My husband was diagnosed with Bilateral Otosclerosis. He had meet many doctors, everyone said that he had to undergo operation. No one gave us assurance that the operation will be successful. But after meeting Dr. Kumar swamy sir in his clinic my husband got confidence to undergo surgery. As assured by the doctor the operation was successful. Thank you sir. I would like to say that there is no better place to go for ENT problems other than Basavangudi ENT Care in Bangalore.

I am having hearing issues since many years, it was running in my family.many other my family members also had this problem. Many of them underwent surgery at Basavanagudi ent care centre by dr Mahadevaiah.now dr kumaraswamy his son is taking care of this centre. I consulted him for my hearing issues. He advised surgery. He gave confidence and explained every thing about surgery. He gave lot of time to me to answer all my queries. I got convinced and underwent stapedotomy.surgery. Now i am hearing well. It's like a place wer d doctor does all d work. Be it taking blood or others samples.
Patients barge in on d pretext of showing reports n be inside longer. We have got appointments have to bear wit d extra delay.

We booked appointment at 6 pm net d doctor only after 7 pm. Then doctor just prescribes d anti-biotics n pain killer n charges 400/-. Seriously d palce doesn't feel like a clinic or hospital!

Definitely much better doctors or clinics or hospitals available at d same charges.

I was having hearing issue ie not hearing well and sond in the ear since 5_6 years and consulted many ent doctors no body has given any relief, i met Dr kumaraswamy at basavanagudi ent care centre he told one of hearing bone is not functioning well that is why I am not hearing well, he suggested surgery called stapedectomy, after the surgery i am hearing well and my sond inthe ear has also gone,

I called for taking appointment, the receptionist was unprofessional and disconnected the phone. And she doesn't know English.

Best doctor and gave suggestions very nicely the way they treat are very friendly and they clear our doubts without any irritation and for my mother the surgery was successful she has hearing problem now she is able to hear I am so glad and happy for that thank you kumara swami sir for the treatment and support

Dr. Kumaraswamy is a simple, friendly and caring doctor. He listens to the problems of the patients with good patience and spends quality time with them. Doctors like him are rare. Even his staff at Basavanagudi ENT centre work with responsibility and they are nice.
I consulted him a few months back with hearing loss. The doctor advised and performed a minor surgery.
My hearing is restored to near normal.
I strongly recommend this doctor for any ENT issue.

Don't really care for patient problem - Things have changed after Dr. Mahadevaiah has passed away.
For prescribing simple medicine, prescription charge is Rs. 500! Mismanaged appointment process - Even though there is long queue of patients waiting after taking appointments, doctor arrives very late but the lady giving appointment on call lies that doctor is in clinic.
Clinic keeps giving irritating back to back calls continuously for next day to justify their mistake and give fake response on review that "We didn't charge for prescription" (I have proof of paying online)

The service from doctor Kumara swamy is very good, he is a very good surgeon I got surgery for my left ear everything is completely fine now all the staff are well caring n concerned. The staff take very good care.

Horrible clinic and management.

I had gone there to clear ear wax blockage.

First of all the appointment process is mismanaged. I waited 2+ hours standing after taking an appointment on the phone.

Then finally when I got the appointment, the doctor just prescribed an over the counter drops which I already knew and told to come after a week. Other clinics complete the procedure in a single sitting.

Consultation charges isn't cheap either. It costed me INR 500 and 3 hours of my time wasted. Never again.

I want say that reception lady is too harsh and doesn't have any patience to listen what patient says. The way she respond is just like we did some mistake to her.

Visited Mr. Kumarswamy Basvangudi ENT Care Center for Sinus due to weather change in bangalore. I am feeling some discomfort in breathing as well so the Doctor and he confirmed this sinus due to drinking cold water curd etc and explained each and every thing about that and procedure of the treatment. Doctor told recurrence chance is very lessif i follow his instructions. Thanks to Dr Kumarswamy. I liked the most was that my entire treatment was covered in the medical insurance and his down to earth personality. He will listen to you and being well trained and experienced doctor he doesn't suggest any thing extravagant or complex. Sticks to simple remedies that are effective.
