Very good family hotel to stay and it is nearest to Narayana hospital and hotel provided free vehicle service to hospital pickup and drop

Room atmosphere is average. Water quality is not good. I would not recommend this. You can stay at AR Lodge which is 1 km near this at Chandapura market which is very good at the same cost.

Room location verry close to NH hospital, markets. Room's r not properly clean, overall hotel service r average.

Cheap price. Friendly staff and owner. One thing that is missing is the TV. Other than that, its fine.

In Rs 700/day you will get 1 BHK ful furnished house with TV, Cooking Stove with utensils, Refrigerator, Cot with bed, Wifi, Light, Fan, Geyser, Aqua Drinking water, etc.

The behavior of the staffs were good, whenever we told some problem they tried to solve it rightway. The didi at reception was cordial and even being a women carried our bags. The rooms were ok comparing to the price, we were in much smaller room than this in Kolkata but with high price. However, they tried to give us rooms different to the one they showed at first. The bathroom was not clean and no hot water. There were small cockroaches throughout the room though they sprayed the room, they still remained. We were scared to sleep, and then there was bedbugs which finally made us to leave the next day.

Despite being low priced, this place doesn’t even worth that money. Unhygienic and unhealthy rooms.

Very bad experience. The rooms are not at all well maintained n clean. And on top of that the behaviour of the owner n staff is very bad.we stayed for less than two days but we were charged for 3 days. I would never suggest this place to anyone.there are lot of nice places to stay on Sparsh Hospital Road.

Just an average guest house. Bt very behavior is very cordial. Car service is good. Rooms are average.

Best place to stay for patient attendants for Narayana Hrudayalaya. Don't believe reviews of some cheapJacks who expect 5 star service for the cost they pay here. Overall I am satisfied with the quality for the money I paid. You cant find a better place than this at least in Bommasandra.

Very very rough behavior. They are getting unlimited patient, so they dont care about boarders. Even I saw them scolding boarders.
I gave them advance money (because I stay in Bangalore) to book two rooms for my relatives. Noon time I called them to ask wheather they have booked the room. They forgot and said that they would see. Evening time they called me and confirmed the room.
The worst rooms they kept for us. Very bad smell, bathrooms were very dirty.
Now coming to check out. We check out at 12: 00 pm. 5 days we stayed and they charged for 6 days. They started counting check-in from morning 6: 00 am but rooms were confirmed at evening. So from 6: 00 am to 12: 00 pm they counted 1 day. When I told them they started arguing with me.
If possible try to avoid Balaji guest house. There are so many other hotels much better than Balaji for the same or less cost.
