I felt really relaxed and it was overall a very good experience. Also I would like to call our the receptionist Sharanya, who is always very helpful and polite.
Good ayurvedic clinic in the locality, particularly for panchakarma. Staff and dcotor are professional and approachable. Special mention about Sharanya who coordinated and accomodated slots based on our other commitments. Other Staff members (nanjumuneesha, dhanya, rahul etc,) who carry out procedures are also friednly, well trained and good mannered. Overall, we had a Satisfactory experience. Recommended option in the locality for those who would like to undergo panchakarma with out having to stay full time.

Dr. Anoop is taking good care and is doing a good job.my lower back and leg has pain always as i used to travel a lot.but after taking regular massage here I don't feel any stiffness nor pain in any part of my body.also i can feel that my body has become light.i would recommend everyone to go here and get benefited.
It used to be the best ayurvedic massage and treatment center. Now after all the staff including the receptionist have left and the new crew is least interested and empathetic towards the customers. Due to heavy strainful activity i had suffered from sciatic pain which hindered all my activities including sleep. As therapy progressed frequent consultations with Dr. Raseena was of great help as she has adapated the treatement plan based on my pain levels including the medication involving kashayam and other medicines helped me to relieve efficiently. Therapist Rahul who was tagged to my case was of real help understanding my pain location and level every single day euth great patience and adapted the massage intensity accordingly.
Post therapy consultation with lot of suggestions from doctor including lifestyle corrections, minor aids needed for certain time, weight reduction, healthy routine was helpful in not going back to past state.

Very traditional set up and authentic therapies. The therapy room is spacious with dim lights and mild music. After experiencing once, I became a regular. Apart from the regular abhyangam, the therapies I liked most are Shirodhara and sensory bliss. The steam seat that gets steamed through a pressure cooker is an amazingly effective contraption and gets you sweating through every pore within a few minutes. Strongly recommend to people looking for traditional therapies in the original manner but not to ones that prefer glammed up luxury treatment.
