Donno how to talk to customers. They will give bill only if asked at that time itself.next day they won't give.fully money minded.worst service.

Poorest customer service ever. Have never seen such arrogant chemist in the entire India. Would never recommend anyone.even if you have to travel 5kms to buy a 10rs medicine choose that option. Heights of rudeness. Shame! I would give minus 10 rating.

We don't get discount here, but we get all types of medicines. If not they will arrange it in hrs time.

Useless and mannerless staff. Full of ego. Rude, as if they are doing some beneficence on customers. Soon they won't have any. Poor customer service will never take you long way. Will never visit here again ever. Abusive staff specially the one little kid sitting on the cash counter. Doesn't have any manner how to talk.

Good serice.they dont offer any discounts, but its ok v ill get all medicines hear no need to roam hear n der.

Finally I came to know that u guys brought that medicine from somewhere else to help me.i request u should the same job like this to fulfill customer need for their lives thank u.

Never i have come across a chemist who is so rude with customers.all staffs are extremely rude & arrogant in their behaviour, license should be terminated for such kind of ppl who think they are doing favor on patients coming to buy medicine.all staffs are arrogant while speaking to customers & least bothered abt customer service.

The worst place to visit these sort of guys should be cancelled with their licence. Mannerless staff they dont know to talk to customer, owner is money minded.

Good customer service. They won’t offer any discount, but we get all medicines. If not they will order and arrange to get it delivered.

This shop guy do not provide bills, no exchange of medicines taken 1 day before. Keeps medicine close to expiry.

Regular customer for medical and used to buy medicine regularly and the staff of the medical they are well mannered and they are aware of the concern of the customer if we are uneducated to tell about the concerns and they will try to understand and they people help to give treatment if we request.

Service is so poor and slow and staff are not wearing a mask and they don’t follow a rules of COVID 19.and I think purchase of medicines from this shop is not safe! They don’t have manners how to talk to customers!

Poor customer service. Will not even consider to return the medicines you just bought at the counter and rather give you a credit note. The only medical shop which still manages to sell everything on MRP.

Had a worst experience today. The store manager misbehaved and very rude in his dealings. It was really sad to see such a shop behaving in a nonsense way during the corona times. I would surely not recommend this shop. There are other good medical stores on neeladri road.
