Their food is good, during our dinner initially they offered burnt starters. Once we raised our concern they rectified it immediately. One of the chicken leg was not cooked properly they made a different type of leg especially for us. It was really tasty.

I don't normally post reviews but this place is superb. We came here to celebrate our son's birthday.our server gave excellent service, even got biryani for my son personally just because he liked it. The food was worth it, and the cake was really good! Worth a visit and will definitely come next time.

Decent food. Nothing to write home about. Eagerness of service, could start to feel interruptive of your conversations. Washrooms need maintenance.

Getting there is a challenge. The only working lift goes up only to the 4th floor. Barbecue nation is on the 3rd.

This place is near my heart. I am super foody. So I love this place. A foodie can relate to my feelings. Here each and every food is awesome. The ambience is mind-blowing and the price is also affordable. You can throw your any kind of party here.

Typical barbecue buffet. Good in taste.both starters and main courses are mouth watering.service is good with people coming and continuously engaging in a conversation.complimentary drinks are good.

I tried their Delicious Chicken Biryani Kit.
It had the best authentic taste.
Chicken was super juicy and cooked to perfection.
The roasted onions but nuts gave a nice twist to the Biryani

Good food. Good service. Did the fake birthday thing and the staff played along. Great staff!

The food got repetitive way too fast, for non veg they have 3 things
Chicken
Basa fish
Prawns
And that's it. So after a while you'll feel bored (not full) and then leave. Deserts were okish. The main course was "meh".

Its a good spread but is overloaded if u need to experience an overall food spread go slow on the starter the main course is not that interesting

Professional staff but the varieties are limited if you compare with the Whitefield BBQ. Overall it's worth if you come with your friends and family. Most customers I saw were office goers. Price has been increased to 923/- PP for non-veg.

This is our 2nd visit. There's a sky variance in service now. No complimentary drinks, Super slow service (we kept asking for prawns. After complaining to the supervisor, we received). Other starters like Mutton Seekh & Kalmi Kabab never came on table.

I don't recommend this outlet. Visit Lido Mall or Indiranagar 100 Feet rd outlet for 5 star experience. They are very good.

Service and taste has really gone down to zero compared to last visit.
Had to wait for 30 mins to get starters when we got table and post that none of them bothered to ask what we need as well

Before lockdown I was big fan for Barbeque nation! But now it is worst! No proper service, no taste in food, only Chicken dum Biryani is good. Service persons are not at all active. The barbeque on table is so not hot. And starters are also not hot.

Basically Barbeque nation is famous for unlimited starters and Bardeques. But now serving team is not at all asking for second round of starters to serve.

I have given a good level of impresion to my cousins and family friend and planes for lunch. But they were full disappointed with there food and service!

I felt it was not a value for money place. Seats are not comfortable. Nothing in the name of Ambience. Vegetarians stay away.

Used to be a better place. Tastes and options are going down. Probably coz of the lockdowns and rebouncing but as a brand would want them to be privy of the fact that old patrons come for the experience and expect the same.

A lovely experience everytime I visit this place. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Few of them remember us even after a 2 year gap, which made us very comfortable.
Starters are very good. Variety is there and customised too. If you go with kids they take extra care to match their tastes.
Main Course is also a good spread, rotis, biryanis, curries both veg and non-veg.
I loved the kulfi counter with rabadi and strawberry jelly (customised).
All in all, a very good experience.

The staffs and food were so good and because of them our event and evening went so smooth and well which i can't describe in words. My best wishes to that particular team, thank you for your hospitality

Very bad experience had here, too late serving, taste was not get, not so many items in menu. Other layout in banglore is best but this one is so bad. After complaining they started treating well here. Pls improve. Waste of money and time

Food is really bad. The place has lost its charm of the earlier days 3 years ago. Staff is very friendly but they can't do much about the poor quality of food. Seating was lackluster. Very dissappointed with the experience.

This time around the barbecues were just standard affair and the main course was the star of the show. I wholly advise people to check out the main course before stuffing yourself with bbq starters.

Courteous staff, chicken dum biriyani was excellent! Alam was very polite catered to our needs his hospitality was impeccable

Food was not at all good. Very pathetic. Did not expect this low level food from such a great brand. I had visited other branches so many times it was always a great experience. But this branch is not good. They need to imrove the taste and quality.

We din't like the place. Though it was advance booking they made 9 Ppl sit in a seven seating table and it was so conjusting and the responsible person was not all ready to listen and accommodate us comfortably. None was attending the table for long time and we had to fight literally. There were no glasses on the table and we had to share the water bottles. There were no plates in the buffet counter.nor attenders in ice-cream or kulfi counters. Food was also just average and nothing great. We had asked for birthday cake and it was so bad with just a pastry and some cream on it and they don't even bother to honor the celebration, the person lit the candle and moved away. Overall bad ambience, bad service, bad taste and waste of money, repent for selecting this place and will never visit again.

The service wasn't quick like usual and there weren't much food items to choose from which was a major disappointment. The price was way too much for what was offered. Would prefer Absolute Barbeque any day!

Sukantha is not there.
I loved this place just because of one guy, sukantha who always served us. I'd always liked the way he treated people. I hope he didn't loose his job because of Covid
Food was excellent, service was good. I don't have much to tell anything.

I will never forgive myself for choosing this place to make my wife happy. Let me tell you i have been to many other locations before, but experience this time was pathetic

1. Guiding us to table was fine
2. We were greeted in Hindi and somehow most servers couldn't understand English (we didn't mind repeating to who knew english)
3. Servers clothing was dirty. I mean it.
4. Mushrooms somehow tasted bad and after they changed to some other spice, they tasted ok
5. When i gave a personal note on celebration cake, it was noted and i didn't see it on our cake which was already delayed
6. I hated curd rice and dal makhani from msin course
7. As they was a lot of crowd we were asked to wait outside for bill payment. Not acceptable at all

Overall no co-ordination, no taste, no cleanliness and definitely not Worth of money. I do not recommend Barbeque nation, Kammanahalli.

Why do we select BBQ Nation among all Buffet. Prawns barbeque is the main attraction which I also like personally. But I got really disappointed for the last few times since they have intentionally reduced the supply of Prawns. They wanted us to eat vegetable and chicken BBQ more and to become happy. Last time, when we went to BBQ Nation Kalyan nagar, Bangalore they were only supplying vegetables, chicken, paneer the most, we were forced to request for Prawns which I personally felt very bad. Even after the request their reply was really disgusting. They were saying that they don't have prawns in stock. And the interesting thing is that only two times they have supplied the other items and I had to go to the waiter to ask for more. Even after that they were not coming to our table. Only the bill came in the right time with their complete charges. Perfect!

I cant even give single star as a rating. Since single star is the minimum which I can rate.

Ideal for Starters and few desserts. Not a big fan of their main courses.
You can visit for experience but it's definitely for once or max twice!

I had been to kalyan nagar branch. And we ordered for non veg. The fish was not good and we asked for prawn but only chicken and paneer wa served. When we asked again it was very spicy even though we had told him medium spice. Main course is the not many varieties it's the same you get in other buffet (I felt when we go to resorts you get better varieties and quality)
Overall my experience was not good. Lost its charm. Very disappointed.waste of money

It's good to and njoy barbecue food with family and friends. It's located on kalyan nagar main road at a good location. I liked their service took care of all the customers. Made food spicy for starters on request. Love the dessert spread. Though I eat non veg everytime I go there, did not like mutton curry this time rest all were good. Loved the chicken soup. Had celebrated a friend's birthday? Thanks to the courteous staff out there. Thank you

It's just an average place buffet was ok, taste was not as good as indiranagar, the staff is friendly if you are planning your anniversary or birthdays they will surprise you with good wishes.

Very good in taste and service. So happy. I went for my birthday last Sunday. It was so crowded and service was slow but taste was very good. Though the service was slow, I liked the way they took care of our family. Would definitely visit again.

Though they have limited options but the experience they try to give each visited is awesome. They could modify the changes asked by me and made food delicious. Kulfi is a must try.

Taste good. Staff service is good. We went on Monday I found the main course some menu was missing. They charge high they could have added some more dishes. And main course waiting period was also high we had to inform them noodles is empty dal is empty. But starters they served well.

Being going to this place for few years now. The quality of the food has substantial detoriated. There are barely No veg BBQ options at all. Also the chicken is tasteless and stale.the hygiene practices are not up to standard either.buffet is extremely poor and tasteless. Sad to see going down. Only + point is service is still good.

Very bad experience in barbeque nation, misbehaving of managers and a few staffs, service is horrible. Waiting time for food to arrive is 10-15 mins. Less staff and highly crowded.

Food was average in taste. Some dishes were even below average. Service needs to be improved in pace and attentiveness. Only kulfi was good in taste.

Post lockdown they have less number of items on their menu now.quality lowered than before.poorly maintained interiors.

Barbeque in the box is not good. I have ordered from them.
This is the outcome.

1. Dal was not fresh may be old.
2.mutton was having smell and green colored shallow.it was green it means very old meat.
3.even grills were not up to the mrk

Worst ever barbeque nation i have ever visited first i went on 12: 15 without reservation after that receptionist said to come after 2: 15 after an reservation i tried to book in app but couldn't do for only one so i went at 2: 05 and waited till 3 even after that the service was not good compared to another barbeque nation when i sat after 10 minutes the waiter came and asked for the choice of meal they kept the coal very lately the the plate which was a bit greasy they gave me a spoon and a fork and a i asked for a tong to remove the meat from skewer and knife to cut the meat to my surprise i asked for more than 2 times they did not provide that ok i kept quiet after that they bought me some skewers which had only one or two pieces of meat or paneer i did not get veggie or pineapple skewers even after asking several times they served the meat several times which had one or two pieces i saw that skewers had more than 3-5 pieces in other barbeque nation after that i asked for some dipings and sause they usually serve there was some pudina chutney was there in table already but it was used already by previous person who was seated even after several requests they did not serve any kind of sause dips or mayo at all ok i continued they seved tangdi kebab some patato in cream mayo and even some mutton sheek vegi cutlet after that i went for main course and there were some main course missing like biriyani and few other things the live counter service was very good and even they bought me some naan That part was ok after then i went to the washroom the washroom was not so neat few things i didn't like as mentioned earlier my rating are as follows

Bbq nation is back with a bang post lockdown.they are experimenting with new flavours and it's for the best.i went in for a veg buffet and so many different varieties and flavours of mushroom, potatoes, beetroot (never knew beetroot could be so much fun to eat) paneer etc. Nonveg was super yummy too hospitality on point. Sanitisation done well everyone is checked before entering the place.
The best part is BBQ has launched UBQ this allows you to experience the same flavours at the safety of your home.this is available on swiggy I had ordered very reasonably priced veg and Nonveg boxes available.

Ambiance and Food is good here, very close to where I stay. Starters are very less compared to other place.

It has lost its charm.just an ok place now. I went after really long.service has definately gone down but they were trying to put in their effort by checking Hz the food and stuff but overall 3 out of 5

Really frustrating, you will be warned of prices before you entered, one of the worst manager I have ever seen, instead of welcoming they he talks rude really rude actually I am wanna name him but.

Food quality was not upto the mark. After many alterations also the actual BBQ taste could not be found in any starter items served. Service too is deteriorated. The food the chef says will modify and prepare for you in case of unsatisfaction arrive after you finish your food. Lemon soda edited and served twice was only sugar syrup. Sweet dish was put on the website to be holi special but found same old boring menu with items reduced as compared to previous sweet dish menu.

Starter was "meh -_-", Main course was "nice:) ", but the Desserts. "daymn! O. O".
Next time I will just go for the "Crispy Corn" and all the Desserts and Ice creams.
One suggestion from me, If you have been there then you probably know it, but if it's yours first time there tell them you want to celebrate a birthday. They will serve you cake, sing you a song and if you are lucky you can enjoy some weired dance from the staffs.

Very limited option and variety in starters which is always a bummer when you go for buffet.usual prawn, fish and chicken only. Starters also pretty standard and not that exciting. Nonetheless the food is alright and you can visit it for an experi nce. Very friendly staff and well behaved.
