A very old and big store with numerous options for items to select for. Range varies from as low to high. Do not expect discounts and never negotiate with owner lady. You can try for with Sales people in store. They are good at gift packing too. It's a standard shop.
Giving them 2 because the products are good. But, service is really bad. The lady who was helping us was insipid. Owners seem to be upset about something - the old lady though tried to be polite but was visibly upset and rude to talk to.she was looking at everyone with suspicion, and one could clearly see that staff wasnt really happy there. Even family owned stores can be better managed. I understand it's diwali time and you are rushed, but as a customer, who is now used to good service, I will look elsewhere for diwali gifts.
As predicted, it’s a store with frills but no reliability. We bought a product from the store and they packed the wrong one. Upon asking for the correct order, they charged us more and even made us pay for dunzo. I reviewed the bill and even the other products were charged higher than what was told to us in the store. They live upto the stereotype about people in India being not trustworthy and fraudulent. Third world indeed.
Very spacious, wel-lit, courteous staff, good range of articles in silver, pewter, and value for money.general, for gifting, owning & exclusive sport trophies. Worth the shopping! Value worth
Absolutely despicable service. It took 5 minutes for anyone to come ask us anything. After that it was like I was troubling them being a customer. It’s looks and runs like a government office.
