Bangalore Diabetes Centre and Diagnostic Lab( Dr. Paramesh )

Very knowledgeable both Dr. Paramesh and Dr. Vijayalakshmi. They have done a thorough and extensive diagnosis.
I had taken my mother and also for my sister daughter for diagnosis. I am impressed by their selfless service.
Kudos to entire team. Their contribution to the society is immense and not quantifiable in just words. Hence they deserve more than 5 *****.

MISDIAGNOSED ME.
AND GAVE ME STEROIDS.

TOLD ME I HAVE VASCULITIS. Autoimmune specialist was a visiting doctor and our mistake was not to take second opinion.

These people can’t be trusted on credibility.
God knows what damage those steroids had done in my body.
Misdiagnosing an autoimmune condition and then prescribing for it. God. That man must loose his license.

The services that I receive from Bangalore Diabetes Centre are excellent. Dr. Paramesh and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

The Receptionist has worst behavior, arrogant response and they are not following token system it's waste of pre booking oppointment. Money minded hospital

The receptionist/management needs to learn the meaning of 'appointment'. They will make you wait for minimum one hour.

I have talked to this bdc for appointment. One lady named Dakshini was very rude to me. She was Unbareble. I have given review one star basis on that.
After a while other lady named Mani talked to me she was soft spoken and she was decent in talking. Hope they hire decent people. Or she may change her way of talking.

The receptionist there is one of the worst human beings ever. She has no courtesy or anything for even older patients who visit the hospital. Portrays the worst rude behavior and I don't know where else to complain about this person. If the patient is late they should have the courtesy to call back and inform not to come but instead they complain after we reach there. The hospital management should atleast warn the receptionist for her worst behavior after seeing soo many bad reviews.

HOSPITAL IS GOOD, AND DOCTORS CONSULTANT IS EXCELLENT BUT RECEPTION WAY OF TALKING DAND BEHAVIOUR IS VERY VERY BAD, SOO FIRST THING YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN A DIGNITY OF PEOPLE THEN ONLY 5* U WILL GET. OTHERWISE [*] IT'S ENOUGH!

In this hospital there is no hospitality. The Receptionist is so Atrocious.she is talking ill about the patients who come there to another few know ones to her.that female in the evening time who is literally don't no how to treat specially in hospital area should be removed. I wish to talk to hospital General Manager.she needs to be removed.who don't know how to talk or behave

Worst experience ever.how can an appointment be given for post 15 days.and the staff attitude is of take it or leave it. I just can't understand that this is the common feedback across all reviews, but there is absolutely no action. If the doctor is so busy with his conferences etc then they should not take appointments. BDS and Dr. Paramesh used to be the go to place about 5-6 years back, sadly its not the same place anymore.
