Axis Bank Branch

Unprofessional environment. I am an NRI customer who visited the shimoga branch in December to close my account. They made me visit 3-4 times to follow up but they did nothing. I escalated to bank manager before leaving Shimoga and he said they would do it in a day. It’s been more than 4 months and I still receive statements. Tired of reaching out to them. They are not fit to manage a bank. I regret starting an account with them.

Amazing and quick service from all the employees. Especially mobile app is quite good. Manager is der in the bank to help customer at anytime. Bank staff are not rude. They ll answer all ur queries.
One problem that i have faced was they keep on calling for credit card offer.
