I wish to record my immense appreciation of the help given to me by Ms Nandini and Mr Rajkumar of Axis Bank, Mosque Road Branch, Fraser Town, Bangalore 560005. Being a longtime satisfied customer of Axis Bank, I went there this morning to ask what documents were required to open an account for my 72-year old sister who is unable to go out of the house. Ms Nandini immediately informed me that she would go with me to my sister's residence and complete all the formalities there itself. She and Mr Rajkumar came along with me, patiently went through the process and within the space of an hour, my sister had a new bank account. Such dedicated service requires recognition and therefore I am writing this to say "Thank you and Keep up the good work! " I can never be grateful enough for this service!

My experience with the cashier is his egoistic in his behaviour was unwelcoming Troubled Faced staff members can be seen not a single one is helpful just doing what they paid to do!

Really bad. No one owns responsibility. I was given a card I did not ask for and my account was debited by 1770 rs. Instead of accepting a mistake they have been promising to revert transaction for last 6 months. I have never seen a bank withdrawal with such uncaring people.

The branch manager is an arrogant hot headed guy, keeps shouting all the time, he's only good for that. Had submitted a request to close my account due to the dismal services a few times and it is not done. Pathetic bunch of staff! Useless buggers.

Totally unprofessional and unwelcoming staff, especially Sanjay who happens to be the relationship manager, he couldn't even help us with a contact number at their other branch. When asked, he bluntly said "I have nothing to do with JC road branch, who gave you my number". Highly recommend to bank with HDFC or ICICI which are just a stone throw away from this place but please do not open account with AXIS Bank, they have no concern or regards for their customers.

Current team at the bank is not good at all, the branch head has no time to look into your issue and the operations manager swings to answer your questions to suit the bank convenience, even if he has to lie he will not blink twice.
The team at the bank promised me certain services that were complimentary and later charged for the same. The operation shead Karthik kept making false statements and changed his reasons with lame excuses for the charges and on bringing it up with the manager Roshan, he choose not to respond in writing and kept ignoring and was a mute spectator.
Sad experience and I've been banking with them from it was UTI since 2006/2207, now i want to change my bank coz of this sad attitude of the banks staff.
NOT a trust worthy team.

The manager is very rude to the customers and also the staff doesn’t listen to our command worst branch ever visited of axis bank I heard axis bank is good with customer service I wouldn’t have given them 1 star also the manager screamed at me even though it was his staff mistake and asked me to leave the bank we can’t trust this branch and very bad experience

Need a lot of improvement in guiding a customer, they tell you can visit any branch but these people are just trying to chase me away from their branch, i don't know why the hell they show ad's visit any branch o+ customer service that female is not even listening to my issue she is just telling go to your branch where you opened your account. And they charge so much for applying a new debit card, i told them i lost my card and someone tried to access it i have blocked i need to replace this card, but she is telling pay 590 to get a new card or you will not get a card. Using this account from past 5 years in which i'm using all the service such as loan, credit card. Totally disappointed with Axis bank service.

Wrost service, I have lost debit card went to branch to block n get new insta card. They informed me stock is not there. Informed me to block online n get new one which would take new 7days n cost me 200 rupees tried to inform my sister wedding is in 6days need to do shopping. Not at ol helpful. Don't even help to block the card atleast.

If you can avoid going to this branch.please do!
Watch out for absolute sadists (esp.one skinny curly haired women at this branch).
I have lived away from this branch for 5 years. It’s a real effort and time spent travelling to this branch for the smallest thing like an address change. Thanks to Axis banks internet banking where address change by regular people is made nearly impossible. I sat in front of this women’s desk while she stared at her empty desktop and made me wait for no good reason. Every time I asked how much longer, she answered with no emotion “10 more minutes”. Same pathetic unapologetic ‘I don’t give a f**k’ look. A good half hour should have passed while she gave everyone the same response while twiddling her fingers at an empty word document. Wonder what people get paid for lack of credibility!
Dear Axis bank if your banking experience is so intolerable your phone and internet backing needs to be more user friendly.
