Worst management!
There is no proper timing maintained for the consultation.
People have to wait atleast more than 5 hours to get the consultation which is horrible.
Try to take less appointments daily and which will help patients waiting less time.

You should wait for hours like literally 6-7 hrs. And they will ask your phone and give themselves 5 stars. That's why you'll see 5 star everywhere in this review section. I've came 1 pm and doctor showed up near to 9pm. Receptionist are such a evil personalities, have ego and arrogance with them. There is no que for the receptionist close people. Receptionist are cruel and money minded people. If anyone seeing my post please fire the entire receptionist panel including a BP checkup girl! Such a evil girl

Staff are playing politics they are taking money n sending the person inside. They don't have proper system. I have taken appointment bfr one week but 1st preference they are taking money n sending to some other person. Dr kranthi Kiran just fire ur staff person first. Gv preference for first cm first appointment. Dr is not good simply he wil do digonasis and do operation that to worst even after operation not cured it's increased more pain

No doubt doctor is really great and very very talented. Never seen such doctor in my life. But there some issues needs to address
1) consultation is not first cum first service - it depends on receptionist and how close you are to doctor
2) Many times i have waited since morning till late night - some ppl come and directly go inside
3) have seen many ppl from village side do wait more than a day
4) There is no proper system for consultation - mentally be prepared to wait for a day
5) receptionists are not professional and few are very arrogant

I feel very bad for such talented doctor.

I came from Bellary to consult kranti kiran doctor for taking treatment for my leg pain. Even after taking pre appointment I could consult doctors for two days.patients were waiting for more than 6 hours. Doctor having good name they should maintain some discipline in OPD. Patients time is very important. If doctor is busy don't fix appointment. Give respect to patients time.

My experience with this hospital is somewhat positive because the doctors had saved life of my uncle and treated very well. Doctors are friendly and well experienced in their respective fields. But the cost of the hospital is too high and for post treatment there is no priority for outside people's and you have to wait for a long to meet the doctor, it may takes from morning to evening that's why I am giving 4 star.
