Gladdddd to have found Aura Birthing Partner in Bangalore!

Found Aura by shree just end of my first trimester after coming across many options in Bangalore.in an instance I knew this is where I’d like to spend the next few months for the following reasons

1. We have enough unsolicited advice coming from everyone around us specially during one’s pregnancy journey and I was sure I wanted - awareness -Positivity and more importantly I wanted to feel empowered through my pregnancy journey - Shree does that effortlessly and her classes are affirming and reassuring
2. She’s built a community of moms in such a short span - aura birthing partner has become a place for all going to be mums, new mums to approach any daunting question without any fear or judgement - only because of the community she has built
3. Her classes are real, empowering and helps build trust with your body - focusing and filling your mind with the reality (providing tools to deal with the same) and filling each of our minds with positive birth experiences also allowing and helping us to embrace that each pregnancy is different and unique with all the questions (silly and real) ones thrown at her and she answers them patiently with a smile
4. Breaking all barriers of myths that just not only increases one’s fears and vulnerabilities - but helps turning that into strength
5. Shree is so committed and passionate with Aura - it shows how invested both she and Aura are with each of the mums
6. Her classes are focused on the overall - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual!
Breathing techniques, right postures, meditation, strength, core and tools and communication

I’m super excited for having spent to learn from her and Aura and feel confident to enter into motherhood feeling empowered

Awareness and access to right information is a game changer and Aura Birthing Partner does just that with love

Our trainer Sree is very knowledgeable and patient in teaching us all about pregnancy journey, the exercises and any other questions related to our experiences. After each session, however tired we are, we do feel energized and pumped for the next session. Well paced and organized classes as well to suit our needs and number of weeks we are at as a group. We are comfortable to share and discuss on our everyday questions and our trainer gladly answers our queries efficiently. Great going thus far at 30 weeks and definitely will recommend Aura Birthing Partner for all pregnant mommies at whoever stage of pregnancy they are in.

My partner and I have joined the Labour Management Workshop held virtually by Sree, and it was the most valuable decision we have taken. The sessions were well planned, timed and arranged. As first time parents, we were unaware of so many points and information until we attended the session. We felt comfortable and not judged for any type of question we had, hence by the end of the session, we were equipped with so much knowledge. We are very much confident and comfortable with our labour process. The takeaways we had from the session was something we will cherish and hold on for a lifetime. Sree, as the meeting host brings in the positive energy and enthusiasm throughout the session. Do attend the session held by Sree and excited to join in for other sessions, in the future as well.

The Aura Birthing Partner Labour Management classes were a great experience. Shree being a mother herself brings a great perspective and experience which makes you really trust her. Her advice and handling of classes is very personal. I am lucky to have come across her classes. Would recommend it to every soon to be mom. My only lament is that I did not join her sooner.

I had a great experience with aura birthing sessions and a wonderful pregnancy. The prenatal sessions were a good combination of yoga and workout that helped to increase my flexibility, strength and focus on breathing. I want to give a shout-out to this wonderful lady Shree who is doing a fantastic job and helping all would be moms in every step. Shree I owe you a big thank you for guiding me throughout my pregnancy
Little bit about my journey - I have started taking these sessions in my 7th month (I had this regret that I should have joined earlier but it’s fine all's well That ends well) and like every other lady even I wanted to have a vaginal birth. Daily sessions were a calming routine for me and I appreciate her support, guidance and motivation to help prepare me for birthing process. Her breathing exercises were extremely helpful in keeping me calm during my 18 hours of labour pain. And yes she also paid close attention to every moms and modify the exercise as per every individual’s need. She was there with me on call whenever I needed in my labour pain. She guided me to do few exercises like squats, malasan, walking and breathing during my active labour time and I had a smooth normal delivery.

Without any doubts join aura birthing classes, I am sure you are going to have a wonderful time and a wonderful pregnancy. I planned to rejoin her for postpartum sessions and would highly recommend her classes to all future mothers.

I have been attending classes at Aura from my 14th week of pregnancy. It has not only helped me stay fit so far, but has also prepared me mentally for my birth. Thank you Shree:)


I attended the pregnancy labor management workshop, and it was an absolute game-changer! Shree along with being highly knowledgeable was also incredibly supportive. She provided comprehensive information on labor, delivery, and postpartum care, making me feel well-prepared and confident. The interactive sessions and hands-on exercises that involved by husband were the highlights. I left the workshop feeling empowered and ready for the big day. I can't recommend this workshop enough to expectant parents!

This is a must place for all Mums to be!

When I got to know I was pregnant and was expecting a little one, I had been advised to stop my Gymming activities, but without any physical Activity I was feeling very low mentally and was constantly worrying about gaining extra kilos during the journey!

That is when I heard about Aura and I immediately dialed up Shree to check if she took expecting Mother's as Early as 8 Weeks!

Shree was very supportive and reassuring! She told it was totally safe for me to excercise in the first trimester under Trained Supervision! She also gave me confidence that as long as I was eating healthy and physically active, I dont have to worry about weight gain!

I have been visiting Aura Birthing Studio and also taking Online Classes when im not in Town and I just love it here.the Energy and the Vibe we get every morning is just so Calming and soothing. Definitely Something I look forward to everyday!

Post Delivery, I re-joined Shree for her Post Partum Fitness classes.
After Birth, my body had changed and i had lost my core strength and flexibility, thanks to core Strengthening & Tonning exercises, I feel so much Flexible and better!
A Must Attend Class for all Post Partum Mums!

Attended the labour management class today and must say it was the best decision to do so. The class was very informative and interactive. It really helped my partner and me leave as a team by the end of the class, as we now feel alot more prepared comfortable for what's to come.

I’ve been doing pre natal yoga classes with Shree for about 3 months now and I’ve found the classes really helpful considering it gives me motivation to do something for myself and baby and help facilitate easy birthing plus Shree and the community of Aura mothers are so helpful when it comes to questions about pregnancy and babies and the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.

I really look forward to my classes with Aura and I’m so glad I joined Aura Class and Shree has been so helpful with helping us prep for the big day ahead!

Joining Aura was one of the best things I did to myself during my pregnancy. I always believed that it's very important to stay active during pregnancy but you can easily be lost with too many people telling you how much is safe/unsafe. But once I joined Aura for prenatal fitness I knew I was in right hands. Shree has a personalized approach for every person who joins her class. From day 1 she guided me about postures, amount of activity I should be doing, exercises I can do at home, things I should be eating etc.
Her classes are tailored to help build endurance, stamina, courage and above all mental strength to deliver normally. I remember my day 1 at aura when I was 18 weeks pregnant and I couldn't catch my breath after the workout but by the time I reached my 9th month I could run a marathon inspite of my belly.
Aura also helps you become part of a mother's community where you know you are not alone and there are others to help you. I will always be grateful to Shree for her support and guidance throughout my pregnancy and helped me deliver normally. I'm now a proud aura mom
I will definitely miss going for my classes which was an important part of my routine and I would suggest joining Aura to all the to be mothers without thinking twice as it is an enriching experience on its own.

Joining the Aura program has been game changer for me. The founder and instructor, Shree comes with a wealth of knowledge around labour and delivery and she takes great effort in educating others on the same. I have been attending these classes online and I must say Shree goes above and beyond to ensure that my posture was correct and that I was not doing wrong movements. I’m sure it would have been a pleasure to be physically present in her class. Her tips shared during classes are also extremely helpful. Overall a 10/10 and I’d highly recommend pregnant mamas to join in on the fun with Aura!

Absolutely loved my experience with Aura classes and Shree. I looked forward to the classes every week during my pregnancy. The classes offered a wholistic approach from yoga, fitness, breathing and an amazing community that is super active and helpful. In short, going with Aura has been one of the best decisions for my pregnancy and I 100% recommend it to all pregnant moms for a wholesome journey. Further details are below.

I joined the prenatal fitness program during my second trimester with the objective of preparing my body for delivery, but I actually got so much more than just that – fitness, confidence, knowledge about lots of pregnancy related aspects, positivity, and an amazing community. All the sessions were simply exceptional. Every session is so different, so there’s never a dull moment. Shree pays special attention to each and every mother, is fully aware of everyone’s pregnancy situation and suggests case specific exercises to be done if and when required.

It has been almost a month since I delivered my baby and I can’t thank Aura enough for helping me through my pregnancy. My pregnancy was such a beautiful journey thanks to Aura. I was aware of the dos, don’ts and what my body was going through which was extremely helpful for me. I was fully prepared for my delivery which was a beautiful experience because I knew what to expect, and knew what to do once my baby was born. I was active until the very last day of my pregnancy, and got so many compliments about how active and fit I was. My postnatal recovery has also been faster because of the exercises at Aura during pregnancy.

About the workshops conducted - My husband and I attended the labor management and baby massage workshop which were also amazing. We learnt to prepare for labor, learnt breathing techniques to be used, and learnt how he could support me in the hospital. This really boosted our confidence and prepared us for what to expect in the hospital because of these workshops. Thanks to the baby massage workshop, we are beginning to massage our baby now and it is a wonderful bonding experience with our baby.

I have joined Aura on my second trimester. Shree has motivated lot to do the exercises and she provide lots of information regarding the postures and benefits of each exercise. I have been taking prenatal classes at Aura for 2+ months now. I had already tried a month of prenatal yoga elsewhere before this. Let me point out what sets Aura apart from others -

-> From day 1, Shree gets all moms, irrespective of trimesters, into similar exercises, which actually worked in my favor in bringing down my fear of what I can and cannot do.
-> Dumbbells, Resistance brands, Surya namaskar during pregnancy! I wouldn't have thought it possible just a few months back also. These classes changed my perspective in this as well.
-> The number of people in online sessions are limited and this helps a lot since Shree focuses well on posture correction for each participant.
-> The little nuggets of wisdom that Shree shares post each class's end are a big help. Plus discussions with other moms give a great feeling of community.

Keep up the good work Shree and the whole Aura team. Thanks for empowering moms-to-be in their journey. I'm glad I found you!

Shree has accommodated labor and delivery workshop in US friendly timezone and we are very glad that we took the workshop. It is initially a 2hour class which ended up being more than a 3 hour workshop with all the practical labor position demonstration along with the partners. Its is definitely a very informative session and we now feel confident in making our birth plan and understand how communicating it with our doctor helps

Joining prenatal fitness classes at Aura by Shree has been one of the most fruitful decisions I took during my pregnancy. Can't thank Shree and the entire aura community enough for such an enriching, uplifting and positive journey over the last 4 months. Listing down specifics that I personally enjoyed and appreciated the most:
1. Prenatal fitness classes are not just Yoga but covers the entire range of Pilates, strength & conditioning, pelvic floor exercises, Yoga and more. It is a well rounded way to prepare the body for an empowering birth. These classes helped me personally stay super active during my last trimester.
2. The discussions, Q&As after every class that Shree facilitates helps all the moms learn from each other. For example - which side to sleep on and why, what is a balanced diet, what can be done to reduce pelvic pain etc. I always found these discussions comforting as it made me feel not the only one going through this beautiful yet challenging journey.
3. Even though the classes are a mix of online and offline participants, Shree's ability to give 1-1 attention during classes, correct postures for everyone and continuously guide is amazing. I had some inhibitions about online classes being not so effective, but I never felt that adequate attention was not given to anyone.
4. Sessions on postures were such an eye opener for most of us. Being a working woman, I had to sit 10-12 hours in front of the laptop, but those small tips of postures on sitting, walking, bending down, sleeping and more helped me get rid of my backache and other body aches.
5. Moreover, I attended Labor management and breastfeeding workshops as well conducted by Shree. These sessions helped me understand all the important aspects one should be aware of like what are the details of a birth plan, what are the healthy birth practices, how to manage labor and do it joyfully and more. Only when you are aware, you can ask the right questions in front of the caretaker/Oby-gyn/doctor. I felt much more confident of handling whats coming my way after these workshops as each one of them were super detailed.
All in all, Shree has been a source of positivity, calmness over and above being an amazing prenatal fitness trainer.

I enrolled for the prenatal fitness class in March and it has been the best decision. Shree, our instructor has been amazing and is very knowledgeable. She has been imparting all the key pointers in our pregnancy journey. She gives 1-1 attention to online and offline participants which is very praiseworthy. The sessions keep me energetic throughout the day.

Labour Management:

Labour Management workshop organized by Shree for couples has been great in terms of approaching the labour with confidence. We learnt so many techniques to handle each stage of labour as a couple. I would highly recommend it for all couples to attend this workshop to handle labour without stress.

Pregnancy fitness by Shree has been a blessing.
Admire her optimism and how she pushes us to do the workouts that we assume that the pregnant women wouldn't do.
The workouts keep the body and mind active
The workouts aren't repetitive at all
Highly recommended shree s pre and post natal workouts to all to be mom's.

Shree also conducts labour management and breastfeeding workshop
These workshops are important in giving an orientation for to be parents.
Workshop with shree is more of a informative conversation with a friend, she stopped after every slide and answered our doubts
I do feel oriented and confident after breastfeeding workshop because it was totally practical

I joined Aura during my 20th week of my pregnancy and the only thing I regret is not joining early! I love the classes and always look forward to it! Never felt so strong and positive during my pregnancy! I feel so energetic and clam attending the classes. It is a positive environment and attention is paid to both online and offline members.

I am delighted to share a review for the Aura prenatal fitness program that I’ve joined since March 2023 (5th month of pregnancy). This is taught by Shree, the owner of aura and trained prenatal and postnatal educator.

The program is well designed based on evidence with a variety of workouts all geared at providing activation and flexibility to the muscles involved in labor.
The classes are challenging which I think is important to reap the benefits.
Shree the instructor is supportive when we are struggling with exercises - all levels of fitness are accepted and welcomed and we see improvement with time. Seeing other preg women do the exercises motivates me to push myself.
I love the components on strength training lower and upper body since this is critical for birth and postpartum recovery.community fitness: I picked aura (virtual mode) over an in person 1-1 training instructor because I wanted the community aspect of class. The ladies going through the pregnancy along with you, sharing each others positivity and negativity openly without judgement and rocking in the classes motivates me. And hearing their birth stories is inspiring and builds confidence in us.we have detailed discussions on various aspects of pregnancy with evidence based advice from Shree. She also clarifies our queries about these topics at all times. This has considerably lowered my anxiety related to pregnancy and labor.
Shree organizes workshops on breast feeding and labor management, which is a one stop shop to learn about these important topics. To give an example, I recently attended the labor management workshop virtually with my husband and she made it so interactive that I felt I was in her studio. The content was detailed and super informative, with unlimited Q&A and lots of practical hands on training too. She spent extra hours beyond the workshop timings just so she does justice to the content - this shows how professional she is and I trust her entirely because of this.
Aura has made me excited to be pregnant, love and affirm my changing body and work on becoming a strong and confident mommy! Pregnancy is hard and I am glad I am going through it with the aura members

Thanks Aura! Excited to finish the prenatal program for the next month or so.

I have been part of Aura fitness for two months of my pregnancy and writing my review below.

1. Learnt lots of good pregnancy specific exercises.
2. Worked out for core with dumbbells as well.
3. Learnt different breathing techniques and labor management.
4. Did overall body workout not just Yoga.

Shree has been very supportive and encouraging throughout.

Just few minor suggestions:
-
1. Please assign different exercises for different trimester people.
2. For new Joiners the pace of exercise should be taken into consideration as there is only a single group for beginners as well as for experienced moms.
3. Also advancing the morning time slots without discussing with participants/Aura moms should be avoided as good sleep is equally important as healthy workout:)

Rest everything was good and comfortable with Aura fitness.

First of all try to take CORRECTIONS as there is ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT for everything, not just forcing all the Moms to put review when they are still part of your batch.
If you want I could take and put screenshot of your conversation to show how much you force all the current Moms to put review for you knowing they cannot put negative aspects being still part of Aura.

If people are interested they themselves will write the review, no need of your multiple reminders.

Secondly I just had a glimpse of your one point below that you have 20+ moms and do you need to discuss with everyone before changing timing, then my answer is YES because you are charging each mom individually that too more than required.

Also keeping 10 moms online and 8 moms offline never helped correcting posture of anyone and that you yourself could see in your screenshots and know very well.

I just posted my opinion here since you pressurised me a lot and pinged me personally as well for the review which is not the correct approach and now you are unable to take it and overreacting writing such a LOOOONNNNNGGGGG story for 3 valid points.lol

P. S.: Stop being defensive and forcing people to write review expecting a fake 5 star rating when you can not even take minor suggestions / corrections and also pls do not write long stories to justify incorrect things.
