Customer responses is worst I asked for my account to unfreeze it from 2days they sed 30’min once server come but 2 days yet couldn’t get it done though have called several time

Worst staff. Not helpful. They tell us to do everything from mobile app, then why the branch is for, worst experience

Bad experience. This branch even more pathetic than SBI branches. Lots of loopholes in axis bank systems, your privacy is on stake. Not reliable bank after 7 years of sufferings finally submitted the account closure form.
At this specific branch employees are like govt bank officials, they are rude enough. They pretend like they knows banking systems but they don’t. They will understand your issues even if you explain it, thank to god if they understood trust me they will take months to resolve your issue.
