Aurick Boutique Hotel

Absolutely obnoxious rooms and management staff.
I paid for the highest quality room and got the lowest quality room without any guarantee of refund.
The worst was yet to come. Every 10 minutes the AC was turning off for some reason and even after 4 people checking it, no one made any remedial action. On top of that they have the audicity to mock the occupant in face.
Even after a complaint, their focus was to call "higher ups" to avoid the police intervening rather than doing any remedial action.

Room ac was not working despite several reminders to reception staff.
Ultimately they changed the room at last minute before checking out. Not happy

A descent budget hotel to live in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Location is perfect if you want to hop happening bars and restaurants.

We had a Bengali New year celebration in this hotel. They have a conference room at basement. It was well organized.
However, hand wash section could have been more clean.

We traveled to Bangalore for a friends marriage. Stayed in this hotel.

We called them from Chennai and requested a room booking and the staff were friendly and helpful.

There are two entrance to the hotel, for people who are driving their own 4 wheeler it is better to enter the hotel from the Dr.puneeth rajkumar road, since it is somewhat better and easy. The other entrance i feel will not be that suitable for 4 wheeler since it is in a smaller road and busy crowded junction.

Parking is cellar parking, kind of tricky and need to be careful. I was very tensed, careful, and some how brought the car out.

We found the above 2 points only kind of negative but then this is Bangalore.you cant help it.

Parked the car, went in, check in was smooth and easy. Gave us a room on the 3rd floor.

Rooms were neat, clean and good. They said complimentary breakfast but we were busy running around so we didn't try that.

Check out was also easy and smooth, they accept payment via Gpay. Think they don't accept debit cards, not sure, need to check again.

Friendly staff, they tried their level best to help us to get local transport etc.

We stayed for a night and started back to Chennai.

Booked a double room but after checking in they charged an extra 1,000 rupees per day (cash only) for the 2nd person. Advertise breakfast buffet but it is not provided unless they have 15 people. Tried to order off menu but hardly any items were available. 2 mornings there was no hot water for shower. Had to ask to have the room cleaned but never provided fresh towels. Very expensive for what you get. Not recommended.

Hotel is clean & calm. It is on the main road, and is easily accessible. However, it does not have lunch & Dinner facility.

I was in need to stay in this
hotel along with my wife because our son is
studying here yesterday his mother was not
feeling well.so we called our son in the hotel in
our room. But the hotel management didn't
allow us to talk with our son in our room.
Because it is the policy of this hotel, which is
neither written in the hotel anywhere nor in our
booking page of aurick hotel. That you can't meet your
son in the room booked by you. This hotel don't
have any kitchen so for food you have to go
outside. You are not allowed to bring outside
food in side the hotel, but if you order the food
through this hotel you can eat that food in the
room. There is written on wall no outside food
allowed. If you are from north indian and you
have the habit of having TEA. One person will
get one tea bag one milk pouch and one sugar
pouch per day. That's all the about the tea you
get. Now on the name of entertainment one TV
with some limited channel's, maximum south
indian for north indian no hindi entertainment
channel except news.

Rooms are spacious and maintained these days but management has to review the cost as it is bit high.

The rooms were so nice and well maintained. Room service was very well done by the staffs. The hospitality was so good. Also they had a nice menu and food n service was way better.the stay was very well decent and reasonable.

The behaviour of the staff of aurick hotel was extremely bad
and disrespecting. My friend paid the whole
money in advance but still the whenever he
asked him to for a bottle he just said rudely said
it's extra extra and he said he in the room only
he'll pay but he kept on saying rudely. On the
day of checkout he started rudely saying to
check out at 10: 00 only and when my friend said
the check out is at 11. He started to rudely reply
again while saying "you leave right now" it has
been the worst ever experience in any hotel we
have stayed ever.

The rooms are big but not well maintained.
AC is not working properly.
Washroom condition is pathetic.
Staff behaviour is very rude.
The worst thing is they are not allowing outside food but the in-house food quality is worst.
Do not stay in this hotel or if you are staying donot order any in-house food.

Had booked 3 rooms with family, friendly staffs and managers.good room and environment.great facilities too. To be mentioned Rakesh has taken care of the needs and queries and was there for assistance.best place for business stays and for family stay too.definitely gonna suggest for a good hotel in bangalore

Had done a mass booking done at Aurick for 30 people / 15 rooms. In addition, we also had booked the banquet hall on 8th June for an event (engagement) for 75 - 80 people.
I was coordinating with Rakesh for the entire thing.

1st issue - The ac stopped working in the middle of the event with 80 people in the banquet hall which was in the basement. And there was nothing done to rectify it at the moment

2nd issue - There are two lifts to the banquet hall and when we had first gone to see the venue, we were told both the lifts will he working. But on the day of the event, only 1 lift was working.

3rd issue - I had messaged Rakesh on 7th asking if dental kits will be kept in the rooms. He had mentioned yes. But none, mind you, none of the 15 rooms we had booked had dental kits not toiletries. Water bottles were kept in some room and it was missing in another

The management claims that Aurick is a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in a 2 star hotel with better facilities. Technical glitches can happen like in my situation the ac stopped working. I understand these glitches, but what did the management do to rectify them. A simple apology can’t be justified since it was a big event with 70-80 people. The least, the management could have done is refunded some amount or offered a token discount on the final bill.

Since I want to be fair, I will also mention the pros here. The hotel is fairly clean and the food provided is good. Beyond this, I will leave it upto the reader to decide if they want to choose Aurick for an event.

We were very dissatisfied with the stay.
- no hot water
- fungus growing in the room
- stained sheets
. The list can go on!

The hotel is charging almost 5000 for a single room at night.which is very disappointing.when I showing to the reception at online 2000 something it's saying he said no no mam it's wrong. I would suggest everyone don't go don't visit the total they are literally Lootera. I would never visit again in this hotel

I booked birthday event managers are waste. Non of my guest has eaten complete food when i complaint no response and no one was coming to hall till date my all guest gone without proper food.and complaint food was not served well unmanaged staff and managers!

Be aware of booking and commitment of any event or food or room in this hotel!

This is the least star so I've given it.nonsense fellows, not even sent a person for cleaning room, but for extra beds they are ready 24 hours.because u will get money from that know.

I stayed for 3 nights at aurick rooms are spacious, superior room with bathtub was really awesome, very good service Mr. Bahadur is a amazing guy very helpful.
Food was very good specially white souce pasta
Also receptionist was very friendly and helpful specialy Abinash.

Yes, the rooms are good but definitely not the Staff behaviour. I believe they are yet to learn a lot on Customer Experience. We had Rooms booked for a weekend which had to be cancelled due to Weekend curfew in Bangalore and the way they handled it and so called refund was totally unpleasant. The receptionist was rude in his behaviour and the Manager, though professional did not provide right information and updates proactively. Disappointed.

Better opt a a different hotel with average rooms but cooperative staff.

I stayed for 2 days, it was a pleasant stay and hospitality is good, reception is very care taking specially Abinash and Ravi and room is specious and very nice overall I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you aurick hotel.

Poor facility. AC in the rooms was not working. No ventilation and ceiling fan either. Poor cooperation with the staff incharge, especially the manager. Extention of stay is also not accommodated. The manager will ask you to go rather than accommodated you.

Hotel is located in a main road. Easy to access from the nearest convention Marriage hall. Around 8 cars could be parked comfortably. Rooms are spacious and few bathrooms are installed even Bath tubs. They are like honey moon suits having opening between Bedroom and Bathrooms with screens. Ambiance is nice. The major problem is the staff responses and the main door locks and sanitasion of bathrooms. They gave a room for which main door lock is not working properly. After locking the room without key you can access it. I complained in reception they said its technical issue and will take time to resolve it.

The worst hotel for stay. They have used premium materials for construction but facilities are nil. I stayed for 3 days, no proper water in tap. No hot water. Big TV but no channel connection. Everyday the problem persists. AC switch off. Only on demand towel soap arrive, room is cleaned rarely. One should be ready to fight with staff for facilities. Locks don't work, sometimes you are stuck inside or outside.

Worst service, Unfriendly reception manager, no ventilation & powerbackup, no water in washrooms, lift not operational.

Very good place to stay.clean and new. Centrally located. Decent staffs and good food. I definitely recommend Aurick for business stays. The rooms are real value for money. Regards Anbu.

I should say it was a fantastic stay in AURICK BOUTIQUE HOTEL. I was a little reluctant reading a few reviews but I had to take a chance coz this hotel is soo centrally located in JP nagar and had access to all that i was looking for like the malls and the pubs and my office. But they surprised me with the hospitality and the cleanliness (its newly renovated i guess). This is definitely value for money as the rooms are soo spacious, classy and soo well maintained with fresh clean linen, great ambiance, friendly and obliging staffs who went out of their way to be hospitable (for who i am writing this review) and great breakfast to order. Folks.if you are reading the past negative reviews.chuck it. I can assure you that AURICk is no more that and you will be in for a great pocket friendly luxury stay.have fun guys!:)

Hotel ambience very good. But service of staff is not prompt. Nice location and easily over can haill a auto or cab. Food inner gets only at certain hours and limited variety

It may look great on this area, but its price remains high. The reason of being so happy is that its free Wi-Fi, gym and Many More. The look inside the hotel is very beautiful I like it.

Worst hotel experience, no restaurant no service atleast no good staff not even bothered abt guest.the main thing is in online while booking they r showing all amenities and charging 4500 for d room and after going there there r not a single amenities at its service and they r collecting same price total fraud worstest hotel

Hotel is at prime location but not in good condition, kitchen under renovation so you wont get anything to eat or drink, passage lights not working, broken or damaged taps and toilet flush. Not worth even 2000 rs for single occupancy

Looks decent but we have been there for business conferences and its not worth for business meetings or conferences

The rooms are spacious. They will have to improve on their service. And no restaurant is a concern though!

A boutique hotel right on the Outer Ring Road. They used to have a lovely restaurant, called Mask which was a favourite of mine, till they closed down.

The hotel is a sensible location for those looking for a place in this area. We'll connected, though the approach is very crowded.

The most rediculous hotel ever stayed at. The building is crumbling, hardly any staff, the staff says it is under renovation and therefor except for the room there are no other services, fend for yourself. Simple things like show shine and bathroom slippers is alien to them. Staff is very unprofessional. The hotel at best is one star. Avoid under all circumstances.

Very disappointed as there is no restaurant or any food outlet.
Earlier years my wife and myself really enjoyed our stay but last year and this year its terrible

No proper breakfast
And for each and everything I had to call for the service

The hotel is located right on the street, the only 3 star plus property in the area. It is easy to locate. For some reason most cabbies are unaware of the hotel, probably due to the unusual name.

Stayed here for an urgent visit to a conference in the nearby location, my experience with this hotel was not pleasant at all, staff should behave well with the guests, Service should match the charges we pay, Requested for an extra blanked which they told will be provided in a short while after repeatedly following with them, one old guy at reception angrily rejects it. What kind of hotel that cannot provide blanked extra also.

One of the worst hotel and people giving more than 3 stars are paid reviewers. They gavs stinky towels and napkins. Toilets are all stained and disgusting. When asked for towel replacements the reply will come that they have only these. Food taste is bad. Airconditioning doesnt work. What more do you want?

Conference hall in the basement is very messy and conjested. Pillars block the view. There is no fire exit or stairs to the basement, hence very risky. People should not compromise safety for cost.

It holds around 150 people. The hotel is kinda small though. The charges are pocket friendly. But they charge based on the number of plates used. 500-700/plate.

Small well kept boutique hotel service and food very good over all satisfying experience located on outer Ring road is an added advantage
