My experience with the doctor over here who deals with gastroenterology is the best you will get in this specialty please if you are facing any gastric problems please book an appointment and consult the doctor once you visit the hospital then all your gastric problems will be solved for sure
I consulted Dr Diwakar for my my constant bloating issues. He asked me to get a few tests done and gave me Rifaximin for a week. Later my issues started again. He asked me to get colonoscopy done but later didn’t do any proper diagnosis and just asked me to drink more water. It was a waste of time and money.
One of the best team of doctors. My father got operated here for removal of liver stones. I RECOMMEND this hospital for any gastro intestinal related problems.
Please don't visit hospital please this really bed they will give you unnecessary medicine your health will get more affected by them they want only money
My grandfather was admitted for 2 days.special ward was good and clean. The centralised AC was noisy all the day. Nurses were caring and always on time for medications. They were also making sure we are going good with other medications too. The only thing I felt wierd about was, the nurses were asking us (care takers) to step out of the room when the doctor comes for the regular checkups. We wait for doctor all the day with lot of questions and the nurses or the duty doctors ask you to step out of the room while the doctor arrives and expect care takers to consult doctor outside the room. Reduced rating because one of the duty doctor named Shwetha was little rude. The way she expressed me to step of the room while the doctor was examining the patient was mannerless. Years of medical education should also teach them how to treat/behave with patients/clients as we are not getting treated for free.
I would like to share a pleasant experience in BIG hospital. Recently got surgery done and want to tell this hospital is too good. Why is it too good.because we had a great experience with the qualified DOCTORS - who have got amazing patience to listen to the patients and answer even a very small problem. Especially want to mention Dr. Kumar, physician. Who was very sweet and listened to all of our issues and analysed our issue properly and guided us on medication which really helped us. Dr. Mahendra jain, urologist.again a very sweet person and spoke convincing the issue so easily, and underwent surgery for my father with him. Dr. Surendra Lingappa, orthopaedic.he is way sweeter to his patients and explain them in the best possible way how to do the diet and exercise in a very understandable way.
Next comes is the post surgery.this hospital has the best hospitality nursing staff who took care of my father in surely great way. They were always on the toes to give the best possible care required. This is actually equally important for any patient post surgery. Doctors guide what to be done at the end of the day nursing staff is very important.
Lastly I would really want to mention even cleaning stuff was really good.

Very good hospital - nicely maintained and neat. Most important is everyone at this hospital including staff and doctors are very polite. One of the best hospital in bangalore for gastro related issues.
The doctor did not even try to understand my concern. He wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying. He suggested some basic medicines which were very unhelpful. Even his diagnosis of my issue was unhelpful as he just kept repeating whatever I was saying. He was unprofessional and wasn't even wearing a mask.
The doctor the nurse everyone are here just to put bills and I was not treated well. It was an emergency it took 2 days for me to see surgeon still I got frustrated and discharged and I just left without consulting waiting for 2 days admitted. I suggest nobody to visit here.
Worst patient service. Took appointment at 12.30 and I was on time went taking permission from office and also called at 12 30 that to inform I'm coming on time. Waited for 1hr 15 mins no one informed how much time it takes when asked they said patients are waiting and they said first come first serve which they never told in call. If emergency is there we understand that same thing can call before and inform or they can inform when u called before. When I was waiting also no information given.worst management.
