Nothing like this, I think one of the best in India. Don't take this as just any other normal swimming pool, here people are trained for national and international level competition

It's very well maintained swimming pool. Closed on Wednesdays. ₹40 for adults and ₹30 for children. Best time is on weekdays between 8-10am

It's Vry nice for children to njoy. Bt it's very costly. So am giving only 4Star rating.

Deeper side of the pool is nearly empty as everyone will be near 5 - 6ft. Not optimal for beginners.

The pool has degraded after renovation. No diving ramps. The depth of the pool has been reduced. The deepest end is 8". During all public batches, half of the pool is encroached upon by the people who have subscribed for coaching sessions. There is barely any space for public swimmers to exploit. I kept crashing into other swimmers throughout the batch. The 1 hour duration is merely a namesake. They were you out there for the pool at the first second after half an hour. ₹40 is too much for what this pool in its present state deserves. The pool was several times better before renovation. It has be rebuilt for worse. Heartfelt curses!

Maintenance of pool seems to be good, using permissable amount of chlorine, which could be avoided as there are many other well known pools in bangalore use alternate to chlorine.
Fees seems to be too high for beginners level.

In terms of summer camp, please do not go by the advertisement as it says 1 hour of swimming class everyday, but actually it is only 45 min. They do not follow set rules of swimming in terms of warm ups before they start the class. Rather giving gor regular class Coaches are excellent, training for intermediate and advanced level is unbeatable. But magement is pathetic. Parents concerns goes into deaf ears.

Good place but before going there get a swimming suit so that u can go without any conflicts the security will not allow if u don't have swim suit it's available outside the pool itself there are promoting their products that's it

I went there to swim with kids but wasn't aware that swim costume is a necessity and they were selling Jersey shorts for 120 which was too expensive in comparison to the product they gave (was a 3rd grade product).
The crowd is not decent and I think it's better to switch to jayanagar swimming pool than this one.
Beware.
No decent crowd.
And Jersey shorts for men and not aware what's needed for ladies.
So be prepared to go with all this in mind.
Another suggestion for national aquatic centre guys is that have these shorts for rentals at a decent price of 10 or 20 bucks so that people who come there without shorts may not feel compulsive to buy a 3rd grade cheap quality product at the coat ofa second grade quality product.

Amazing place to learn swimming, Very good coaches, hygiene well maintained, anyone can learn swimming, all v age groups above 4 years, Lot of competitive sports events happen here, there are many national level and international level swimmers are trained here.

One of the best and well maintain pool personally I learn the swim here and one best coaches here like narayan sir jayraj sir raju sir and many more no water infection here and the housekeeper are too good they clean the pool very neatly and cleanly and after the covid the pool came new international standards and women's poll separate, Kidd's poll separate, learners poll separate.

This is beautiful place with full accessibility for Disabled and senior citizens beautiful garden with greenery and best swimming pool Olympics size full accessibility in washroom facilities available for disabled and senior citizens. IWAS World Game 2009 was conducted here for swimming.

The best swimming pool around here, maintained clean water. Every 1 hour batch stats at 6 to 9,12: 30 to 4: 30, remember 3: 30 to 4: 30 is only for women's. Staff always be there. Maintenance is very good, love to swim in such clean water, and you will not allowed if u don't have swimming clothes. Good experience.

The coach name is mantra. The environment is good, but the way the training is given is worse. The trainer is not professional at all and is not responsible. When I was asked to dive and when I dived and I could've try coming up, she scolded me telling because of me she would drown. Waste of money

It's an government aided national swimming pool. Here training and compitation. Inter school training held here. More awards has been taken. It has jumping pad and it has depth of 16 feet. High jump and dive is allowed here for trainers.

Very well maintained Swimming pool in Basavanagudi. Summer classes starts from April month and monthly charges is approximately ₹ 4200.

Very clean, neat Went many times best swimming pool separates time for girls (coaching also) little far from my before rate was 10to20Rs for one hrs nowadays it's 50Rs next to playground it's in residence, school college area

Awesome experiences. Going for learning, it's good. Best for price, in 2019 it's juz ₹30 for an hour. Cleanly and orderly maintained. You can buy swim suits there itself if don't have one. Even professional training is conducted. Kids and their parents enjoy along with teaching them.
But one thing you need carefully remember, there is no safety guarantee for your belongings.

Bad coachers they will not respect to student especially vinod and venkatesh but they will take the fees and they will refuse to attend the class

I am visiting this place from past 3 years. It's an amazing pool. Amazing coach. No other pools can match it's standard in Bengaluru. The best. There is no too much chlorine. Olympic size pool. My life has gotten better because of this pool.

The security guards are very WORST,

Even the govt is paying them GOOD, they are cheating the public by compelling to buy the swimming cloths from them,

Actually they are selling the swimming cloths for men at 100Rs, but they are buying it in bulk at LOW cost and running a business in the government swimming pool

Please be sharp on timining, other wise they will NOT allow.

Well maintained and good water to swim. Compared to other swimming pool it not costly. Wednesday will be the holiday.

They surely know how to maintain a pool. The water is well maintained and is ALWAYS clean! I love swimming here. Never found a better pool than this.

The best swimming pool I have been to in South Bangalore. It has depth of up to 16ft but public batches will be allowed only until 13ft. There charge 30rs for 30mins. The pool is clean and well maintained. For non swimmers, the trainer's will make u learn swimming in like 15-20 days provided that you have less fear of water atleast during your training days

No safety at all. Don't bring mobiles and wallets. Every hour one batch will be there. For Adults 30Rs per hour for kids 20Rs per hour. You can learn swimming also here. If you are with gang this is the best spot to chill out. Metro is also available. Next to national college grounds.

Swimming pool is very large. Ticket price is economic 30/- for 1 hour.
Men swimming slots are in the morning and Ladies slots are in evening time.

Security Guards are worst here they forced us to buy there swimsuit despite we had our own, rude behaviour of the security Guards,
Pool is maintained well but Per session time is less (30rs for 35mins), 35 mins is less time for regular swimmers, Request to increase the session time for atleast 50mins.

I have been visiting this place for almost 8 years very good pool in Bangalore and it's just 30 bucks for 1 hour but you can swim only for 30 minutes. Pool remains clean whenever you visit try visiting the place early morning because it's too crowdy. One negative thing is they don't have lockers to keep our belongings rest all are fine

It so happened yesterday that i was denied renewal of my membership for the month of April by the person running the show, a certain Mr. Reddy who thinks that i am still contagious of chicken pox which i had contracted in the first week of February and was cured of it a week later (15th Feb). This person whom i spoke to on the 21st of March told me to skip the month as i am still "contagious" and meet him on the 31st. Since i was left speechless by the person's awareness on chicken pox or the lack of it, i actually agreed and met him yesterday as he had asked me to. This time, i was left speechless by his blatant lying when he says with a smiling face and i quote "I told you to come after two months, not two weeks. You still have the marks on your face which can spread to the 4500 kids here and the Indian swimming team and cause an epidemic". Sad to hear that from a self-proclaimed "experienced" septuagenarian. The wise old sage who also happens to suffer from chronic cynicism dismisses my request of considering a medical certificate which can prove that i am well and truly cured of the affliction goes on to make a very bold statement that such medical certificates can easily be produced in our country by throwing away a 500-rupee note or two. Appalling.

He finally points the moral compass towards me and tells me to decide if my personal interests come before the well being of the others.

I told myself that my self-respect (Read: Ego) precedes even my personal interests while leaving the place.

The centre has 3 pools in all, an Olympic sized pool, a pool for kids and one which is temperature regulated. The pools are well maintained and kept clean though the same cannot be said about the changing rooms with wet floors and non functional showers and taps. The absence of lockers to keep your belongings is also a big negative.

Since i have felt the need to finish off on a positive note, a huge shout out to my trainer Nitin whom i trained under for 6 classes. He is what you would expect in any coach. Extremely friendly and an expert in his knowledge of the craft and training.

Pros-
1. Price 30 rupees for 35 min.
2. Pool length
Cons-
1.i took my nylon shorts (perfect for swimming), but still you will have to buy the shorts given by them, otherwise they won't allow.
2.bathrooms are not clean.

Best place to go if planning to swim and chlorine level is also minimal. For the suite they will caharge 100 rupees, 30rupees for one hour and 750 for monthly pass. One problem is in only we get 45mins.

Please go through positive and negative points:

+ Water is clean and depth is from 4ft to 16ft.
+Chlorine content is less. (Maintained swimming pool)
+ Price is also very good (Rs. 30 Per Batch monthly pass Rs. 750 and Wednesday closed)

-The behavior of security staffs are not good.
-If you are taking you swimming costume with you, its useless. It doesn't matter what kind of swimming costume you have, the guard will force you to buy a swimming costume from there. (Unhappy with this point)
- The batch timings are 1 hr, but they will force you to get out from water in exact 30 mins.
