Newly constructed, amenities still not been done and the area is very much inside, road is not good.

As per rate rooms are ok

Maintainance is very bad at 1bhk side where I stayed 2 days but overall good climate and good place for walking, 2 Nandini parlours (bakery and general store items also available there like puffs, tea, coffee, cool drinks). So many street dogs are roaming around. Nearest metro station pattenegere is there. Bus stop is outside. Wanted to give 3.5 rating but option not there

Worst place to stay, don't ever take a rent house here, the people's leave in 1bhk here are uneducated, shameless, rudness, heavy water issue, buyed a 1bhk now I am fed up with this society people

Good location for an apartment in Bangalore, near to the bus stop but finding a clinic or convenience store is difficult

Huge water problem. It’s not a good place to stay with family. You can’t find anything after 9: 00 pm here.

Many apartments are there with 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK. Around thousands of homes. Available for rent and lease.ample parking space available. Lot of space for children to play and elders for walking. Milk booth bakery and drinking water plant inside enclave.

Water and maintenance issue, apart from that, you get affordable homes for rent or for sale. 2bhk and 3bhk maintenance are better
