Balmatta Scan Centre

Doctors are good and good knowledge.
Staff are rude they don't follow proper quee system. They allow whom.they want.
Talking is also not proper.
Fees is Normal like other scanning centre.
Water filter is available but water was empty.

Service is very bad. Staffs are totally unprofessional. The receptionists are very rude to the patients. On call they ask us to come to scan centre and when we reach there, we have to wait for 2hours for our turn.

Irresponsible staff. They said no appointment is required and asked us to come. When reaching there the person says you have to come evening. Then why asking to come and waste time plus no appointment system? Wish i could rate negative for all the time that was wasted. Pathetic system. WORST EXPERIENCE!

Service is bad, they can do much better with all the staffs they have. Receptionists need to learn how to behave with customer/patients. I am writing this review while sitting in the lobby. My mother needs an MRI and we had booked the appointment prior and time has passed, still waiting for our turn even after more than an hour! And there is no parking for customers!
