Shabbrish was very professional from the start and helped us with almost all the requirements for the naming ceremony. The decoration was really good and was liked by everyone. I have contacted many companies but all were money minded and was always asking for extra money even for few extra balloons. But with this company, experience was different. They did provide extra props which were not committed to make decoration and my kid's birthday memorable. Politeness is at different level. Never asked for money for extra props and balloons. I had contacted Balloon pro for my daughter birthday party. Mr Shabrish was very much interested in this event initially ans was sharing party decoration photos in WhatsApp. As he asked, I finalized the theme within 2 days and sent the photo of the finalized theme costs aroud 8k. As soon as he see my finalized theme, he stopped responding by saying he will contact me later or end off the day. But again no response. Balloon pro will not respond if they get big order for sure. I had really very bad experience with them. I wouldn't recommend balloon pro for anybody.

Decoration was awesome…everyone loved it…many people saw the theme 1st time. People liked printing baby’s photo on backdrop. Photographer was also awesome, we enjoyed photo session with him. Thanks for arranging such great experience.
Awsmm decoration done at my son's birthday party. Decoration score and Punctuality score = 10/10. You don't have to call him twice, he is a responsible person whom you can just tell your requirements and just stay relaxed. His team will decorate your place nicely in 2 hrs and they can do customisation as per your requirement. Just go for it.

Excellently organised. Everything happend on time automatically due to their coordination among them. Decoration output is exactly as shown in their pictures.
Contacted them to decorate my baby’s naming ceremony. First they agreed. I wanted them to meet me in person to finalise the design. They just kept postponing the meet. Later they just stop taking your calls or replying to your messages. At least they should have some decency to convey that they cannot take up a project if they can’t. Just ignoring a client because they are busy or because it’s a small function is not professionalism. I will never recommend balloonpro to any of my acquaintances.
