Hospital is good though costly.
The Pet boarding area is not upto the mark.
It is quite smelly and not maintained well.
The boarding room is not live enough. Felt like our pets are being kept in an unhygienic dark room. Dear BPH Please keep it live and hygienic atleast as service for the amount you guys charge for the boarding.

I took a stray there as it was howling in pain, they did give the dog first aid but made us wait for like 5 hours before we could get a consultation from the doctor (they were giving pet owners who came even after us a higher priority and made us wait). But the attendants were very kind to the dog and were always there to help us.

I have only good things to say about this hospital and the entire team of docs and staff. Although we have been their regular clients for our pets, over the last couple of years our visit to the hospital has increased owing to many critical cases that just happen to chance upon us, including a recent head trauma and complete neck fracture case in a kitten of about 8 months old. Dr. LOHITHA and the neuro team constructed the neck back although this was their first such case and they got the cat out of danger. She was paralysed owing to the massive trauma in the brain and the cervical fracture, but she is recovering well at home now and has already started walking and doing other normal activities. Amidst all this, a set of immunity comprised kittens of 8 months old got infected with parvo and are being taken care of by Dr NARENDRA and team very well with utmost compassion towards the kitties. Similarly, there have been other critical cases that were handled well and all the animals are doing well in their streets now. The staff at the reception, billing department, in-patient, OPD, the all of them are helpful, kind, and very professional. This only shows how passionate they are about their respective roles in the organisation, which stems from the great work culture that doctors DR NARENDRA and DR LOHITHA have created for them all. A big salute and our heartiest appreciation for all they have been doing for us the past few years

A state of the art facility for your furry babies. The team of doctors at Bangalore Pet Hospital is one of the best. Though the wait time maybe up to even an hour especially if you want to meet Dr. Lohith it's worth the wait.
Doctors and support staff are very courteous and gentle towards the pets.
They also have a well stocked pet store and grooming facility.

Treatment is good, but Little expensive, for scanning they took 1250, and for blood check and report 1800, and I don't know like avil they said 6*50 they put one add more quantity, while giving injection dog or any pet, just ask them what u r giving and how much u gave otherwise they give one put many on bill, and it will multiply. Be aware of that one.

My pet had swallowed a needle. Dr. Vishwa was available on short notice for an endoscopy which went successful.

Seem more interested in making money than providing affordable pet care. Service is a bit impersonal.
Visited this place several times for our adopted stray cats. It is always crowded and waits are long.it is open 24x7 so a bit convenient to do visits in non work hours. We prefer the doctor now in vcare on whitefeild main road.

I think this is one of the best hospital for pets, the Doctors take care of pets as their own. Highly recommended.

Make the after treatment payment processing quicker.staff need training, they lack experience at front desk. Holding a stressed out dog on a leash and waiting for you to take your own sweet time is not convenient.

My pet swallowed a toy and I was recommended to visit here to try endoscopic way to avoid surgery. We went thr in the midnight around 1. The process went for about four hours, then they successfully removed the foreign object which is a linear thread toy. Then we had to give him trips. The staff were very cooperative and the night duty doctor did an awesome work, saving our pet baby. Thanks to the entire team who worked on him in such odd hours. Thank you doctor and team.

Please avoid this place for haircuts if you have a long hair dog. Their idea of haircut is to shear with a 9mm blade all over. I had given specific instructions, which were violated. The groomer does not deserve to work in this hospital, which is otherwise excellent for its services.

Have all the facilities and machineries required for pet diagnostics. Doctors are good some of them are new, but are good.
Have all the foods and supplements available here. Giving it 4 stars as need some improvements in bathing area and quantity of supplements available.

What I like about BPH is that they are a vet hospital with a heart. A certain portion of the profits goes towards supporting the injured, abandoned and abused animals at CARE. Which is what sets them apart from other big Vet hospitals in the city.

We went on a weekday to avoid the rush at weekends. We had to wait 3+ hours for our turn even though their were only 8 people ahead of us. Also I found the hospital costlier than a lot of other pet clinics I have been to. The doctors are nice and answer all questions but the cost and long wait is a big drawback.

This place is really nice. Quite clean and people are very helpful. They took care of my dog nicely and everything was done smoothly.

My cat had jumped from the 3rd floor and I had to make an emergency visit at night around 12 am, even though it was an emergency these guys first had me fill up the formality form and charge me Rs 1050 only for the visit saying that at night we have to pay extra 1050 (the receptionist said this), and of course the price of other services and consultation was different. What's weird is the doctor inside told us some other price and the receptionist outside told it higher. The receptionist actually charged us extra saying that they had done 2 x rays even though the original bill mentioned only 1, later the receptionist took the bill and wrote quantity as 2 using pen, just how you would create a fake bill. He didn't even use any signature on the bill. Charging people extra because of night? Writing extra on the original bill using the pen? It's really shameful to know how people would want to get money out of you taking the advantage of the situation you're in. Pathetic.

Had a sick hamster and had a tough time finding a doctor who could treat them. Someone suggested Dr. Lohit and I am glad they did. Very soft and knowledgeable doctor. I was very happy with his treatment plan and diagnosis. My hamster is on its way to recovery now. I recommend Dr. Lohit for all, especially people with small/exotic pets.

The hospital has opened this new facility on Vartur road. It is clean with waiting area. We do not have a fixed vet, we usually get the check up from the available vet at the hospital. We have been taking our dog here for a year for all checkups and vaccinations. Overall, I have never been disappointed. There is a small store to buy pet accessories, treats, supplements. They give a 10% off in the products you buy from the shop. Last but most important there is parking available in basement.

If u r not in hurry and need quick resolution without any doctor predeeence then this is the plaxe for you. The vets who usually do the checkups are ok. Service is average. But the store and pharmacy has adequate supply.

Highly commercial, they play with people's emotions and creat lot of stress to the pet parents. They speak a lot of things which a pet parent is not aware of and suggest most of them to operate their pet. It's manade they have to scan and do blood tess for all pet's and ensure minimum of 2K is charged. This place is all about money.

This the best, albeit expensive, place for all requirements for cats and dogs. They have everything under one roof.
I have two Indie cats and one persian cat. I have brought them here on many occasions and I've always been very satisfied with the service.
They have a separate section for pet grooming and bathing which can cater to several pets at once. My persian cat had lots of matted hair but groomers fixed him very nicely.
They have separate section for consultation and surgery and examination room. The staffs are very friendly and kind to the animals. They did surgery and vaccination for my pets with utmost care and patience.
They have ample parking space for both two wheeler and four wheeler.
I felt the waiting area is rather very small and almost always very overcrowded.

Worst assistants and reception people. Doctors are very rude and let the assistants mis treat the customers. The front desk people don’t know what they are doing. 1PM- 6PM in the evening they are having lunch and no one is available! Highly unprofessional staff. Big liars too. Shame on you guys. They didn’t even give me the bill after charging so much.

Problems: I have no issues with the treatment and how they take care of our pets. I have a major issue with their time management, I am okay to wait if the vet is busy with an emergency or seeing other pets. But why should I wait 2 hours to remove a IV cannula, why should I wait 3 hours to get an IV fluid even though the bay is empty, why should I wait 3 hours for follow up and after follow up you decide to give an IV and then have a follow up again.
Solutions: It lacks coordination between the staffs, they should get the staffs trained for regulating the patients accordingly. Whoever comes they just note down the names and ask them to wait. Rather address their concern, if they want injections for follow up direct them to the injections bay. Let's suppose we came for injections and scan at 9am. We will directed to injections first, it will take atleast an hour for injections by the time I finish with the injections I have to wait for another few hours because they mismanaged to let me go for scan. Even hospitals work in a streamlined way but you have made me realise going to a vet is going to take atleast half of my day, which is for a working individual a trouble. If I have taken permission from work that my pet got sick, when am gonna go back to work.
You have to come up with a smart way to tackle this. I also noticed you skip the lines for people who are rude and shout/yell, Do you want us to do the same. Please rectify this.

Also, I have no idea who is a Vet (except for the people I know by name) or who is an intern or caretaker or something. Rather a simple introduction would be better. I was waiting for a vet in injection bay, a couple of young chaps (maybe interns) came and gave the medications and left. I don't mind interns treating but you can simply say, I have also accepted the fact you have tried multiple times to get a vein but that part of learning. But there is no proper format how things work here and it just runs with lot of issues. Its time you focus on making our experience better.

For us, going to a vet seems more like taking the whole day off. Since you ask us to come twice a day for injections, If not couple of days.

I've visited multiple Pet Clinics and Hospitals across Bengaluru for consulting with doctors and regular check ups of my friends pets.

But since the time I've got my own pet, ODIN (1y6m Husky) I've felt most comfortable with BPH and consulting with Dr. Lohith. My pup was comparatively weak growing up and we ran into multiple issues and we faced all of it with constant and timely guidance from Dr. Lohith which made it so reassuring and comforting. Through the entire experience I can vouch for Dr. Lohith and BPH as the best Veterinarian and Veterinary Clinic respectively.

The Hospital runs 24/7 with atleast one duty doctor available round the clock. The consultation and medical procedure prices are very reasonable in comparison to other top Veterinary clinics. And the services provided are top notch.

BPH has now moved over to a more swanky facility just a few hundred metres away from the previous facility with ample amount of parking space, waiting area and also a pet store within it.

Choosing to go with BPH and trusting my pup in the safe hands of Dr. Lohith all the way.

Doctors are always there to help. Not so costly and best place for treatment of rescue dogs.
They also have a wide range of products in display to buy.

Service is great.
But I feel medicines are prescribed just for the sake of prescribing them.
I had taken my cat here because she was on her heat, I was told nothing can be done Until her heat cycle is over, but I was prescribed some medicines for constipation and appetite. Inspite of telling them she has no problem with her appetite they asked me to buy the medicines.
Apart from this, I like this place. Makes me feel secure about my pet because we have doctors available 24/7

High wait tim and no proper place to sit while waiting. They also do not have a managed process to manage the queue. However, the doctors and staff are nice. Doctors are knowledgeable and their treatment works for my dog.

We had a very amazing furry baby of our own (Chow Chow). He was very active and charming. He was like our baby. He stopped eating food due to tooth ace. We consulted the Doc at this blooody place. He suggested to apply a gel to his tooth and we couldn't apply it due to his teeth. So we tried a pain killer for his teeth and which reacted inside him and he started vomitting and diherrea. So we took him to this place and the night use less doc adviced us to keep him on drips and inserted some pain killer injection and he told us to come in the morning and morining doc also kept him on drips and again some injustions it went for 3 days every day and night and by then my body was half dead becuz of all this stuff and he started abdominal pain which was not at all earlier and on 3rd day night my boy left me and I took him again that night and the night emergency doc just check my baby with his steotoscope and declared dead with no answer what was the cause of death. They could not even decide what was the actuall problem with my baby till his last breath with all the blood test and parvo test and it's all normal. No fever nothing but still we lost him becuz of there incomplete aduction on the subject.
AT THAT TIME IT WAS ACTUALLY TAKING MY HEART OUT WHEN I AM ALIVE.

The doc who delacred my baby as dead told me my boy is dead becuz his toungue is blue.what a dum person.its Chow Chow there toungue is always blue.

The hospital caters to all kind of dog well being. The staff was prompt to our urgent requirement for our dog. Thank you Dr. Lohit.

We were referred BPH by our neighbors and suggested Dr Lohit. Since day one we are consulting Dr Lohit. He and his team is very professional and responsive. 1 star for one of the staff member who seems to be receptionist or compounder is very rude and unprofessional. Experience Doctor like Dr Lohit gives 10-15 mins of his time for each pet & their owner. That staff member came in the consultation room after 3 mins and scolded a junior Doctor for giving us even 3 minutes and said ‘Do not entertain unlimited time’ when the doctor was examining our puppy. We have waited for 2 hours for our turn in one of our visit and never complained.
Why is the staff member having problems with Doctors taking certain amount of time (I.e. 5-15 mins max each) during vaccination and consultation?
We visit hospital either we have scheduled vaccination date or any illness issue. No one is free to visit hospitals for timepass.
Would request to respect everyone’s time and be professional. If that staff member has so much problem then please put a timelimit for everyone.
We actually didn’t see him later otherwise would have asked his name for sure. Maybe in next visit will certainly ask his name. Except this man else all other staff members and do to are professional, responsive and helpful.

The place is good, hygienic and they have also got a pet store inside the hospital. You'll will get enough space to park your vehicle. Treatment is good too. I visited the place twice and i must say i have got positive results. Overall a good experience.

No receptionist and current system to book appointments is bad. Please get some transparency in booking appointments before you visit this place or you will wait for eternity
