Thank you dr rao for your excellent facility in Bengaluru netralaya. Ambience exceptional Dr sharda is so positive patient amicable and with feather touch in her procedures of glaucoma and cataract. I suspect you to be leading figure in cataract. Kudos to you both. Your staff is dedicated well mannered and good coordinators with Smitha your coordinator and shweta who attended patient like me on two days were really way beyond my words for their ever smiling help. Worst hospital, simply lost my money.
Went for OCT scanning and the report was if no use.

I had re do it again in another hospital.

I visited on Sunday and the service was really good. I found the Dr Jhanavi to be very friendly and the optician Uma was very helpful and caring.i would rate them 5 stars and will surely recommend to my family.

Visited this hospital for an eye checkup for my daughter. If you are visiting this hospital be prepared to explain your ailment (reason for your visit) to multiple people starting from reception before reaching the doctor. Every body wants to know and ask "what is the problem"
Behavior of Doctors (Janhavi and Anil) are really polite and good.they really explain you the issue and you are free to ask your doubts.
Another important part even which I was surprised is, your medical report they will not give you the original copy. They will give you a photocopy.when asked the answer was "Original report we need, will not provide the original reports to the patients". This is ridiculous, when asked what will happen when the photocopy ink fades after a period of time, the answer was a smile

I believe this is the basic right of a patient to have their medical records in original for non insurance treatment. But this hospital denies it. So anyone visiting here please be prepared for it.

The staff and doctors were super helpful and sweet. They took the time to explain everything to me and were very attentive to my worries. Dr. Priyanka was sweet and tried to explain everything to me.

It's all about the epi-lasik procedure that I had to undergo 2 months back, done by Dr. Sharada P. Rao. It's definitely worth saying she is one of the finest doctors that I have ever met.
Apart from being a great doctor, she can also personally connect with the patient and genuinely guide them through the problem.
My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Sharada and team for helping me get a better vision May you help many more people in the same way. All luck to you!

Bangalore Netralaya at Kalyan Nagar has been very good experience. I had undergone cataract surgery to both my eyes in intervals. Dr Alok Swamy did the surgery. A very well experienced doctor who handles his patients in a friendly manner and doesn't allow his patients to get nervous before surgery. I didn't get scared at all. Every thing went so coolly. Even post operation has been successful and excellent. The credit goes to Dr Alok. He is a wonderful doctor. One can hand over their eyes to Dr Alok without any fear. Hats up to him. Even the staff over there are very cooperative especially Ms Nandini who attended me through out the course. There was imdt response from doctor as well as the staff. Their concern towards the patient is great. Bangalore Netralaya at Kalyan Nagar is the best from all the angle.

Pathetic. Been there for a vaccination, the receptionist in the first floor doesn’t even have any hospitality, she was behaving as though she is doing a free service. Such a big hospital and does have card service.

Really excellent management during COVID vaccination in this Center. Very systematic and fast process. 10/10

I recently visited this clinic and I had an amazing experience and appointment. Such professional and polite staff. I'm awestruck with the explanation of DR Jhanvi. Right from the root cause of issue and how to deal with this in future, she explained it in detailed manner. She is one of the best eye doctor I ever visited. I would highly recommend this place to anyone suffering from any eye issue. Worth a visit.

Over all is good, but high cost. Minimum 800Rs/- required. Even for small eye allergy clinic including doctor fees and eye drops. Better for surgeries, going big amount with worth means, this shop will be efficient.

Both Dr. Veerabhadra Rao & Dr. Sharada are very polite and experts.
My brother was treated for diabetic retino mayopathy. We used to visit from a long place to this hospital.
It was a long course & they took full care. We had a comparison with many hospitals, least charges high class treatment here. Dr explained the case in nice manner. Dr. Rao a thorough gentle man. Dr. Sharada is pleasant and friendly person.
