Consulted the doctor Dr Maithri Hegde for deficiency, she suggested few supplements. There was a sand granules in one of the tablet, I consulted the doctor and the center they didn’t want to hear from me what is my feed back. It’s the worst place to visit for ayurvedic treatment.
