No one to suggest or guide. They say 50% sale and the products are limited and not even worth seeing.

Excellent prices and I just love the service. Staff is very good. And I got reasonable price.

The place is good. Have some offers going on right now. The service is good and the staff are really friendly.

None of the Staff were ready to suggest or help. When asked for help, suggestion was given to wear sports shoe and change the foot structure to fit in Bata products.

The girl working here is doing nothing but stand, they don't really care. Must improve the service.

Staff people are very useless and behavior is very rude can't even attend customer properly or explain them about the product or anything the want to buy. No proper communication with customer.

I went to this store and directly took a semiformal shoe, and asked for the Lower size and they were not willing to show and saying that this how the shoe fits but i was in urgency so, I bought that 9inch shoe only. But that shoe was not fitting when I tried to walk so I again went to the shop. But that darkblue color shoe was not available for the size 8. They have given me a brown color shoe which was not having any tag, but now this shoe also has stitching issue. Beware! This outlet is full of Fraudsters.

Hawai chappal are costly, but no durability, no life. Especially the upper flips (don't know correct name) gets cut very fast and spare not available although the soles are good and becomes waste are thrown away. Spare should be made available.

This outlet has good occassional discounts. Staff is also helpful. Many confuse Bata to be an Indian brand when it is not. Shoes are good and they have have variety from other manufacturers too. The store is 2 storeyed with parking available in the complex.
