Zero stars. Running scam on people. Asking them to undergo test without even checking air suvidha. Just standing there to meet there daily target. Nobody knows the process. And then blame each other. Even when I knew the local language they fooled me. How about people who don't understand the language or the process. Be careful of them when you land in BLR.

FRAUDS! SCAMMERS!
11.30 PM We were a family of 4 travelling out of country. We took a rtpcr test just 24 hours prior to taking their Rapid rtpcr test at airport.
12.30 AM These fraudsters gave the report of 3 of us and held one back. After enquiry they said that you have a mild infection and we have to give you positive report. The guy was expecting some money to revert the report. When denied he published the false report with positive covid result.
7 AM we conducted test from another lab and it reported negative results.
Smelly isn’t it?
We lost our valuable money and time only because of these cheats.
Note: they might have a signal in place. If they take a swab from both your nostrils you might be in their hit list. And if you point it out to them, they will blatantly ask you for a proof.

Their results are contradictory to reports given by other reputed labs. ICMR should validate the quality of the kits used and authenticity of the process used to generate reports.

They gave me a false positive report. Then asked me to run the test again after paying ₹3000 the first time. So after doing the rest again and paying ₹3000 again I get a negative and am able to fly.
Money making racquet. I am lucky to have had the time in hand or else I would have missed my flight and lots my ticket cost.
Cheating the public! And spoiling the bangalore airport authority reputation.

Scam. Your test will come positive whether you have covid or not. Ways to loot public. 3k for a fake test

I booked it through online registration for regular RTPCR for travel purpose. Sample given at 6: 00am and got report within 3hrs at 9: 00am. Awesome!
The guys at the counter were so helpful. They answered all my questions so politely. I called and emailed multiple times before booking as I read a few bad reviews hence was a little skeptical. All my emails were answered within 10-15mins. All calls answered and given answers to every questions asked. They’re available 24*7.
To be on safe side, I did book it through Orange lab as well, charged Rs750/- but still waiting for my results. Sample given yesterday evening.
The airport Auriga research RTPCR process is so quick and smooth, I am amazed by this govt initiative to save people’s time and money. Regular RTPCR cost is Rs500/- whereas in other private labs it’s Rs750 plus

Biggest Scam the govt is playing in Bangalore, they have been repeatedly giving positive result, but when we get tested from a reputed hospital, even the rapid test as well as RTPCR report is negative, they are not good with communication, we got positive result after every 1 week, but every where else it’s negative, when we show it to them, they just argue to a point where we are helpless because there is no place we can complain or take an action

Had testing today at Airport and had a confusion about what test to take, at that point Mr. Pavan helped me sorting it out. Then when I realized I paid twice accidentally, I approached Pavan again and to my surprise he proactively gave his number and told that he will get the CCTV footage verified. Eventually Mr. Pavan and Mr. Puneeth has taken time to check the footage and got my money refunded. I felt amazed the way these two employees of your organization went that extra mile to help the customers. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

Wish I could give zero, dont know why Govt is involved in looting people. This is an utter scam. You get negative from Apollo and at airport they give you positive report, all cheats and scammers.

The testing is at the left corner. The facility could be better considering all the passengersbare travelling abroad and have to arrive atleast 6hrs before arrival.

Shashi Kumar at the lab and the other staff helped us get our RTPCR and other test done super quick and made sure we had no problems. Appreciate their help

The folks here were really helpful in navigating the challenging rapidly changing test requirements of airlines.

The location is conveniently located with waiting area next to it.

If sitting and scamming was a job, they are doing a brilliant job. Dacoits looting people in plain sight in the name of 'RAPID' test and the accomplice is the Airport Authority. ️

Worst is an understatement.karnataka government should look into changing this service provider at the earliest.unprofessional.non responsive customer service at airport

Terrible experience. Got a 6am slot and paid online yet need to wait in queue which was more than 2hrs. Terribly managed. Get more counters and have a seperate queue for those who have an appointment

Please convey my regards to Kiran Kumar G. I was flying to London but I was not aware of COVID-19 test mandatory. But Kiran Kumar G & Team helped me to get all the covid reports asap.

The staffs really do not know the value of time and do not know how to behave with people! Such a worst experience! We need to escalate this help or else further passenger will suffer!

I would like to thank personally Mr. Punit who had helped me here I was travelling for the 1st time in this situation, it was great experience.

This is a real scam. My reports they told me I am covid positive, I was not allowed to travel. My ticket cost was 4700 and rapid rtpcr price is 3200.i suffered from huge loss.
I was scared when I got to know I was positive so I went to reputed hospital to recheck, there I found my report were negative.
What's this going on?
Does this auriga lab have no knowledge?
Are this people enough educated to do lab test?

Horrible experience. They gave me a false Rapid PCR positive report bcoz of which I could not travel. Within 2 hours I got tested from a reputed hospital and my reports was negative. Would never recommend it

Rapid test results after 3hrs cost 3.2k and regular test with results after 24hrs cost 800. I'm a bit disappointed with the performance of the stuff here, I did a rapid test and came back after 3 hrs just to remind them that they haven't done my test. If anyone was in a hurry their flight could have been delayed all because of their carelessness to forget a test:). They usually take more test then they could provide, in between they'ed mixed up all and go from one customer to another just to make profit, but rather not concern on health and general welfare. Just so you know if you want to take test here, take it 8-10 hrs before your flightdeparts because Thier expected time for results are total scam

They won't provide you bill at all.they say it will come in soft copy but it's a scam.unprofessional staff at blr airport.

This testing facility / procedure looks like a scam, looting people. I believe those samples collected (we don't have any option, has to give sample and pay 800 mandatory) never being tested. In my case though I have given correct information, my report card filled with default data except my name.
Even after 2 days I haven't received my test report.
No social distance, staffs are inexperienced and confused on what / how to do the sample collection. I think they even allow you to go without sample collection if you pay first.

I have taken test at Bengaluru Airport and the results are not yet shared even after 4 days also. Very poor customer care, the number given in the website never worked.

We reached Bangalore airport in early march when covid cases were at its low and RTPCR exceptions were made for parents travelling with toddlers. We were forced to give the samples anyways and after a long flight with our kid it was extremely difficult to provide samples as their payment process and documentation is slow.
Its been a month now and there is no report provided still. There is a reference number that we received via SMS and it doesnt work on their website. Its a SCAM!
In a way its like a penalty/bribe you pay to enter Bangalore without RT-PCR.

I have paid all amount and now while doenloading report it is asking for money again. Looks like scam. Govt is encouraging this type of scams fooling people.cant trust anyone these days

I agree with majority opinion of this is a fake process. Gave my sample on 01st Apr 2021 and till now - 03rd Apr 2021 did not get my result. We don't have any reference number and no SMS for reference.

This is one way of making money out of pandemic. If taking money is their only intention, atleast they need not waste our 1 and half hour time that too when we have travelled for 24 hours.

Confused staff and no social.distancing norms followed. Results not available on time and poor customer care support. Awaimg.my result for more than 12 hours which was supposed to to be ready in 2 hours.

Had a really bad experience. Had to wait for almost 2 hours to get tested. Have not received the test results even after 24 hours. There was no social distancing maintained and the whole process was very stressful and confusing.

I have given sample for covid test on 6th march 2021 at bangalore airport, after 4 days still did not get my result.
