Bad customer service by the store workers they didn't even bother to ask me what i need i asked them the items multiple timed they were serving customers who even came after me. After being treated in such a way i just came out without buying anything

Each and every medical store in bangalore gives you a 10% discount when you buy medical tables more than 200 rs where as this store doesn't give you any discount irrespective of the amount.

This balaji medical centre. First point the don't respect the customers. & no single rupee discount. All r mrp rates.plz don't buy anything from this shop.i think owner of this shop have no knowledge of this type of sales man having in his shop

When the world is so competitive, and offer competitive prices - balaji medicals opposite post office provide ZERO DISCOUNT.everyone knows in pharmacy there is 30-40% margin of profit yet these people never provide discounts on MRP.

Sunday the 28th March 2021. I was suggested to go to this medical shop for the medicine which was not available with my regular pharmasist. They accepted the card that day and the payment was successful as well also there was no stock of the medicine which i was looking for. Today the Tuesday 30th March, I visited the same store and person there started acting cranky and he was so stubborn on not accepting the card. Worst ever experience. Being in a medical shop people should be more sensible and responsible. We would reach out to them only when we have an emergency.they have a big shop with all sorts of medicine but no heart to understand the pain of the patient
Worst Experience Ever. I will try avoiding going to this shop. I won't recommend this shop.

I used to buy medicines here every month, today I had an experience I couldn't even think of, Probably this review makes no difference to attitude of person concerned or management.
Mr. Prashanth (I dont even know if its his original name, thats what he mentioned) who was attending me in the stores is the MOST ARROGANT PERSON. The purchase was complete and payment done, I asked torn note to be replaced when he tendered change. Fast forward conversations leads to "You bring letter where govt mandates" All this for 10/- Change Mind you 10/- Change

Never seen such an aristocratic attitude before ever in any stores of any magnitude of ops

I would suggest visiting other medical stores which are in close vicinity where the staff are better behaved than here!

Most arrogant and impolite staff. When we specifically asked for "Albazole 400mg", a dispersible tablet (in water). Firstly they gave Zeebee, which even though is albendazole, it is non-dispersible, it has to be swallowed.
So we checked it and asked him to give the correct one. He insisted that this was the one. When we told him it is not the right one, he went ahead and even shouted at my wife.
Being such an old and reputable shop, this behaviour of the staff is not only shocking but also dangerous. If you are buying specific drugs for geriatric or paediatric age group. PLEASE DON'T BUY HERE AS THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU.

I had the requirement for 2 medicines they gave me the one which was costlier one and said the other was not there but after few hrs I went there and asked for the same thing and they had the stock the other guy said it was available so the point is before buying medicines just check once if another show is having that because this shop can fool you just to make profit
