Not at all happy with this office services, they have made me to wait almost for 1 and half hour even after saying that I've to go back to office. I'll never suggest to come to office for any queries.

Even after fulfilling all your requirements and documentation still we not getting funds, we have agreed for Over draft loan for our emergency need but still you are playing and not responding to our calls messages and and after several messeges replying with lie from one week we are getting answer from you that that today it will get disbursed but still not getting funds. You understand others emotions and the emergency necessity of money.

It is the worlds worst financial services I have ever come across. Every time I need to buy something using this facility, I need to spend more than an hour at the counter, with unjustified documentation.
A simple thing like a mobile number update cannot be processed easily even after being there in person.
Dear Friends, Bajaj Finserv will attract you while onboarding you as a customer talking about their services and attractive rates of interests and charges. But once you onboard you will end up paying beyond what is offered by the competitors. One of the example is their annual maintenance charges which cost approx 5k per year and if you have to close ur loan before the tenure you will end up paying some good 5percent of your loan amount for nothing. And irritating is once u r the customer here their marketing people will keep on troubling u calling 1000 times to move to their other services. I would request not to prefer loan frm this Institute rather go with banks for any loan requirements.
Shameless spammers! I get 3/4 calls daily on my DND number and no action even after repeated requests to remove me from their calling list. Only a company run by thugs and fraudsters will adopt to such immoral business practices. If Bajaj Finance was an individual, I would have personally gone and beaten them up to pulp till they promise not to spam me anymore. Hope to see this company shut down and see the senior management in jail one day.

I visited this location and did not find any Bajaj Finserv office there. Location is incorrect, I waste my time and fuel to travel this location. You should have update location atleast.
There attitude towards customer care is helping fraudsters cash big time. Also Don't trust & entertain any calls from them Or else you will loose your money big time
I took flexi loan of 9-lakhs. They charged for insurance Rs. 37000/- also insured my bank cards which never required. When asked why they have insured card, answer was it is optional, and you can cancel it but you will not get the full amount which is paid in insurance premium. They cut money which is not mentioned anywhere in the documents. Never trust on these guys they are looters. They steal money from your account. Customer-care is worst when you put your actual issues to resolve else their "wecare" is very fast when you apply for loan processing it happens on phone and online but when you want to close account you have to go to their branch (ridiculous). It is recommended that no one should take any loans from Bajaj finserv.
In short: 1. They are looters, cheaters, scammer. 2. They are very fast when providing loans (Everything will happen online). 3. They are worst after providing loan when you ask about your issues. 4. Charge in name of insurance, maintenance, processing, documents, etc. 5. Never trust on their verbal terms and conditions. (Read all docs line by line, fill all docs yourself, if you already decided to take loan from them and face the challenging adventure after that.)
The worst financial service. I have closed my loan on Feb 2021 and now it's Oct 2021, Around 7 months but still I have not yet received my NOC. Visited the Richmond office 3 times.but no response.but they get all charges and penalty perfectly.
Poor customer support, bad finance company, penalizing customer with hidden charges even when loan is closed. The employees are horrible don't know to communicate with customer. No to bajaj finance, bitter experience.
Bad managed system for handing loan request, once you took the loan, interest rate increases automatically, in-spite of it is decreasing all other places. They show there bad faces to there customer only. Nothing as such good.
Company representatives provide all fake commitments and don't believe these folks while taking flexi or personal loans.they will process loan very easily without any documents with higher interest rates, if you want to foreclose, they will show their colors and terms and conditions.
Think twice before you take any loan from the Bajaj Finserv. The loans have hidden changes which the sales guy will never tell you. They Run the show with 0 customer service. I had taken a home loan and they have linked the personal loan I taken from Bajaj to it. Now the personal loan is showing as a property loan and I have not recieved any communication or intimation for the same. I came to know about it when I try to balance transfer the loans. If they convert the loan to property loan then why they still taking personal loan interest rates? Is that even Legal?
I read the reviews for last 2 days and I went there today for my work. The service was really good.they treated me well. (i am not a kannadiga) so they answered all my queries in English.the staff is nice.yes you may need to wait after getting the token.but that is only because of the queries of the customer. I didn’t feel that the staff was doing it deliberately.my honest opinion —- do visit it yourself and then give your review.
Very very Dissapointing And sick service They don't bother about there Customer at all. They only want to give us the loan and keep charging high interest and some hidden charges and at the time of closing nobody help us and simply make us run around.they don't even guide properly to make the payment online and for all the query they just send one standard email without even reading the mail. Marathahalli branch teams are Irresponsible to the queries asked. Even the manager is not responding to the emails and calls. And also customer care service are worst they don’t provide proper response for the queries requested.
My EMI card is blocked for no reason and I'm getting messages saying I have unpaid dues even though I have all EMIs on time without any bounces. There's no proper communication line with the customer care executives to clarify.
Hopeless customer service, wrong address mentioned in website, no one bothers to update the new address, no one willing to talk from customer care support.poor experience so far
This is worst finance company which I faced in my life they will deduct money without any reason and even they will not show the deducted money in transactions history. Please please don't go with this company. And executive will explain one plan and after taking the loan they will executive other plans. If you have emergency amt required please go with other Banks don't believe these guys.
People are simply charging every month 600rs as bounce charge for me I just missed one month emi to pay on time just after one day I've paid and cleared everything but still you ppl are simply charging chargers for me every month very bad service.
This branch is in HSR LAYOUT not madiwala. It seems it's not even updated in their customer service center. I had to find this address in a very hard way. Everything written in the address fine but the area is HSR LAYOUT not madiwala. Building ground floor is liquor shop MADHULOKA. It's very near (walkable distance) to SILK BOARD. Make sure you are NOT going on a second Saturday. Yup, nobody mentions it. Nowhere they are displaying branch phone number also. Anyway Bajaj fin also sucks with their huge interest rates and non transparency.

Don't take any type of loan from such type of company. I have been asking them to uodaup to account no.in my loan account to cut the amount. I have called their customer care executive as well as mailed to Bajaj FinServ. I have not got proper response. Now they r asking for RS. 900/- for ECS fail charges. I have done proper payment through their website. Their customer service executive will not give proper solution to your query. But if payment is not done, they will ask you 100 times. I have also called them 100 times to update new account no. But that time they have not given any solution. Such a bad service they are providing. They are looting common people. Don't take any type of loan and sercser from them
Worse experience with company personal loan services, they will make your life hell. You do 100 complains but answer will still be we will get back in 2 working days.
I have taken loan from Bajaj Finance Madivala branch. When I approached them to close the loan amount they gave me inane reasons like server issues and made me visit them multiple times. Today when I submitted DD from ICICI favoring to them they denied saying it will take 7 working days which is ridiculous & irresponsible on their part. They made me to pay interest on my loan account which was otherwise could have been avoided if they would have accepted my DD. This is blatant day light robbery.
