This bank and branch is good iam 42 yrs. Customer in this branch and all the previous and present staff is excellent and helping all bank work for all the customers.

After merger of Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda, service has become quite good. Staff are courteous and service is decent.
Earlier it was painful to get the work done. Vijaya Bank staff had typical government mentality. Many a times they used to ill treat their customers. Once my wife had been to deposit 2L. The cashier threw the entire bundle of untied notes just because she didn't place the notes the way he had expected.she literally was running in the entire bank to collect each currency note. Such was the time.

Worst bank branch in this planet! Don’t ever come here.staff are very rude, irresponsible, lousy and lazy. They will not properly do their job.they will ask you to come again tomorrow, but when you come there will be no solution.

It’s is very messy, not systematic. They’re too busy drinking chai and using social media.worst bank ever on planet earth

The staff is extremely rude. The service is very slow and lousy. They will not entertain customer and ask you to jump from one counter to another counter. Staff pretending to be busy, and some of them use social media while there are many customers queuing. Don’t go to this branch!

They lost my application form and denied that I made a payment of ₹3K for minimum Balance to open the account.
However I did have the receipt to prove myself.
Took more than 10 days to open a bank account here
Customer relationship isn't good at all.
A bank should value customer's time and money unlike this bank.

I did not recommend for anyone to use this branch. You will spend a day to do something that could be done in 5 mins. The officer was really not helpful but the staff helpful. They loves to ignore you even you stood in front of them. After all, its the worst branch

Vijaya Bank - MSRIT Branch is one of the worst branch. Don't even create an account here. The branch manager is is arrogant and never gives any information. Closing my account shortly.
Beware customers.

Most horrible staff.they created a non salaried account for me inspite of filling the form as salaried.the staff don't even have the courtesy to accept their mistakes. I have been to other banks like SBI, Canara but never had a experience like this. I'm shocked with the horrible attitude of staff.worse bank experience ever.

Worst service ever, no care for customers, no acceptance for smart banking services, if we request they reply to apply online, online request is not available for first time registration.

If you want only cash withdrawal/deposit service like in 90's decades, then you can opt for this branch.

Shame to say that such banks exist.international debit card cannot be issued, online App doesn't work, cheque book not issued.
Very sad-excuse-for-a-bank.

Worst branch i have ever experienced, people have enough value on vijaya bank and now so called bank of baroda, last week i had been to the bank to get approval for the loan we had good experience with the employees when it came to the manager level AGM Mr. Nagasubramaniam Mondava was not in the cabin its been more than 10 times that i have been to the bank but i am unable to meet him when ever i see him he will be with the ladies staff in the bank car roaming all over.
