Bangalore Baptist Hospital

Admitted on Oct 1 in emergency and discharged on same day. Delux ward no. 404. Worst service by the staff in deluxe ward. No water bottle was given. Couldn't tolerate for 20 hrs. It's a waste of money and time. No experienced or senior nurse. No proper response and they are not aware of anything. I need to ask them when patient will be taken for lab tests, which they are not aware of. Their simple response is 'oh is it? Let me check with the doctor'. No vitals checking on time. They don't know when doctor will come for rounds. On discharge they don't know what all to handover to patient. They gave incomplete lab reports on demand. For rest they told to come next day. For MRCP they gave CD, no film was given which is not acceptable. Doctor took 5 hrs to write discharge summary. They are so much money minded, with this kind of service, they wanted us to stay for two more days. They are earning for charging mobiles. No staff knows how it works. When asked for charger, cash counter staff, rudely answered to carry your own charger. Who in emergency will carry charger. Their tone changes when detailing about room charges. 1 star rating is more for this hospital.

Excellent service given by Dr. Shiny in Gynaecology department. Cost is reasonable. Highly recommended

A very bad experience in the hospital as in the MRI scan department the staff are very partial to some particular people as even after getting an appointment at 9am I was allowed inside to do my MRI scan after 2 hour of waiting and asking continuously for doing the scan. I was made to wait for more than an hour and the patients who came after me were allowed to go inside and do the mri scan. When asked to the Dr inside the scan room they said there are many patients but when we reached at 8: 45 am in the morning prior to our appointment there was ony 3 patients but still we were asked to wait without any reason. The next day we went to collect our reports that time the reception lady tells us that the scan is not complete and again the patient has to visit to do the scan. I really don't understand if they have asked the patient to leave the other day and even confirmed that the scan is complete but still why so much negligence in just a procedure. This clearly shows that no one should actually trust these people as they themselves are not sure about anything. I had a very bad experience with the MRI scan team and I prefer no one to go to this hospital for any treatment or any scan. In this hospital there is no value for patient's time only the time of the staff is valued here.

About baptist hospital it's very good with treatment, but tele caller and reception will be not response properly, and tell details about doctor appointment when he will be visiting and available.

This review is regarding cardio department about Dr Sandeep the best doctor we are ever met his one of the very caring and soft spoken doctor he takes care of his patients personally we met doctor Sandeep in the month of Feb regarding the space maker he immediately took into the action and serve the patient very well he explain each and every procedure steps and even about the spacemaker we are giving the review now it's because we wanted to know how the Dr is but he is really very excellent he attends the call whenever we call and gives the best advice and sees to that his patient is always on the safest side.thank you very much doctor for your support and care

Everyone at the Bangalore Baptist Hospital has taken very personal and selfless care to nurse me back to health. From the security guards, the lift attendant, parking attendants, staff at the cafeteria to the Doctors, Nurse and staff at the Emergency Room, ICU, x-ray and scanning laboratories and the wards - everybody was extremely professional with impeccable bedside manners. They also took a lot of care to help and guide my family in facilitating every step seamlessly and in the best possible way.

Very very worest service, even 1 star is also not eligible. From starting we taken treament here, c section done to my spouse and within 4 days discharged. After discharge 4days pus started and leaked. Doctor requests assist doctors to open stich and do dressing. They not done proper dressing just covered with bandage. After 2 days stichs open admitted emegency. There is no exact cause for pus, why it has formed. Shifted to general ward, there is no proper treatment to us. Doctor tells twice a day dressing but assistant doctors not follows even after multiple reminders from attenders and no use. They come and rude with attenders. For each work multiple reminders is required from attender. Only taking fee ontime but service is worest than govt. Assit doctors and nurse are rude and irresponsible. We felt govt hospital is good than this. They will take feedback but no use of it. We had very very bad experience with this hospital. Even we stoped taking service of my sister in between after seing this.

I had taken my Mother to the Gastroenterologist here. Dr Yeshavanth was very polite in explaining the issue in detail. Only after the required mandatory tests, were the medicines prescribed. Overall, it has been a good experience.

Visiting baptist especially age well clinic to show my in-law these days. Dr. Dominic is very excellent in hearing his patients problems and giving treatment after thorough investigation of the illness and suggesting medications which were necessary. Staff is always friendly and helpful

The experience at the lab was excellent. The staff was very polite and he explained all procedures with clarity.

Extremely pathetic customer service by the billing team (tricking and cheating, silly) corporate team Cynthia, Guest relations (few girls including Madhavi), Doctor Yedluri Betty, casualty doctors highly irresponsible and careless, bad listening, wrong summary on paper. I never expected this from Baptist!

I took my father here for treatment.
The hospital is well maintained and very organized. The staffs and the doctors are extremely polite and friendly to the patients.

Whoever is handling the counter section needs to be careful whenever someone is coming for the first time. Everyone doesn't know the process of the hospital because it varies from one to another. The appointment section is the worst part I felt because General Surgeon is referring to the day and the person is telling us the private day without informing prior to it. We come here because this hospital provides us with an affordable budget.

There’s service and the way they treat you is commendable! It’s been an amazing experience from 7th month to delivery and undoubtedly everyone starting from registration, nurses and doctor everyone is super kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this hospital. Special thanks to the nurses, staffs, doctors of OT who give enormous mental support for normal delivery.

I was ventilated for 15days and there was no hope of coming back, Dr. Vanitha, Dr Walter, Dr. Manohar, Dr Satish were amazing, specially the ICCU staff care was superb, I am alive today it's becoz of BBH Doctors and cardiac care, Thank you all,

My recommendation are the availability/Sharing of test reports of Patients to the Family immediately and little Negotiation in billing should be made possible as i don't have insurance i have to pay full amount without Negotiation.and Lift service is little poor need more options during rush hours. Overall i am satisfied with the service.

I have taken fertility treatment in BBH around one year. Dr. Annie Marie is a friendly person and open to discuss our concerns as well. Also Prameela sister christy sister and gayathri sister take care of each patient by understanding them. Even during the hospital admissions the hospital staff was so comfortable and caring.

Took my mom to Emergency entry as she had hectic pain of leg and lower back.almost 7 hrs they have kept her without even calling orthopedic specialist. Normal physician treated just by writing all sorts of tests. Waste of time and money

The hospitality is way more better than expected. Only issue is with the security service. They have 0% concern about the attender. And please remove all the banners which have visiting timings written on them, as they don't have one.

I approached Baptist hospital for a treatment of removal of fibroids. I was suggested to meet the rmu department. On the same day of my visit, Dr. Anne Maria and her team studied my history and suggested a plan. Within few days, laparoscopic surgery for mymectomy was successfully executed by Dr. Anne Maria and her entire team, (Dr. Rucchi, Dr. Garima, Dr. Chandana). This was my first surgery and the process wasn't worrying. I received Very satisfying service from the doctors and the staffs.especially the duty sisters.really want to thank the entire rmu team for your commitment and genuine service.

My father is visiting Baptist from many years. He's been diagnosed recently with mild kidney failure. We found Dr Satish in Baptist, and I've to mention that this is genuine genuine gratitude to Dr Satish.
I can safely say any kidney patient looking for a Nephrologist, please go n consult Dr Satish. He's not one of the best, in fact he's the best Nephrologist I've ever come across.
That gentleman finds the root cause, tries to cure the problem with minimum fuss and explains each and everything so clearly that even a kid can understand the problem.
My father who is nearly 70 is at a stage of 7 creatine and if he were under other's guidance, he would have gone through dialysis 10 times by now, but Dr Satish has held him under medications and injections to prevent him from undergoing dialysis. He's extremely professional and the best.

Hospital has good doctors, so Treatment is good. But you have to spend your full day for a single consultation. Waiting time to meet a doctor is too much. It's take more than 6 hrs to meet the cardiologist after paying the consultation fee. Reception sisters outside cardiology department are least bother to answer you.

Not at all recommend to anyone
After registration they will make you wait for minimum half a day even if you have come for general checkup.
I came with my mother who had chest pain. They made het wait for 4 hrs after which later the Dr they recommend to consult was a new college pass out Dr who checked and later suggested to go and meet cardiologist. And by then the whole day passed out till 4.30 pm.
If you have 1-2 days fully to spend at hospital pls go and waste your time else look for better option.
Worst and pathetic experience.

We opted for Executive Health Checkup and the complete process was very smooth and very nicely managed by Mr. Joseph and Mrs. Deepa. All the reports were very patiently analysed by Dr. Srividhya and provided with very good suggestions and improvements in lifestyle rather than addressing through medicines. Overall experience is Excellent with BBH.

Our need was an absolute emergency and the staff and medics were well efficient in handling the crisis. The hospitality department especially catered to the attendees' needs, in our case trying to calm us down. Even after the emergency, in the wards, the doctors, nurses and staffs were well efficient and kind. The attention to the smallest of details in every aspect was impressive. All-in-all we had a wonderful experience through kindness and care.

Doctors are well trained, understanding and ethical. Hospital expenses are affordable compared to other private hospitals. Ample parking space for two wheeler and car parking.

Refferd by my sister swetha I came to Bangalore Baptist hospital RMU dept.i started to take treatment from 4 months with Dr Anne Marie kongari and Dr chandana. It's very happy to say that I successfully received the treatment I got pregnant. We r very happy to say that all Sister and Doctors are very kind and experienced. Actually we went to Baptist after my wife miscarriage and the amount of confidence given by Dr. Rajinish is extraordinary. Any one looking for good gynecology please opt for

I did RCT with the dentist Dr sudakar Banglore Baptist hospital. He did very good job can see gentlenesss in his work not in hurry to do RCt waited patiently to heal and as it absolutely need RCT only he suggested to do and filling tooth is really awesome and capping done well this s second time I did it and not made me to wait long hours he s promt in work.

I don't know how to express my gratitude. One of best professional hospital ever seen in Bangalore. I must recommend to all the couples who is planning for an IVF. I repeat you ll be in safe hands especially when you're doing treatment under Dr Annie and Team guidance.

Hospital staff is very good and services is fyn. Only thing is thr is no proper support for patient s attenders. Very lengthy quee for inpatient medicens, attenders feeling very difficult to wait for medicens for long time and charging spots is required near ICU. Plz try to make things better

Baptist hospital is a great place to get admitted. Though we were admitted in the VIP room the service and comfort was in the general ward. I was readmitted again for baby's jaundice in general ward and the care that was taken by the nurses and staff were excellent. I was initially admitted in the VIP birthing room and the nurses knowledge about the entire process was awesome, beyond a junior Dr. Once again thanks for the nurses and staffs and special thanks to my Gynec Dr. Shiny Varghese.
