Excellent food and service. Chilly prawns made by Chef Naresh was outstanding. Awesome dine in experience.

Very slow service. Poor customer handling. Buffet counters were empty even before 3pm. They tried to bill us for extra people. When we pointed out extra bill, instead of reducing the the extra bill they offered us beer bottles to take home. We refused and informed that we are teetotallers. He got irritated when we refused to take the beer bottles. Finally returned the extra amount.

Food was awesome, chef Naresh was awesome, served customised veg dishes without demand and complementary Drink as well

Vegetarian's are not worth of going to Barbeque. But I think non vegetarian's is worth. The service is not good. Her parking is costly for 2hrs Rs 50 for2wheeler. Another option oly for 2wheeler is to outside parking it's free on your own risk.

Good in service, but worst food taste compared to other bbq, chicken not cooked properly, mojito not good in taste.

Spent around 4k for 4 people, number of items was very less in deserts, starters was also not tasty, Tried curd rice also that was Vey bad. Tried some other items also over all not good experince. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Pathetic service at BBQ Nation, Gopalan Mall. They could not cater to the guest who they allowed inside the restaurant. 2 of the 4 NV starters were not served. All other bbq items were served realy late. Waiters have their own attitude which said. "ok i served late so what now". No servers to serve desert counter.all in all bad bad servixe.wont recommend anyone to spend so much and get such pathetic service.

Barbeque Nation provides one of the best dinning. The food quality, the staffs and the ambience is just the perfect. The staffs treat us like their own guests and not like customers. The ask you for your choices on your taste buds. Also they makes sure all the foods are well done and served to your table. They do take special requests which is indeed brilliant. A complete 5 Star From my side

They take online booking for table and not respect the time of the customer. They treat us like a walk in and make us wait. Kindly dont take booking of table if you don't have the ethics of following priority or rules.

Liked BBQ all these years.but latest experience was bad.
Food was considerably good. But the service was pathetic, they were late n serving food, very untidy, water was pouring from AC duct. Very less starters options. Not with visiting BBQ in Gopalan mall. Refrain from this place

I have been visiting Barbeque Nation regularly and always had a wonderful experience always. The Gopalan mall one in the JP nagar is hopeless.we went there to have a good dinner for the New Year but had a worst experience.horrible food - shortage of food, uncooked food, pathetic service. We paid Rs 3k plus as bill for eating nothing. Even after telling the manager several times about the food and service he was not atall bothered.please do not visit this place I am going to post this on all my social platform handles to ensure people dont get cheated. I was at table number 21 today.

Worst place to visit. Makes us to wait for hours and then Cancels booking in front of us as they wish. Never responds.

Its the best for foodies to fill their tummy with varieties of non veg dishes. Please do reserve the table well in advance or you gonna die out of hunger. Its that heavily crowded esp on Sundays. Apart from that the food is yumm and service is good. Also there are veg courses. Must try!

No one to attend the table promptly, food taste is really bad because all the barbecue is half cooked and we had visited along with my family on new year day, 2021, very bad experience, the place was not cleaned properly

Amazing place, excellent food good variety for vegetarian, on special request even they prepared a dish which was not on the menu. Entire staff is making a good effort to make customer satisfied

Barbeque in Gopalan Innovation Mall, we went visited this place on yesterday, We had non veg food very delicious and we liked very much and really enjoyed food, especially extremely good service Mr. Kush and Barbeque Nation staff provide excellent service and are very friendly.special thanks to Mr. Kush for serving us so well

Nice place they offer good food.there is a bbq stand placed in front of you.the pre cooked chicken is kept on the grill to heat it.there are three courses starter, main&desserts you pay 680 and eat unlimited. For soft drinks the charge 100 rs for a very small quantity.

We dined at barbeque nations across India. I had only good experience, that is until we went to this place. Service is very bad. We were party of 6, but they prepared only 4 placements. Even after asking for 2 extra placements, waiters ignored us. We got our placements for yourself from other tables. Vegetarian starters are served 45mins after seating. It’s not just our table, the whole place is suffering because of inadequate staff service. Items are not refilled promptly. Plates keep running out near main course and dessert area. Waiter got fresh plates but she has no idea where to place plates. There was no chef at non-veg live counter.
We can expect this of any other restaurant, but never expected such inadequacy in barbeque nation.
When we complained about the problems, they told they are short on staff as they are new outlet. Please don’t start new restaurant if that is gonna be a major concern, it will just ruin reputation of credible brand name.

Overall looks good, but still a new place. They don't serve alcohol. So plan accordingly. Service needs ro be improved. Overall needs improvement

This is a new branch. Food was delicious. Good place for team outing. Aadil was very good in serving and understanding needs of customer and served us accordingly.

The staff is really awesome and polite.the food is yummm tooo.would prefer BBQ nation over any restaurant.

Barbeque nation is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit for a satisfying buffet be it lunch or dinner.
This outlet of barbeque nation is located in the second floor of gopalan mall.

I loved the look and decor of this place as it gives a kind of warm and happy feeling in here and the place is well lit and bright.

Coming to the food I just loved it. They have over a 100 dishes and almost each and every one of those is just amazing and is a blast of flavour in your mouth.

They have a vegetarian and non vegetarian soup available. I had the chicken clear soup which was really good.

Coming to the starters each table has a live grill where assorted vegetables, paneer, mushroom, watermelon, pineapple, paneer, chicken, prawn and fish are served. Apart from the grill they also have some off the grill starters like the cajun spiced potato, veg falafel, crispy corn, chicken tangdi and mutton sheek kabab. Out of all these I loved the mutton sheek kabab, paneer and fish.

They also have a live counter where they serve chicken hot wings and spicy fish. The chicken hot wings was amazing and was a bit crispy and the schezuan sauce on it was amazing and filled with flavour.

They also have a counter for chats, a salad section and mocktails. The gol gappa or pani puri was okay. I had a fresh lime soda sweet which was absolutely refreshing. The salads are also pretty good.

Coming to their main course they have a wide spread. They have a chicken as well as mutton biryani, a chicken curry, fish curry, mutton curry, egg curry different varieties of assorted bread, fried rice and many more. I loved the mutton biryani over here as the mutton was cooked so perfectly that it just melted in my mouth.

Coming to the last section the dessert section. They have a lot of choices in dessert as well. They had a beetroot halwa, brownie, blueberry cheese cake, jalebi, malpuva, chocolatr pastry, butterscotch pastry a few to name. They also have 2 ice creams strawberry and paan ice cream. They also have 6 different varieties of kulfi which if you want will be served with rabdi and chocolate sauce with some sprinkles on it. I loved the phirnee over here as it tasted amazing. I had the malai kulfi and kesar pista kulfi with rabdi and chocolate sauce and i just loved it and it was a perfect end for an amazing meal.

The service was really good, the staff were really friendly and courteous, the ambiance of hte place is good, the place is mainatained cleanly.
I had visited this place for my dads birthday and they also gave a free cake and came around and sang a song for him which was delightful.

Overall I enjoyed my visit over here and would definetly recommend this place for some amazing buffet.
Will surely visit this restaurant again!
