. Comparable to Costa, but can do better with the blend.

I had ordered for a cars theme cake for my child's party. The cake design was exactly the one I picked and the taste was excellent (strawberry, vanilla and chocolate flavour). Ordered a cake for my husbands birthday & the cake was a disaster. Dry vanilla cake put together with icing & covered with fondant. Thats about it! Paid 3k for it & ruined the celebration. The whole cake was crumbling into pieces with every cut. It was only meant to look good but not to be eaten. Disappointed.

The cakes over here are not only treat to the eyes but also tastes heavenly. We usually order from here for all our celebrations.

Extremely disappointed. While ordering i gave all the details. I requested to deliver on time. 1st the cake was bit different from the one i selected. 2nd delivery was 2 hours late 3rd i told it is a gift and not to handover the bill. But they dint care about this. The whole idea of sending a gift has been destroyed. I would like to say that you have not taken your work seriously. Otherwise i dint had to call and message again and again and struggle to get it delivered. I never had this bad experience and would request all those who place the order to be very careful as people who take your orders are very careless.

I like their cakes. The reason for the 1 star is their delivery. The first time they were late by almost an hour.
Ordered a cake for my friends' engagement and the delivery promised was on 24th june between 7pm and 9pm. I am writing this at 10.50 pm and still no delivery.
SHOBIT from the shadashivnagar store told me that it will be delivered but does not seem like it is happening. He was also the person I talked to at the store and placed the order. I was also charged for the delivery service. Maybe we should start planning our events based on when they feel like delivering their cakes.
Highly disappointed.

Only because the delivery is messed up and i have got delivery very late.i do understand this is corona times but if we are informed about delay before hand we could plan it on advance and get things sorted.delivery promised 3 to 6 pm. Still yet to receive the delivery at 7 pm

It’s just too difficult to stop yourself from this sinful temptation. Everything just tastes so good. From macrons to cakes to parfaits to coffee to salads to cupcakes. Absolutely no complaints. The service is also good. Presentation of all products is exemplary. My favourite here - a chikkoo and pineapple salad. This is just legendary. Highly recommended.

I have been ordering cake for all our family occasions from Aubree for 2 years now. Best eggless cakes you can get in Bangalore. Staff is very helpful and makes sure the cake is delivered on time. They provide delivery at a nominal charge anywhere within the city.

Will never visit or buy cakes from them! Very Bad service! Request everyone not to get things from them! There are better outlets in bangalore please go there! I had ordered a cake which they had given the delivery slot by 11: 00 in the morning, but they never turned up! I had to call them and requested to deliver half the way at least! But they fail to do so and their employees don’t know how to talk to the customers! Till night 8 I had not received the cake! So I had to cancel it! After that they send messages that the order has dispatched! N after that also they don’t deliver! I request everyone don’t spoil your day ordering from them! I had visited Aubree after hearing a lot about this place and I just loved the cakes over here.

The food at Aubree is good. The cakes taste really good and are presented in a very good manner which is really impressive. I loved there chocolate truffle cake, I also liked the red velvet cupcake and the raspberry chocolate cremeux.
I also had the peri peri paneer pizza which was not that great.
The ambience of the place is good, the service was fine and can be improved.
Overall this is a really good place to visit for some really good cakes.

I ordered a Black Forest cake for my brother’s birthday on 10th Jan. The cake was horrible to the extent we didn’t want to cut and serve it to the guests. It was lathered with watery cream that had spoilt and was leaking off the top. Despite giving them the spelling, they misspelt the words on the cake and wrote it very messy and unappealing. When I called in the evening after the order arrived asking for a replacement considering the bad quality and horrible service, they kept going back and forth and didn’t provide another cake. Then they said they would call in the morning and provide a replacement and they never did. I wanted to give them a chance to rectify their error and provide a good cake that redeem’s them and hence I didn’t put up a review earlier, but clearly lack of customer service and care and very poor quality. They didn’t bother to even call back and sort this. I would not order from them again. Not tasted a worse Black Forest cake in my life.

We ordered a Custom cake for my Son s first birthday. Shared the exact design details and got confirmation from the designer that they could replicate the Lion king design. Since we were late in ordering we made sure we chose a simple design. Also called the folks the evening before the event asking for the cake status and the pick up time. Things were good until the 10: 30 am pick up time. Cake was not ready. When we called they said they were finishing it up in a diff location. After a lot of back and forth calls, cake was delivered to hand at12: 30 and when we opened the cake. The design was pathetic. It was not even 10% of what was promised. We hid the design from the guests and cut the cake. So please do not order from here if 1) you expect custom designs 2) expect on time delivery 3) expect value for money and not get embarrassed to show the 2000 odd rupee design to guests. If these three are not ur priorities then Aubree is The store for you.

I had purchased a Mix Fruit Gateaux cake yesterday, it was only filled with cream with very little layers of Sponge. I am dis-satisfied with the product even after paying Rs. 600 for half KG

One of the worst places to order a cake as they delivered the blue berry cake with “dear” spelt wrong- very disappointing- all Guests were in and later when opened the cake box it was a disaster so had to spend a lot of time and money moreover instead of spending time with my child n guests I had to arrange for another cake within 30 min in the evening with heavy rains on 16 Aug 2019- so when I went back to them yesterday and complained they had nothing to say! My request to all of u is pls ensure u don’t depend on this shop for any of ur occasion cakes: (

Theie cupcakes and cakes might be nice. But the way they deliver these products is hopeless. I mean who puts cupcakes in boxes without cupcake inserts, and to call themselves a bakery, when they don't know anything about cupcake inserts. Hopeless packaging. All the cupcakes inside were stuck to each other. Disappointed.

The status of the cake-apple strawberry.delivered to me.was very disappointing.it was 40% squashed.a. It did not look like the cake in the picture on their website.b. The address was mixed up and a lot of calls had to be made to finally get it delivered.
The cake no doubt was delicious.but I do hope you address the delivery issues.and be more professional with your service.
