They should keep the Air conditioners on when they stop the bus for other passengers. Overall had a good experience. Clean and neat.

3rd class service.driver name Shankar chavan who dnt have manners to talk with ladies.they called me to come leaving my dropping point with alone lady.n also their office staff too.it's very risky to travel girl also ladies with them. 3rd class service mannerless staff

Traveling today 19.02.2023, at 7: 45pm driver is informing us bus will not come to Angol naka and telling us to come goaves it is very difficult, Co-passenger ladies were find very difficult. Passengers has to inform well in time for smooth journey, rather driver telling us to come fast at their pick up point. Request to company that information must be given thru message or call or app.

Pathetic experience this time, Booked ticket for mother and driver not ready to drop to the destination point selected on red bus app. This is really unprofessional behaviour as we have selected dropping point as per our last mile home address. Why is the barde bus showing the drop location as Kothrud and not ready to drop there. Female passanger was dropped almost 30 km away from the selected drop location.

Very very dirty seats, even at such crucial times the bus is so dirty. I do not think it is been ever sanitized. The staff is also very rude. Please do not opt this agency ever.

Very clean buses to Pune from BELGAUM, but don't drop you at the booked location. Always. Misinformation while booking online

It's a one of the oldest Roadlines bus travel facility at Belgaum what I heard about Paradise they maintain time very well also the buses are well maintained but in my recent journey I asked for bed sheet and blanket it will they are not giving now almost kovid is gone in India and Railways are also providing and everyone is doing barde also change their policy

I travelled multiple times with barde roadlines from pune to belgaum. They are reasonable in charges and buses are good but worst experience is whenever any bus is breakdown they don't have arrangement to shift you in another their own bus and mostly they canceled the buses at 11th hour which makes you in lot of trouble specifically on weekends. So think twice before you book Barde

I booked ticket through MMT there they receive different drop point. At barde they drop anywhere in the middle of the city. Worst experience.

Good service. They drop you to multiple locations in city. They are punctual and the service is nice

Though it is a Benz AC sleeper, the ride was really uncomfortable. May be a refurbished one but the rate was really cheap compared to other bus services.

One of the fake bus line staff don't co-operate with passenger. Also the contact support doesn't answer calls. Don't take care of passengers.

Clean buses at reasonable rates. Bus services from Belgaum to Pune and Mumbai. Decent staff. Passenger luggage storage is a problem as the operator uses the boot for carrying parcels. Timely service. Preferred bus operator.

Travelled by sleeper coach from Belgaum to Pune. I find Barde Buses are hygienic and well sanitized. On time pick up from the point. It delivers you on time as well.
Only concern I found about this travel was the bus operator who was rude and ignoring travellers.
Worst thing was Dinner spot! They stopped at normal stop where there weren't any vehicles. Hotel was so dirty and shabby, dropped idea of eating.
Rest buses are good.

Staff is not professional.lying with passengers. They told me to adjust seat for old age women, but they gave seat to young lady. I asked them about it. Arrogant behavior.

Barde roadlines bus from Mumbai to Belgaum on 29th Jan 2020 to depart at 8.50 pm from Andheri has not yet arrived. Recd a msg delayed for 2 hrs at 7.45 pmwhich is ridiculous. Passengers shd be compensated.
Pick up point here is so not friendly for a lady travelling alone to wait for so many hours & still no clue of d bus.
Grave mistake to book a seat on t Barde.

Pathetic service by Barde. They didn't share my journey details, i had no idea about boarding point, I have suffered a lot coz of their careless service. This roadline must be shut down. Staff behavior towards passenger was so rude. Worse experience, worse services. Not recommended.

These kind of roadlines should be shut down. They are so careless about their passengers. They never share bus details on time or sometimes never at all. I have suffered a lot during night journeys. Even after complaining several times they have improved 0%. Worst service. I suggest people not to go with barde services.

Very bad treatment by the bus driver firstly they dint provide a charging connection because which it was very difficult for me to contact my family secondly the bus driver dint leave us on the correct location which was ramdev.he dropped me near bus stand. I requested you not to make a journey of a girl so difficult.

Bus is definitely good however Worst ever behavior by driver did not cooperate at all to put luggage in bus and rude behavior. We had to lift and put from long distance but driver purposely did not take bus till bus stop and asked us to carry luggage. Even after seeing that we back from Hajj n all were aged. Very poor service by driver charge 300 RS extra for lageg. And also argue with us bus number MH 09 cv 2266.and he demands me for 9 years Child tickets.

Pathetic service. Can't even adjust a bit. And so selfish about rules. It's their service and still don't care about customers. No seat postpone even if I booked tickets two minutes before by mistake. No one was asking for refund. Seems like they don't want their customer again and again.

Staffs approach to passengers is very rude and bad
No space to keep passengers baggage, but they have space to collect parcels from every were and store in the luggage area.
The buses stops frequently on highways collects unnecessary people without bookings, due to which theres delay in destination time.
The only attraction of this bus to its passengers is its low rates.

What pathetic service by Barde Transport. If you are providing your contact number then please keep in mind- that should be active and ready to provide service ftom that number.

Pethatic service for 3 kg personal luggage they have taken Rs 100 extra charge just because i have packed my cloths and food item in BOX.really good way of making money.no reply to complaints. Rahul Naverkar from belgaum office pethetic service will never recomend any one to travel through barde.

Horrible experience today traveling from Mumbai to Belgaum. Worst services. All passengers bags were kept in passage. No place to walk. Ssecondly Rude behavior of attendee. Pathetic. Not worth for fare paid.

Contact number is always engaged. For online booking pickup option is only Nehru Nagar. Inconvenient for people staying at 1st gate

As a regular customer of Barde travels please I suggest barde roadlines management to Put CCTV camera on passage to avoid theft, to outcome from insecurities by the unknowns.

As i experienced on the date 20/12/2018, Travelli in this bus is insecure for Family, womens and other people with thier valuable material carrying with them.

I observed a person who is traveling in the same bus is tried to open curtains of the passengers seat and pulled my bag and also tried to steal materials and I caught him.

And also the accused person misbehaved with the single lady traveller in same bus.

Please Barde roadlines management need to take proper action on this incident.

BAD travels with poor maintenance of the interiors.
On 28th Dec 2018, traveling in Bus number MH 09 CV 2266 Pune- Belgaum route seat number 1,2 filled with Bed bugs. A traumatic journey with Bed bugs biting all night.

Very bad experience. The Mumbai-Belgaum bus broke down near Panvel at night before 10 pm and a replacement didn't arrive till late next morning. Very dissatisfied, disappointed with the travel company.

I had a very BAD experience on 3rd Sept (Mon) early morning when I reached Pune (from Belgaum). The driver diverted the bus from Nal Stop to Deccan and DID NOT go to Kinara, Paud Road which is normal route. He said due to metro work not going to Paud Road. Passengers were asked to get down at Nal Stop. However, all other buses ply thru Paud Road. VRL bus was going to paud road in front of us. This is just an excuse from Barde Drivers. H'ever, while pick-up Barde Bus is still ply from Paud Road. It was heavily raining on at 5.15 AM and rickshaw drivers either refused to come to Paud Road or charge double + luggage charges. Very Very bad experience especially for single ladies travelling with children and luggage. I have spoken to the Barde Manager today. Hope he will take note of this and advise all their drivers to take normal paud road route. Also spoken to KK Travels, Tilakwadi.

KA22c 6518 very bad bus. Maints poor in the pune bgm route.fully khatmal in bus. And service very bad with Co-oprative divers.
