Visited today. Currently they are only handing Aadhaar demographic/mobile number updates. For enrollment, visit the other Bangalore One Center in Pattanagere.

Went for aadhaar enrollment and update for my kids. Have to get token at around 8: 30am in the queue. They give around 50 tokens per day and approximate time to go. It's open on Sunday as well.

If you want to make changes in Aadhaar card, better get the token early morning around 8: 30 and get it done at the specified time mentioned in the token. It was fast and quick, and less crowded.

Bengaluru one timing is till 7pm but staff say it's only till 5pm.hopeless staff.send them home. There are many people who wants to work efficiently

A electronic payment service centre which caters various payments using their payment method. The staff are also good provided the net connection fails often.

Bangalore one near BEML Layout bus station (Rajarajeshwari Nagara).
Visited for updation of Aadhar card. Token is given at 9.00 am and the queue to obtain token was already there at 8.00 am and it was a Sunday. Mine was token number 21. I was called to visit between 11.30 - 12.00 noon. During the issue of token all details are asked by the staff member to reconfirm on the service that is required. The work was done seamlessly at the prescribed time and happy on the service.

Worst service ever. The people there dont care about the customers and the executives for certain jobs arent there at all most of the time, they dont care about the appointments we take for bus passes from website of bmtc and just telll you to go away and come on weekends. Very bad service i recommend you not to go here and go to someother bangalore one.

Worst staff there is no need to put them in office keep them outside so good quality people can come and do needful work to the people
Since a week Iam regularly going there to pay the Bbmp fee always they say no network simply they are enjoying for nothing and not doing for what they are paying! Need a justice at least! They are not even respond customers and always busy with mobile phone in talking

I dont like the token system there only 40 tokens per day will be issued if people are more they will get tokens and there time will be wasted so there waiting will not become worth so i better say going there is time waste

Distributing only 50 tokens per day for change of address is to be increased.

No proper help. Bill no.wrongly typed and said wrong bill no. The same bill no.was produced before bescom, who received payment issuing receipt.

Only Unprofessional ladies work here. Especially lady who does Aadhar card and all were busy in there mobile always and don't even know how to talk to elderly people. Authorities should remove them all and appoint someone who are professional. Not even deserve one star.

For anything related to aadhar, you need to book a token in person at the centre by being there around 8: 15 to 8: 30 AM - token issuance at 8: 45 AM; inconvenient for the elderly. Only one person available for aadhar related work, but said person is helpful & efficient.

I really appreciate the Aadhaar card enrollment staff his very helpful.it's open at 9 Am before that will 40 tokens will issued. Token will on first come first service.

The person assigned to do the Aadhar card updation doesn't even a have sense of humanity nor a sense of responsibility. We had to wait for 2 to 3 hours in queue just to get our tokens. One of the worst place to get your Aadhar card formalities done.

For all aadhar related issue, u need to collect coupon at 9 am in the morning, otherwise they wont entertain anyone: (

Worst service in this office. Firstly you have to stand in queue from 5-6 am in the morning then you have to wait till 9 o clock when the staff comes and then they will start giving tokens.
This is the worst method of giving forms or tokens as they only give 30 tokens per day.
Why the hell to stand in queue when you say this is for the people then y make people stand in queue for 3-4 long hours.
Even the senior citizen have to stand in queue for just one token.
And the staff does not have a clue as to what resolution to give to the customers. They will tell you to go to this office that office and they themselves have no clue as to what needs to be done.
This should be resolved as soon as possible.

Hi People, please let me know the details of lady who always play games on her phone during working hours and doesn't respond to people queries, I can inform EDCS office so that she will be fired from the job on immediate basis. Thanks

Worst possible experience. None of them know what things are; make us run around for just a simple bill payment; lines too slow for card payments. Just a waste of time to go here; I would rather bear late payment fees than go here.

Staffs are good but more customers, so they are not able to provide the service in time. Its taking more time.

Don't go for aadhar card update here. 3 days wasted for me.though I stood early in queue.personal experience. Like olden days as we waited for kerosene. Here v need to stand for hours morning around 8.40 tokens will be issued. If ur 36th person. Then u need to go back home! Cameras are not of good quality. For capturing image for aadhar card update. And staff who updates doesn't provide good service for customers. Irresponsible. Doesn't respond to queries properly!
Then month offer will cheek that fom is reject then will go ask she is berry roodly response and one girl is playing game in mobile and one girl sing song and she is checked wts up status this is customer service and will call sooo many time no one is not respons that number verrrrrry bad experience that place.

The one who is making the Aadhar card on Bangalore One, the officer discharges for two to three days in the week and the other staff is the lady who runs the mobile, plays the game, edits the photo and does not serve properly, and this is my favor. That whatever customer comes, serve him properly, talk properly, so that it does not play mobile games.

I don't like to wait but it's the need made us to wait but our work will be over due to cooperative staff
