B E - the surprise store

Worst Service Ever where B E never like before. Actually, I'm editing my review keeping a comparison btw how B E Existed from THEN to NOW. Last year we had opted for Super Date and services were utter bad as explained below:
* They made us wait for more than 2-3 hours although we had booked our slot prior to it
* And they were capturing photos in cellphones literally if that was the case, we would have clicked in our phone itself
* Even the table name plate was wrong which was more annoying after waiting for so long time
* They concentrated only on the people who were more suitable for deir contents and others were just for the booking sake
* Food was very bad and quantity was v v less which was not even equal to the snack Portion
* And after the complaints about all the things that happened to us.they promised for refund, where the guy Called Smitesh said to talk with the management and refund and till now they don't have a single regret and not even any responses to conclude

I'm never ever going to choose BE further.where they have become money minded these days more than the emotions.: (

It was very good and thrilling experience with Smitesh and Vasu. I loved every bit of it and most importantly Bhavin was really very happy and overwhelmed.

They are the best surprise givers if you want to send special surprise to your loved ones when you are far. Shyam was the surprise specialist and he dealed it like a pro. The pre-planning and the approach was clear.thanks for the wonderful moment.

Birthday engineers are really the best option to go for, they are very elegant sweet n surprising. They really make the moments memorable.

These people are legit surprise makers.they are just way too spontaneous in handling a client for a birthday.as I had them for the time travel package. Mr. Shyam and Mr. Vasu are too comfortable to talk to and the way they handled the session was just blissful burst of emotions.

Very cheap, unprofessional, typical basic category kind of team. No time sense. Had very disappointed experience.

These guys are AMAZING! I literally gave my home keys to them and disappeared with my fiancé for a while so they could set up everything. And they set everything up and were kind enough to stay till 1 am and give the surprise I wanted. They were so cheerful even at 1 am that they made us feel the excitement as well. It was my daughter's 16th Birthday, she loves surprises and that's when I contacted BE team, and they did the best! She was super surprised and she was very happy receiving the surprises that the team had planned! A big thank you to the team and sarath for coordinating and making it memorable!
