I loved the sweets at Sai Agarwal sweets. They were really delicious. The shop looked nice, and the people there were friendly. If you like sweets, you should go there!
Worst They are utmost cheaters.they packed one day old samosa, when i complained to them again they refried same one. Will make sure to convey this message to near and dear one in the locality
Worst food quality. Ordered today parathas. All parathas are horrible. Uncooked, no test. Recommend viewer ignore this type of resturent. Worst experience.
Most unhygienic sweets and terrible service, Bought a kg of laddo today, found one dead cockroach inside one laddoo, went back to shop for complaint, the person said it's not our responsibility, it comes from factory, we can't do anything. He was like " you buy - you eat - you die" I don't care.
Kindly be mindful while buying sweets from Agarwal sweets Ananthnagar, specially for kids, as kids don't even check while eating Recommend not to buy
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying Agarwal Bhavan's Rasmali sweets, and it was nothing short of a disaster. As a connoisseur of Indian sweets, I had heard positive things about Agarwal Bhavan, but my encounter with their Rasmali left me utterly disgusted. I feel compelled to share my terrible experience to warn others about the disappointing quality of their product.
To begin with, the Rasmali sweets I received were in an appalling state. The first whiff of the package indicated that something was terribly wrong. The aroma was far from the sweet, enticing fragrance that one would expect from fresh Rasmali. Instead, there was a pungent, off-putting smell reminiscent of spoilage. It was an immediate red flag that I couldn't ignore.
Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the Rasmali sweets were indeed spoiled. The texture was slimy and sticky, a far cry from the soft, delicate texture that Rasmali is known for. The sweets had an unusual, unpleasant aftertaste that lingered in my mouth long after I had consumed them. It was evident that they had gone bad, and consuming them was a health risk I had unwittingly taken.
Furthermore, the appearance of the Rasmali sweets was unappetizing. They had a discolored and splotchy appearance, indicating that they were past their prime. It was evident that Agarwal Bhavan had neglected quality control, allowing these spoiled sweets to make their way into customers' hands.
The disappointment didn't end with the spoiled Rasmali sweets. The customer service provided by Agarwal Bhavan was abysmal. When I reached out to express my concerns and disappointment, they were dismissive and unresponsive. They showed a complete lack of concern for their customers' well-being and failed to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product.
Given the spoiled state of the Rasmali sweets, I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding Agarwal Bhavan for any sweet purchases. Not only did their product fail to meet basic standards of freshness and quality, but their lack of customer service further compounded the negative experience. It's clear that Agarwal Bhavan falls far short of delivering the delightful, authentic Rasmali experience they claim to provide.
In conclusion, my encounter with Agarwal Bhavan's Rasmali sweets was nothing short of a nightmare. From the spoiled taste and texture to the unappetizing appearance and appalling customer service, it was a complete failure on every level. I strongly urge potential customers to steer clear of Agarwal Bhavan if they value their taste buds and their well-being. There are plenty of other establishments that offer superior quality Indian sweets, and Agarwal Bhavan is certainly not one of them.
It has happened multiple times that they have given samosa that stinks, fried in very low quality oil. Once they gave rasgulla which was old and was smelling like rotten egg. I have lost faith on agarwal bhavan. Never ever will buy anything from there. Wish i could give 0 stars
The quality of samosa has deteriorated. We were served samosa and the cooked potatoes were not fresh. No masala and no taste. Last year the samosa was up to the mark which is why I wanted to make a stop over, however it was a disappointment this time around.
No complaints about jalebi and Rabdi. These were freshly prepared and packed well.
Uncleanness is at its peaking the ananth nagar branch. Whole bunch of flies roaming around the entire premises especially the dining area. Dusts accumulated in the dining table. Nymphs roaming near the trays inside the glass where sweets are kept. Please visit here to get infected in 2023.
The staff members are very careless. The jalebi preparing guys do not maintain hygiene. He started to scratch his private parts while preparing jalebis.
Samosa quality is very bad - 22 Jun 2022.and even Dhokhala was also not fresh.taste was changed.
Everytime we give thought that we will never go and buy stuff from here but still we give them another chance and take some snacks and everytime we disappointed.
The reason I am putting this review is because even after telling them 100 times to pack the jalabi properly they just don't care. It results in such a packing that it keeps dripping all throughout the way. I have to clean my lift every time I pack and take jalebi home as there juice is dripping badly. Only because of this I am giving it this rating else the food is good.
Sunday morning 10: 30 am not a single item ready for breakfast. The staff does not care about customer. I believe the shop is running purely due to lack of competition.
Very good clean and tidy place. The sweets are very good and its tasty. The jalebi is very tasty and delicious. The Other varieties of food were amazing as well. There is a chat counter which is splendid as well. It’s situated on the corner side, parking is nearby the location. Card payment, UPI and cash are available here.
Good place, clean and hygienic and also the taste is good and the pricing is affordable. They also serve chat items. It's a good place for north Indian people.
Very good sweets and chats. Parking of bikes is easy but car parking could be an issue. Quality of the eatables are really good and hygienic as well. Service is also pleasing.
I must admit that the quality of this place is improved. Remember when they opened there were cases of food poisoning due to motichur ladoo from this place but now it's improved. I have had some food off late from them, the sweets, chats are good quality. Definitely over priced than the ones around. But worth a try.
Since new to Anantha Nagar saw this shop and let's try bengali sweet. First rasgulla bite & omg hard it's hard what man who eats hard bengali sweet and defensive reason by owner "less juice hence so hard" how mierce
The new Agarwal mithai, with new management has been serving good quality sweets and savouries, kaju katli and rasmalai is very delicious. The taste has been consistent since the reopening. The team has reworked on service and cleanliness. And since am regular visitor, have noticed the improvement.

A nice place to hangout or even have a quick snack or dinner. With the new management the food and the sweets are yum! Loved the place, with the friendly staff to serve you with a smile always. This has become my regular hangout.
The only place in the area to get good authentic North Indian sweets. I am glad it is there and we dont have to go too far to get the real north indian authentic sweets.
The owner is extremely rude to people and me and my whole family had a terrible experience there. We have eve. Fallen sick couple of times by eating their stuff. We don't think we are coming back ever
Sweets are good quality and namkins are superb. Unlimited panipuri Must try Jalebi
Cons
Less space to sit and enjoy food Samosa is ok ok Chat items are good but comparitively to other stalls around the taste is good and their is lot of scope on improvement.
