I always eat ice cream from here. The best part via it’s available till 4 am in the morning! Cotton candy is my all time favourite.

Very delicious desserts. Try black current and Californian almond. Good parking spot near shop.

Pathetic service by them and swiggy! I ordered a mud roll and ice cream and they took 1 hour only to assign a delivery person and that person also told me that the outlet was not giving the order. I’m so fed up by their service and the order was also not upto the mark.

Wide variety of ice cream, shakes, sundaes, floats and cakes are available here. Nice cute store with good service. Highly recommend

Says open till 6am. We came at 12am and the door is half closed. When we asked if they give take away, there was no response at all. Rude behaviour. If it's closed, tell to customer the same and update your timings.

Ice creams are good even cakes are amazing here. You can go for brownie with ice cream scoop. In general prices are a bit high compared with other ice cream parlor. Shop is not so big as it has seating capacity of roughly 10-12 people. 2 wheelers can park close to shop although if you are coming by 4 wheeler, parking would definitely be a concern.

We went there to get some dessert after dinner. Finding a parking spot may be a challenge. It’s a small store with 2 small tables inside. There some space outside in front to enjoy the ice cream as well.

They have variety of unique ice cream flavours. One was named “my mom is an alien”! The staff patiently let us taste a few of them to choose. We got one small school of each Mississippi mud and Pralines n cream. The Mississippi mud had nice and rich chocolate flavour with fudge-like texture. The Pralines and cream was creamy with caramel and crunchy nuts. The small scoops in cups costed us Rs. 111 each. Just realised while uploading pictures for this review that there were self-service toppings like nuts, sprinkles, m&m’s that you can add to your ice cream. We completely missed that and the staff didn’t call it out specifically.

They have some other dessert options as well and different cone options to get your ice cream in. The fridge was filled with ice cream cakes as well.

No place to sit or have a chat with someone and have ice cream. It's meant for online delivery or something I felt. Not at all recommended.half of the things r not in stock as well. A big No to this place.

I ordered kitkat caramel with a cone and red velvet slice. The cone was very hard but the scoop of kitkat caramel was good.

Order a complete cake from Zomato for ₹859 and they sent 1 slice. Had a chat with the person and he told to complain to Zomato. Got in touch with Zomato support and they told to put a review. We can’t do anything. This is how they both fool.

No space to sit. And ice cream is subjective. Not a place to go with friends as there is two small tables with 2 chairs.

I made an oder via swigg for shake from baskins, but the quantity of the shake what I received was only half of the bottle.

Very rude people, one guy took my name & contact number but billed using someone’s contact number, because that someone has to get the reward points on my transaction. When I asked him about this he behaved rudely, saying that he will add my transaction in the given number later. He treated me like as I begged for the points to add for my transaction which I’m supposed to get immediately on my transaction. Such a ridiculous people, no courtesy on customer, I’m gonna raise my complaint on these people with Baskin Robbins. Such a shame on you guys.

A cute little ice-cream parlour located on ITPL main road opposite brookefield mall. Has good stocks of ice-creams, waffles, shakes, sundaes, and ice-cream cakes. When I went I ordered a merry berry strawberry waffle. Initially the staff misheard my order and prepared a cone ice-cream but on realising the mistake he immediately replaced it with the actual order without any arguing (which happens at many places), so, great staff behaviour. The ice-cream was good as expected from any Baskin Robbins outlet. However the prices were definitely on the higher side. And the shop was a little smaller than a place like this demands.

Ordered for the first time.that too over the phone.and I must say it was a really pleasant experience.especially, Rohan was very patient and answered all my questions for which he had to call numerous times.but he still did.and last but not the least, they delivered in no time. I am going to order again.

5 Star as always. I go once in 2 months and try a small scoop of 2-3 flavours. Small and decent.

We have asked for ice cream sandwich with no choclate in it. So executive told us to take vanilla, again we mentioned no sprinkle or choco cookies.nothing choclate. And then he gave us ice cream sandwich dipped in chocolate. Thats all.nothing else happened.

Taste wise.it's extremely good. But if you come to price wise.it's extremely high bruh. A middle class guy can't afford it.not worth for that price.

Not friendly staff and they charged me ~25% higher than the menu price, the staff intentionally added someone else's number in the BR's rewards program thinking that the customers don't check the bills.

Ordered a red velvet fantacy ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday, everyone liked it a lot. The cake was delivered on time with all precautions. It was an amazing experience since we ordered it just by calling the store and it was delivered to our door step.

Went recently to this outlet close to my home. The service was very good. They have a variety of fresh icecreams. We tried a sundae and shake which was just delicious. We also took a party pack of icecream home that my parents loved. Will be their regular customer for sure. Highly recommend

Very very accommodating staff and owner! Mint chip is the best you'll have and the ice cream cakes are great too! They have a delivery option too so that's a must try!

My wife and I came ordered ice cream. Felt the person serving was rather rude even though we were polite

Just ordered through Uber eats.
The ordered quantity is 700 ml (family pack - ganesh chaturthi offer - 450ml +250ml).

The ice cream container is 700ml, but the quantity of ice cream inside it is just less than 500 ml. Would suggest not to buy any offers from this branch. Not worth the money.

Update: Uber eats says 450ml plus 250 ml. Ice cream container says 700ml. 1 ml is equal to 1g. What calculation does this branch use?

Very bad experience today. Today I visited the shop and had a voucher to redeem. Then the shopkeeper who was there was telling I need to wait 20 minutes to order and redeem the voucher. I saw many people had ordered and having there after I left. Don't keep these kind of mannerless salesman.

Have been to this place many times.ambience is pleasant and staff is really friendly. My personal favourite is tender coconut and their new fig flavour. It's the best place to have ice-cream. It's worth every penny.

Wonderful icecreams and a regular go-to place for all my hot fudge cravings! They always live up to the expectations from a brand like BR. They accept gift vouchers too which is a bonus as almost no other outlet honours them, really happy with their service! Keep it up team!

Great place to chill out with friends. Their milshakes are to die for. Don't miss their large 500ml shakes, absolutely soothes the soul! This outlet is a gem by all means!
