I rented a swift for my family. Another car accidentally hit us lightly from behind leaving a small dent. They said they would need to replace the entire back side of the car and charged 40k! They harassed my wife and me and threatened us if we don't pay them. Even after paying the entire amount to they didn’t return my dl. This is not safe!

They took away my drivers licence and never returned it. They knew we had a bus to catch and did everything in their power make us miss it. We returned their car with some minor scratches on the bumper, the owner said he will have to replace the entire bumper because of it and charged us 20k.
I repeat, please don’t rent car from this place!
worse car rental experience of my life

Initial deposit was too high. For 7 seater car they charged 10k deposit where as in other shop it was only 1k. We can only drive max 200km a day and if we cross that 15₹ per km will be charged. So overall it is very expensive to rent a car here.

Rented ignis from them for 2 days. Car was in ok condition but they charged additional ₹1500+ for 1-2 minor scratches whereas there were existing marks already. While daily charges may seem reasonable, they will rip you off this way. Be careful dealing with their boys!

Cheap car, I would really recommend this place to get your car. Way way cheaper than Zoom or any other online service. They also fill up the fuel tank in front of you, so while returning you’ll have to fill it up and give it to them. At least at the start you have full tank and can go around conviniently. The car was also in a good condition. The rates may vary depending on the time and period of booking. It costed me 1500 per day for celerio. Also km limit is 250km per day.

Provide self drive cars but experience is not same as zoomcar or other well known car rental services. Please understand insurance policy before opting for it.

2. Need to addition 5k which picking up vehicle
3. You take duster or alto advance amount is fixed
4 timing are fixed any time you pick today tomorrow 9 am it will be considered as one day.
5. Take vehicle full tank and return full tank
6. Only without fuel tariff is available

I had called them for renting a car, over the phone they told the specific vehicle of our choice was available. When we reached the place they asked to wait few minutes, which happened to be like 10 mins. After a while on asking repeatedly they told it will take another 20-25 mins. Now why did i make a call and go! They could have told it over phone itself about the delay. I wasted my 15 mins there.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. They have all types of vehicles for rent, and they maintain their cars well. Recommended if you're looking to take rental cars in udupi
