Great experience at the Babyhug Indiranagar. Especially Nagesh (store manager) was extremely helpful in patiently explaining each product and we decided to buy from this place just because of him. Excellent customer service.

We had a pretty good experience at this store until the billing.

We went to this store as it was close to the Indiranagar metro station. We were able to find what we needed for our friend's baby. The staff were quite helpful in helping us choose what we wanted to buy.

During billing however, we were charged Rs 14 for the cover. As per a ruling, shops are not allowed to charge for the covers they provide if the cover has the shop's branding and this cover definitely had that.

It's disappointing to see shops flouting such rules when billing customers.

The shop where we took 6k dress is not ready for exchange. That too the product which we got as gift for us new born we wanted to exchange the ones which will not be useful for the new born and the shop is not ready for exchange. With out exchange they will not get the exact size and when we want for the new one they are not ready for exchange.

My wife and I shop here frequently for our twins. They have a good collection across dresses, sweaters, mittens and socks. I will recommend this branch to other fellow parents.

Nagesh was really helpful and showed various options that I could buy. If you have no idea about what to gift for a baby shower, this is the place to be.

No return no exchange policy. Bill cannot be generated. Collection pretty disappointing. Best avoidable!

Very bad experience today. I want to buy newborn dress but very less collection. I don't want to leave without buying anything so just select a pair of pants. The guy in the billing counter said there's 30% discount. Very happy for that but after leaving the store I ceck the bill, there is no discount showing in the bill. I went back and asked, and the Bill boy said it was a mistake, no discount in this product. He said you can exchange with other items, so I select other items again but when he trying to rebill he said again exchange is not possible as you aren't given phone number, they talk about their problems Here and there. So Finally I leave the store and inn here to write this experiences.

Very few options (they literally put 1 dress everyday) and very pathetic, rude and impatient staff they have hired for the store.

We brought cradle for my grand daughter. The staff itself came and assembled. Staff are really good and helpfull.

We purchased a baby stroller. Great price, great service. The product was promptly delivered home the very next day.

Worst experience. First of all there is no refund no exchange policy and second is all the products are on MRP no discount they are charging just double for everything which u may get on good discount at firstcry store or online. Ridiculous never expect this from babyhug as it was my favourite branch on firstcry

I have purchased clothes and toys it was very good experience will visit again. All staff are treat very nicely.

No products for infants. Old Stock, No Good Collections, big scam on discount (the store would be branded completely with offers and discounts, but as in when you start selecting products is where you will get to know the actual fact of discount. 1 is 100 product). Finally do carry your own bag, because they don't have any of there's in stock.

Nice store with great customer service. Will get all the baby items. Also 1 piece for most of the item is there to see. Same day delivery was done. Except clothes all items are priced same as online.

Today morning i have Called the store to check the availability of diapers and breast pads so that I can take while returning from work. Due to some unavoidable work I got tied up. I was not able to make to the store. Other side my wife calling as she need to move out somewhere and need the breast pads and diapers for emergency. Then in a doubt I was calling the store again around 7PM whether they do delivery for low value purchase and to ask for delivery possibility telling my situation. The immediate reply from the store manager I got surprised me "sir, I understand your situation. Let me know where I have to deliver. I will ask my team member to start right away" he said. Store team immediately responded to deliver the same and ensured the delivery happening on time. What I felt great is for service and their commitment to keep their customer happy. I don't had any good experience in recent time. They have not valued the money how much I am purchasing (Rs. 370) but they valued their customers and their happiness. I Strongly recommending the store. I will not go anywhere and any other store in future. Keep up the good work Team Babyhug CMH road.

I have purchased a products worth 7000 change, they have collected money before giving the receipts & after that they didn't exchange the product too

We went there on the first day - found the cradle and the booster seat that we had been looking for! They also had a good collection of clothes for kids.
