We had the worst medical experience at Aveksha Hospital. My 2 year old daughter was hospitalized due to pneumonia for 3 days. Her condition was stable and she had only normal kind of treatment and medication. Despite frequent reminders, we had to wait for around 2 hours for the drip to be started. The hospital management is running the system with minimum staff. The service was unsatisfactory. However, Dr. Somasekhar's treatment was appreciable.

The most shocking experience was the exorbitant hospital bill, it was around 25000 for 3 days of hospitalisation. They charged Rs. 7400 for nebulization whereas a nebulizer in their own pharmacy costs less than 2000. Doctor had advised nebulization thrice a day but it was done multiple times to loot our money. We had to argue and fight with the Administrator to waive off around 3500 from the cut-throat bill, especially for nebulization. Most of the private hospitals are money looters and Aveksha is the worst face of it. Shame and Shun on Them!

Service is extremely to the core we are very happy to be here for care. Management is very good and cafe food is served very hot and on time.rest all is wonderful. Aveksha the best hospital.

Very good hospital and doctors who treated me Mr Harish and their co doctors speaks very humble and positive, Also the hospital services and facilities are one of the best in this locality,

One of your nurse from emergency room said "look at yourself" when I asked my blood pressure reading.
One of your male doctor from emergency room had no respect for elders, his behavior was not pleasant.
And also please ask your billing staff to cooperate with customer rather that gossiping with colleagues.

Maybe still some of your hospital staff believe in judging book by it's cover. Not a good experience.

Hospital service is very poor and doctors n staffs are not good enough, specially doctor Somsekhar (pediatrician). He misguided us n gave wrong treatment to my child n so she suffered a lot for two days. After this I shifted my child to another hospital.
N another staff name Azad, he disrespect a mother concern. I mentioned their name because everybody should know about them.

Hospital is very nice the costumer service is very good every staff provides best service the hospital maintain good haigeen and the treetment geven by the doctors is excellent compare to other hospital

Dr varalakshmi, I never want to write any review, but m totally vexed by Ur behaviour, appointment is at 10 she came at 12: 30, after that when we are trying to explain our problems she is talking on phone and drawing on patients casesheet, i never experience this situation with any doctors

And nurses are available for u on the right, doing everything you needed. Other management team is also supportive and friendly. Felt great after they stay here because of dengue. I was in doubt initially when I came to the hospital. But I am extremely glad the Dr. Varalaxmi and Dr Prashant has been really good with the treatment. They listen patiently and also provide apt advice. They proactive and extremely supportive. The scanning and services are also good. It's a good hospital in this area.

Today we admitted my son here. In the evening we wanted to discharge him with consultant advise. They didn't give any bill during discharge and gave reason that administration permission is required for the same. Horrible hospital.

Good hospital, went there for Ultrasound and experience was pretty smooth. Staff was polite and caring. Rates are also not very high. Only thing which I didn't liked is the cleanliness of Toilet, which should have been a lot better. Otherwise everything is good.

No value for time and everytime I visited this hospital had pathetic experience. They start blaming doctors for not coming on time, even though staff call you hours before the doctor visit. Doesn't bother if doctor is there or not. First thing they do is take consultation fees even before doctor arrives so that we won't leave the place.

My mother she got admitted here for her knee replacement surgery initially we were scared of getting done but Dr Naidu n Dr Aditya are such a great personalities! Her operation went successful I l give credit to whole staff! Nurses n cleaning staff are doing their job awesome! How many times u call they l come with smile! The problem was that with my mom my husband was there to look after her but there they never felt that they are alone it was just like home! I would like to thank also physiotherapist he is such a great human being the motivation which he gives to the patients are mind blowing! Pls note strictly they don't allow outside food! Poor management.do not come to this hospital if you are in emergency.they do not provide proper information. If your appointment is at 2 they make you wait til 4 saying some reasons.and do not even consider who came frst.they just send in people randomly. Worst hospital ever visited. The doctors come very late.and you have to wait for very long.

Worst hospital and treatment ever seen. Doctors r very greedy of money. They refuse to give medicine to prevent disease. They only suggest for surgery.my relative was admitted there for abdomenal pain. They kept her in emergency ward for 2 hours and did CT scan and other unnecessary tests and produced a long bill of 20k.

Admitted for C section delivery. Had excellent experience. Staff were polite & Co operative. Special mention to Mrs vivek.

Myself had undergone appendicitis surgery in aveksha hospital two days back. Dr. Nayan Chandrashekhar performed laparoscopic surgery.it went very well.and doctor created a friendly environment before surgery.staff are also very friendly.would like to recommend this hospital to all my neighbour and family members.

Very poor administration and specially the reception is very unresponsive. I think if u are planning to go this hospital then surely drop your plan and go for other options available in bangalore. Worst hospital money minded, unprofessional staff, sisters sit and gossip pretend to work when doctor is around and doctor don't guide properly in case a treatment is needed by the some other specialist doctors. They just make you visit again and again only to make money.

Came for Covid Vaccination on 17th March. The arrangement, behaviour of staff and vaccination process is highly appreciated. Great Experience.

Went there to get my parents vaccinated today. Needed physician certificate for my mom as she was a year under 60 and had existing medical history. The desk near the physician said it'll cost rs50. Came down to the reception to pay and he said it'll cost rs250, which also I agreed and paid through UPI. After generating the bill, the receptionist asks to transfer another rs100 and says he checked with his admin and they would charge the doctors consultation charges also for a simple form to be signed. Exorbitant charges and misleading. Otherwise service is pretty good and clean premises.

Do not ever visit this hospital.it just feels big by infrastructure. There is no proper service provided at this hospital. Doctors are very careless. They were not able to get me an appointment and made fool out of me by giving me false promises of appointment.

This is a fraud hospital. Had gone for a RT-PCR test a couple of days ago. I had asked the staff when I had called how much it would cost and I was told it would cost ₹800. I reach there and they say it would cost ₹2000.800 for the test and 1200 for consumables! The pharmacist said it is for PPE kit.

I felt like I was being cheated! Had no other choice.

After the results came, I had to call atleast 4 times to get them send it to me. They just don't care.

Aveksha is an impressive looking hospital, well-run by a devoted team, who are service minded. Our recent experience was over Covid 19 vaccinations for my mother 90, wife and me, both senior citizens. From arrival to departure staff under admin Santhosh was alert n efficient, especially Ajit and Sukanya handling vaccination verification desk. Take 2 official ID as our Aadhar didn't work, neither did CoWin app. Arogya Setu linking causes more traffic. Aveksha de- stressed us with its human touch. Hope second dose time around too things work as well, since accessing govt certificates again proved cumbersome. Parking is an issue but this is Bangalore!

Worst hospital, pathetic service, very very embarrassing. Casualty doctors and Nurses are very very careless they have a target of only taking money from patients. ICU nurse carry huge attitude, better shift all your nurse staffs to housekeeping, because atleast house keeping staff and helpers persons have little courtesy. Doctors and nurses dont take care of patients, they only keep adding bill for everything.

Better remove reception if you cant handle people.
Later on Mr. Vivek was very polite and helped us.

Today my parents took covid vaccination here. Arrangements by staff is very planned and we'll co-ordinated.

For a COVID test they charge 2000.800 for the lab test and 1200 consumables like pp kit gloves etc. They do not use new consumables for every person who comes for the test but they collect money from every one.

They also don't attend you even afyer booking an appointment for the test. Not because they are busy, but because on a Sunday they were figuring out who should attend for more than an hour. A sick person waited for more than one hour.
