Average quality food. Taste was not up to the mark. Service was not good. Hotel and it’s premises is untidy. Tandoori roti was uncooked and too thick to eat. We had to leave it as we couldn’t eat
They served a dry briyani. (Dry briyani in sense when yo over heat cooked rice or microwave for more than the required amount of time) may be they served last portion of rice (ultimately bad briyani ever I had in my life) and coming to chicken tandoori. They served blaskish red tandoori which is burnt more than it should be. Overall the food wasn't good
My family came across this hotel on our way home to Kerala from Coorg. We came for a rather late lunch and ordered a mixed platter. I remember my family initially being impatient since it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive. But the food was definitely worth the wait and we didn't regret the delay.
The chicken pieces were huge, cooked well and spiced to perfection. The chef was definitely skilled in marinating all 3 flavours - cream, hariyali and tandoori in an authentic manner. The mayo/thoum was one of the best sauces I ever had in any Arabic restaurant. The mint chutney was also nice. To my suprise, we also got a complimentary plate of kebabs for the amount of time we waited.
The price was definitely at an affordable range for the amount of chicken we got in the mixed platter (16-18 pieces) and we got 8 pieces of kebabs on the side. It can feed 4-5 people. They also refilled our mayo and even packed a new container of mayo with the leftover chicken, which we ate that night for dinner on reaching our next hotel (It was still soft and tasty then)
Coming to the aesthetics, the hotel was neat and well maintained, the toilets were fairly new and they had ample parking space.
Cons: The waiting time. You will need to wait atleast half an hour for grilled items on the menu. So for people in a rush, better to order it early on the way to the restaurant. I think the biriyani won't take as much time since we saw people getting it within 15-20 minutes.
We ordered chicken biriyani and it was very good. We visited for lunch the whole time we were in Coorg. Paneer n roti were ok. The place is neat and clean. They have parking space too. This is the best place I could find in Virajpet other than one in mahindra club resort.
Food was ok, but server Ravi was very arrogant. Not even allowing to join the tabels.not serving food to the plates. Hated the service. Arguing with customers is not a good thing for the hotel.
We have travelled from Bengaluru and found this place for lunch, and the place was literally best in the zone to have food with best quality, price and they are great in. Service too.
Best non veg Hotel in Virajpet their tandoori and wheat parota is very good. Actually I came from club Mahindra. Best thing is that they are ready to do food delivery till club Mahindra virajpet. Pls don't buy food in any hotels near by club Mahindra all are unhygienic. For pure Veg hotel choose Udupi.
No proper Ac, No meals available and no cold water bottle. Looks high level restaurant but not good as expected.asked a staff for cold water bottle but he said it is not available here. Atleast he should greet customers with a smile.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, The friendliness of the staff seems genuine, Thank you so much for all your hard work and consideration.
Perfect place to get together. The food was absolutely wonderful and delicious. Thank you so much my bestie for taking such a wonderful care of our family and friends during the visit.had a terrific dinner.it was beautiful-peaceful and relaxed. My weekend was outstanding. My happiness was relaoded all fine with smile and care from staff people? With loaded homely feel. Will be back definitely.
Very nice place for food which is located in virajpet. They even delivery to Mahindra clubhouse. Delivery charges day time 250 night 300. Hospitality is very good and food is also tasty
Extremely impressed with the hospitality, service and quality of food here. One of the best meals our family had in recent times. Al Faham Chicken - do not miss to order this. We had lunch and packed for dinner too! A must visit if you are at Virajpet.
Amazing experience, anyone going to virajpet would highly recommend this place for food. Very friendly service and the food is very very good and so affordable! Will definitely come again, thankyou so much ️
A pocket friendly restaurant for those staying in nearby costly resorts and wish to have some good cheap food. The quality of food is so much better than what we expected after seeing the prices. We ordered food from this place to our resort and it cut down our food expenses to half. They deliver to all nearby hotels and resorts.
Good option in Virajpet. Clean well maintained restaurant in the main Street. Food taste very good. Kerala parathas, Hyderabad chicken and pepper tandoori chicken were outstanding.
I would rate this as one of the best restaurants in Virajpet town. Location is great. Has ample dedicated parking area (across the street). The ambience is great. The staff is courteous. We tried the Mutton Rogan Josh and it was just amazing. The restaurant serves authentic Kerala Paratha and is a must try. The tandoori paratha is also great for those not want to eat Maida. We also tried the Chicken Masala which we felt was average. The chicken biryani (Malabar style) is amazing. The pricing is reasonable. I would give it 4 stars with 1 star only going away because of the mediocre chicken masala. Overall, a must visit if you are in town and looking for some great food.
Amazing place and food. They deliver to Club Mahindra as well for Rs. 300, making it a better alternative than the over proceed food served at Club Mahindra.
Near and tasty food in virajpet, comparatively a good restaurant in virajpet. Will be only option if you visit virajpet on Sunday or above 8pm. Manager was helpful.
