Azma oud and perfumes

I purchased two attars mukhallat-f and oud muattaq both are excellent but the customer service is very bad the salesperson has no knowledge about the attars he is just randomly showing some attars without even explaining them like the longetivity, notes, projectivity and is unable to suggest to customers fragnances based on customers preferences/liking there was no enthusiasm from the salesperson in showing the different attars at all, their other fragnances might be good as well but sadly very bad customer service is offered they need to improve on the customer service & customer engagement aspects else they will miss out on customers.
